Never again will I purchase a Nissan because of the horrible customer service at this locations service department. No eye contact from the tech Adam and a bad attitude.For reasons beyond my understanding I always have the good fortune of being assigned to Adam.I attempted to go to another tech but he was eating at his work station for all to see rather than in the lunch room. The tech directed meto Adam with food drippings on his beard.Since the purchase of my 2 Nissans at this location I have always had my car serviced here so I well know that Adam has worked here for years. He conveniently has to be reminded by his fellow employees that if tires are purchased at this location that they have free tire rotation. Each time I use him as a technician he has tried to charge me for the tire rotation even though I mentioned it upon my arrival that the rotation should be free to make sure that there would be no issues.Also I was never notified that my car was ready from its oil change. I was left to wait 1 hour and 30 min for a oil change and tire rotation. I only knew my car should have been ready because multiple customers had come and left and mentioned how quick their service was.If this location wants to stand by technicians with poor customer service and consistent errors than it s important that the public is updated on the staffs performance via review. Each time I come I will make a new review.

Pretty good service, would be nice if they would have washed the car after doing mechanical services though, like other dealers do.
