Melanie was exceptional as my Service Advisor. I was in town for a short stay and needed my A/C fixed quickly She made sure the work was expedited and my vehicle returned so i could continue on my trip. The mechanics did a great job, narrowing down the issue, and giving good notes and feedback.Definitely the best Dealer Service experience Ive ever had.

Scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. $136.00 I should have called and got a price before it was done. Called the dealership next door oil change $69 and they said if I got a rotation done it would be $44. I went back to Cloninger and they didn t offer to match it, they didn t offer to anything except say the prices of things have went up or they work there and don t get anything off. Oh ok so prices went up for you guys but not the Chevrolet dealership next door????? Sorry I don t buy that excuse! It s ok I just know I ll never get routine service done there ever again.

Worst service department ever. Had an appointment and got there to be told I had no appointment. Call the useless service management, who has yet to call me back. That is probably why this department sucks.

Horrible service dept. they lied and said they looked at my vehicle. Manager then told me I was right and he would make it right. It s now been a week and I haven t heard from him. Thanks for wasting my time.
