I had my Ford Focus towed to their garage to have a misfire diagnosed. They said they would help find out what s wrong. Unfortunately, there was sub par communication with me on what steps were being taken to resolve the issue. Only finally being able to contact them through email did I get a response. After almost 3 weeks of patiently waiting for the problem to be solved I am no closer to finding out what s wrong with my car than when I first had it towed there. The receipt said possible problem with fuel injector, which was something I had already initially thought might be wrong. Also, I had my son and grandfather go to pick the car up and while paying for it Rick and my son(who is autistic) got into a scuffle and he punched my son! They were paid for their service but I will not be returning or sending any business their way in the future.

I am so grateful for Darren and Rick at A+ Towing and Repair. I recently woke to a dead battery with no way of getting it jumped or to the shop without paying for a tow. These gentlemen went out of their way, and away from their busy schedule to come to my home, jump my vehicle, take it back to their shop, and replace the battery. They had the battery replaced and ready for pick up the same day. I ve taken my Chevrolet Tahoe to them for several years now for all its needs Inspections, oil changes, as well as the unexpected battery replacement . My husband also takes his vehicle(s) to them. I highly recommend them for all your car needs. You will not be disappointed. I them!Service: Battery service

I have used Darren and Rick s business for automobile service and repair for over seven months now. The guys are professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Their fair pricing and thoroughness in the services are outstanding. I have had only satisfaction with each service performed by A Plus, I highly recommend these guys, from normal maintenance to even replacing my F150 transmission, I give these guys Five Stars.

They was nice but over priced and didn't do all the work I paid for. I paid for a oil change a tune-up and to change out my catalytic converters and they didn't do none of it after I even paid for it. I went to change my starter and I seen that catalytic converters that was on there was old and I had bought some off Amazon and paid them to put them both on and they didn't but charged me for it. Only did one thing I had paid for. And when I got my truck back after months of it being there it was doing the same thing I took it there for and they ignored my calls from them on out

Needed a tow from Triple A because my transmission went out. Placed my roadside request and waited to be contacted. 3 hours later Triple A calls me wanting to know why the car hasn t been picked up. I told her I didn t know and that I hadn t heard anything. She calls tow company, A Plus Towing, then calls me back. She tells me it will be almost 2 more hours before they can get here. It would be after 10pm and I ll be in bed for work. Someone just didn t want to get up and do their job they were being paid to do. Complete disgrace to humanity.

Could not have been more professional. Was stuck on the side of I-85 and Darren was on-site within 30 minutes. Darren towed my vehicle just under 50 miles to the nearest dealership. Highly recommend using them.

A Plus Towing was really helpful in towing my truck. I called other towing services but they gave me a long wait time. The service was quick and affordable. The driver was really kind and made the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend this service anyone I know who need a responsive service that is willing to help as soon as possible.

Just worked with Darren. Can honestly say one of the nicest men I have spoke too. He was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Recommended very strongly that this be your 1st call when you need help with your car!!!

Driver was dispatched via Travelers Insurance. Was supposed to arrive at 10:06 pm. Did not arrive so we called driver. No answer. He finally called to say we had pinged in another location. (Per GPS was four mins away). At 10:30 pm we called. No answer. 10:35. No answer. Finally called the insurance company who was also unable to reach said driver. They ended up having to redispatch. Very unprofessional. No phone call. No text. Just no show. Will never use this place for ANYTHING

He and his wife helped tremendously! My car broke down, we called, they were there in a short time. They didn t charge an arm and a leg either! Highly recommend! 5 star service for sure.

A family member was stranded on the side of the road after dark last night. A Plus Towing & Repair came to the rescue within 30 minutes to get the car towed. Can t say enough good things for the help they provided. Thanks!

We were kind enough to let someone else leave a vehicle here over night so that it could be towed the following day. The tow truck driver is on video knocking over a planter as he pulled out of the drive way. When we contacted the number provided my husband was told they can do whatever the f--- they want. In another attempt to resolve the issue I contacted the business through chat and was told to call the law.Law was called, compensation was given. 3 hours of the day wasted for something that could have been taken care of with out law enforcement and being cussed at.
