I broke down the other day, fortunately right at this service center. They were so kind as to help me out and charge my battery to get back home. I d happily recommend a place with good people like that who help people when they don t have to. That s what makes a business worth supporting. Thank you guys.

Nice fellows. Very fast & friendly & if checking something, will tell you what the problem is instead of sticking a new part on for the money. Never bought tires there but will check with them the next time we need them.

03/20/23 Arrived at 2pm, one car in front of me, already on the rack, no one behind me, attendant came out, told him I wanted my tires rotated, was told can't do that we have an appointment coming in at 3:30 for tires, and they wouldn't have time to do it (does it take anyone an hour and a half to rotate 4 tires,) asked if I could make an an appointment to get my tires rotated was told "we don't make appointments for rotations" just to come back and see if they were busy and if they could fit me in." You not only lost my tire and inspection business but also my oil and car wash business.

There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in and I was out of there in 12 minutes. Speedy and great service.

I pulled in because my tire was going flat. The young man helped with everything that he could to get me back on the road, and did not charge me. Excellent customer service!!!! He was also excellent with the other people that he interacted with while I was there.

The oil change didn't last 2 months. My filter definitely was not changed. I do not recommend this facility for oil changes.

Austin and izzy were great, they took care of my tire need in the time it would have took me to fill up gas, quick, efficient. I didn't have to give Alot of detail about my problem and Austin knew exactly which tire I need work on and him and Izzy make a good team working together, thank you, I recommend if you need tire work or sensor go here

These guys are the best in Rutherford county. They charge fairly, don't try to fix things that aren't broken and stand behind their work. They are always really busy but still manage to get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!

After moving up from FL where you do not get annual inspections, l was not sure what the process would be or how difficult, etc. Called & was told no appt, just show up. We apparently timed it well (10:30am on a Thurs) and literally we were in & out with all going very smoothly. The 2 young guys (sorry can't remember their names) were extremely polite & got right to it wasting no time. Will definitely go here every year.

I usually take the Ridgeline to the Honda Dealership, but my husband told me I should go here instead. I drove over and was able to go right in, I was out in less than 30 minutes and I'll go back to them with it next time, too. I love my Honda Dealership, but $30, in and out. I'm a happy camper.

My wife and I ordered tires and were told they would be in in 2 days. Went back 2 days later the mechanic took the tires off and got almost through the dismount only to find out our tires weren't in yet. Came back the next day after they called and said they were in only to be the only customer there the mechanic got our car on the lift and another customer showed up, he then worked on their car, another showed up he worked on their car. Then found out the tires were still not in. Waited another 3 days (while riding on maypops) we went in for tire install and explained THOROUGHLY which axle we wanted the tires on only to have him install them crossways completely against what we asked. So we would not recommend this place.

Not only do the guys perform state inspection, they are also a tire sales and service shop that will get you the tires you want at competitive prices. Willie at R-S Inspections has installed new tires on my wife's car and and my truck and I will certainly buy from this location again when needed.

Fantastic. No wait. Out in 5 minutes for a safety inspection. Will definitely recommend.He was nice, efficient, and courteous. :)

Grate price on tires. They don't stock tires but will order you what ever you want. Fast and easy to do your inspection.
