*****trucker***** I was not helped at all. I work for a carrier and was told to head to this location. I was told that I didn t need a ticket number to be serviced at this location. Got here was told by a bald, white male. That I needed a ticket. Called my company, was advised that I didn t. Went back in & then was told that there were no technicians to help me. All I could wonder was why didn t he say that from the beginning. It s frustrating enough. But it would ve been smoother to just request for another location. Instead made me go back & forth with my company. He just didn t want to help honestly.

Tires for your big wheels. Semi and big box truck tires. I'm not sure if that's all they do at this one but I know the one on Whiteland indiana only does bigger rig tires. Nothing small. But the business gets my 5 star all day long. Goodyear for the win.

Dealt with multiple Goodyear commercial tire centers all over the US, From Wisconsin to Florida. At this particular location there was no eagerness to help with my issue. Never experianced this at any other location. Had to go to Loves travel stops to get tire repaired. Wont call this place again.

Had a interview and not the best, put it this way if you don't like being treated like a dog don't think about that place for a job

So called manager is absolutely worthless, 2 days had issues and he couldn't get it right had to call Charlotte store to come make repairs on his yard be prepared to stay 3 hours each day getting one tire replaced each day
