Highly recommend. I came in without an appointment and Tyler and Amir took great care of me. Very professional. Tyler make sure he answered any questions that I had and also gave me great key points to look for to be able to keep my Jeep in great running conditions. The staff as a whole were very welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable. I love Firestone Complete Auto Care. Great job guys!!!

The managers George & all the techs & mechanics are wonderful! We take all of our cars there, not only for tires, but oil changes & many other mechanical issues. They work with us to figure out the Best possible outcomes on all our car issues! We Highly recommend this Firestone location & the excellent staff!! Thank You!Mary Pat & RalphSalisbury NC

I was greeted promptly. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt taken "care of. " I had to replace my battery and I told Jack about how I had gone to a (a different store, not Firestone) store that had charged me to check the battery. He went above and beyond and called the store to find out why I was charged!

Great service and timely, but they damaged every rim on my F150 truck. I had factory tires and they damaged every rim installing the new tires. I am so pissed off !!! I will update after I hear from claims and there resolution.

I am very grateful for the service I got at the Firestone. I had to have my car towed there and Jack was so very honest to let me know not much was wrong with my car. I was worried because it is Christmas time and financea were tight, but they let me know the issue was small and didnt even charge me for it. It is hard to find honest mechanics and Jack was definitely one. Tyler did my repairs quickly and made sure nothing else was wrong. I actually wish I lived closer so I could make them my go to shop. I highly recommend this location!

I want to thank Jack and marty for helping my brother and I who is disabled with an emergency tire situation. We were treated with nothing less than respect and honesty. You need more employees like them

I went to get an alignment. made my appointment online. super easy and straightforward. my car is riding much better now and the pricing was good. the reason i'm leaving this review though is because of Mr. George Hall. he got me checked in and checked out. he was so personable and friendly and informative. he took the time to talk with me for a bit and it was one of the best conversations i've had in awhile. i would absolutely go back for the service, but he sealed the deal. i will be getting all of my cars work done at this location!

Appointment was on 3/8 at 11 a.m. and I didn t leave until 5:30. Car was still pulling to right after services. Opted out of returning to shop due to feeling misled and taken advantage of regarding my repairs. I chose to get my tires from a different company on 3/13 and was told that the work I mentioned did not appear to have been done regarding ball joints, control arm and alignment.

Awesome service! George and Jack got me in right away and serviced my vehicle without hesitation! They made all the necessary recommendations applicable to my vehicle, they were not pushy, and allowed me to make my own decisions without being pressured. Will certainly be back!

We came in at 7:00am and George was so courteous and helpful and welcoming. We checked out with Jack at 5:30pm, his patience and positive attitude was so refreshing under our awful circumstances of being stranded on the highway in the cold for 6 hours. This Firestone in Salisbury NC is a 10+ rating for quality service.

Was told it would cost me $400-$700 to change my brake pads by an older fella there. In a 1998 Honda civic.That s enough to replace a transmission. Obviously scamming people.Changed them myself today for $35 no special tools. Sad. Maybe even pathetic.

The entire team here was friendly and easy to work with and got major repairs done correctly and timely. George, the manager, runs a great and honest repair shop and went above and beyond to fix my car.

I had my state inspection done with an appointment and was in and out quickly. All items were explained to me clearly and only had to fix a couple of items. The service is always professional and friendly.

COMPLETE SATISFACTION Jack at the counter was super helpful gave me 3 different quotes on tires, all great recommendations went with Sure drive the cheaper tire for my car and the quality is great! Service was within my budget, Marti and Thomas were the mechanics who worked very hard to make sure everything was right with my car, kept me informed on everything they were doing I truly appreciate the hard work, it's super hot outside and they were able to have it back to me in the same day even though I was a walk in! I felt very valued as a customer and will definitely come back again, also a great place to service fleet vehicles/company cars

I d leave 100 stars if I could. I was traveling home 10 hours after a 16 hour shift when I stopped at a gas station 300 miles away from home. My starter was done for. George Hall went above and beyond. I needed two parts for my starter he personally drove to pick them up so I would be able to make it home. In just a few hours I was back on the road. This is an amazing shop with an outstanding manager. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank y all so very much!!Service: Battery

My sister had a flat tire and came here to get a new one. Was not expecting that brand new tire to go completely flat within 5 DAYS! So disappointed by Firestone's customer service - they were unwilling to do anything about the bad tire, and couldn't even find time to get her a new tire (at full price). Never going back here for service, would recommend others stay away. They knew she didn't live her and gave her a bad tire on purpose.

STRAIGHT FOWARD FRIENDLY SERVICE. CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY GOT ME IN BY LUNCH WITH A TIMELY MANNER ON THE REPAIRS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
