It was a nice store it was real clean and organized. The people at the counter we very helpful courteous and friendly. I would definitely go back to this store when I'm in the area and recommend anybody else too as well.

Poor management. Very rude. The management degrades their employees while in front of their customers. The personal experience i had myself while shopping in store was horrific. The employee that helped me, she was amazing. Made an upsell and satisfied me 100%. The manager how ever made me make the decision to never shop at this location again. Scolded the great lady for going out of her way to satisfy me. A high paying customer. Very very shameful that management is the reason to lose business over. I would reconsider who you guys have running the show because they are having high paying customers running back out the door with money in their pocket. Very disappointed. Great staff. Poor management.

No one even bothered to acknowledge my presence, let alone help me to spend my money. Three employees seen. Noneto say anything at all. Just left me standing. Why should they care? They have plenty of customers to replace me - right? Makes me sad. Advance Auto used to be the place! No more!

Not helpful. I ordered a part for my truck because it said that the store didn t have any. It took 7 days total to get to my house (5 business days). The MAF was broken. I took it to the store, as it tells you to do in the return policy with the item shipped, as well as their website, and upon seeing it was a online order, they IMMEDIATELY said you ll have to ship it back . Both employees in the store told me this. Then why does everything else tell me to take it to the store??? Now I get to pay $10 to ship back a defective item. Will just order stuff from Amazon, because at least returns are easy with them.

Has to be one of the worst advance I ve been to over the 50 states I have traveled! They waste your time by never ordering the parts you asked for and then laugh about it when you get to the store. Save your time and drive 45 minutes away to Mocksville!

I went in for their free diagnostic testing, and John was quick to grab it and follow me to my Jeep. He showed me the codes, we talked about what it meant, and then he'd looked up parts and prices, gave me an estimated and even brought out a coil so I could see what it was (I'm used to working on older cars that have plugs and wires). I've always preferred Advanced over other parts stores in Chattanooga, and it's nice to find they're just as good here. :)

Friendly, helpful service! The person behind the counter even suggesting ways I could save money by purchasing items that were on sale. They will definitely see me again when I have more auto parts needs!

I have went to order some parts and had to pay up front for the point but the time that they told me when it was going to be in I had to almost week two weeks instead 24 hours they have really been on helpful during the process but eventually I got my point but was not happy because of the time frame and then those that may not had nothing to do with it they act like they didn't want to deal with it so it is a place I probably would not recommend someone to go unless you just have to go

The kid at the counter on Friday was an absolute embarrassment to the store. While waiting for my husband to find some paperwork in the car, he picked his earwax and analyzed it at the counter - absolutely disgusting. Then, when we asked him to replace the battery we bought, you could tell he did not want to. He did not want to install the insulation material correctly and also could hardly figure out how to reinstall what he previously removed. Finally, what he did in the parking lot seemed unconscionable when dealing with customers - a funnel fell of the cart and he threw up his hands in frustration and when he was struggling with what SHOULD have been a simple job, he said "what the...." angrily, not saying the third word but everyone knows what he meant. I have never felt uncomfortable at an Advance before but I did yesterday and will NOT be going back. I'll try the AutoZone or go to another city before I will go back there. Embarrassment to the brand name.

I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the Manager Lynn a very nice honest and respectful gentleman who knowledge and experience helped me save a substantial amount of money I trust him and he was completely correct thanks Lynn I'll be back when another problem occurs my first name is Sam we talked about a battery & alternater outside at my vehicle

I bought windshield wipers at Walmart and thought I had wrong ones BC I couldn t get them on. So I came by here tonight and Tobias the man working helped me! He cane right out and even taught me how to do it no questions asked... really nice guy! I will get my stuff here 1st next time!!

They were very helpful not sure what the two people names are that helped me a few weeks ago but they found the problem with my car and helped me when I has my children with me. Thank for the help and keep up the good work

Good location with helpful employees although they always seem to be understaffed. Good folks taking care of you just often not enough of them.

Beyond helpful. Spent at least an hour helping me after a break down. Offered to buy the gentleman helping me some dinner and he wouldn t accept. Good people
