Customer service was good, kept me informed during the service. I was told I needed injectors for my truck this was the cause of the check engine light being on. So I agreed for them to repair. It took a few days and it wasn't cheap. Long story short I've been back several times for some of the same issues Ended up at the dealership, where I should have gone in the beginning.

I ve brought multiple vehicles up here to be repaired. And I ve rented multiple U-Haul items for work. I m always impressed thoroughly with the competitive pricing and the customer service I receive. I read a lot of reviews before coming to this place and a lot of people say that the front office staff is not helpful and very rude I have never experienced that problem not once sometimes they re a little busy but that s to be expected when you are the best. How could you not be busy but if you call for an appointment they are Jonny on the spot and you always have a good service.

Told what I wanted done to my truck. Just dual exhaust out of my converter. Told could not do., because of axel configuration. And ended up with new muffler and tail pipe for over $ 500.00. Guess I was a sucker for this.

I called Perfection Exhaust on Monday and spoke with Jeff in regards to having a Flowmaster installed on my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. I had a 40 series on my Grand Cherokee and loved it. We talked about the 40 and the Super 10 Flowmaster. He quoted me on the 40 but wasn't 100% sure of the price on the 10, which was no problem for me I had to call back and let him know for sure if I wanted the appointment anyways. I called back later on and got a nice lady whom I told it was a go and that I wanted the Super 10 installed. My appointment was set earlier by Jeff for 1pm today, Tuesday, I went in and they took me right in and got to work.Everything looks great and my truck sounds amazing! This is a beautiful family owned and operated business. I recently moved to the area and read reviews to locate Perfection Auto. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend giving them a shout for your auto needs.

Do not take your car here I brought mine here for the flex pipe to get welded I had no check engine light before I came in and I had 2 when I left because my 02 sensors got fried by the dude welding it they then told me it's purely coincidence and that my check engine light was already on when I came in that day. Go elsewhere with your business they will take as much as they can and deny they broke something.Service: Exhaust

Got recommended by multiple people and mechanic shops to take my vehicle here. I got my Flowmaster put on my jeep, I will say that I'm pretty satisfied with their work, the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. They definitely earned a new customer.

Great place, very professional I brought my 4Runner in just a oil change and had them check my breaks cause I was having issues they had parts overnighted for me fixed that along with just simple touches that most techs wouldn t bother with but even fixed the guard on my driver door handle. I highly recommend going to them!!

Only gave 1 star because it made me. Where do I even begin? I called Tuesday and talked to a woman, she was super nice on the phone. I wanted to get the headers installed and a mid muffler delete and rear resonator done and she told me it would be $120/hr and take about 3-4 hours so we made a appointment for today at 8:30am. We get there after driving an hour and walk in for our appointment and get told that there s no appointment and it d be $230 for cat backs? And that it d be a quarter of the day. We left and came back. When we got back, the front desk lady had an attitude and one of them men there had the most disgusting attitude I ve ever seen. He was rude and told us it would be either 6pm or the next day before we could pick up the car and that they d not even started working on it so with us not planning on spending over $1500 we told them not to worry about it and that we would go somewhere else, with that being said it then took them an hour to get the car out of the garage and then we had to pay $200 for them putting the exhaust back on the car . After that, we left and the car had a exhaust leak and the headers weren t even on properly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! Definitely not worth it! I m absolutely disgusted with this place and will not be back.

Called on Tuesday and got a quote and made sure they could do headers because I know a lot of places won t. They said yes at $120 for labor per hour with a max of three hours. I arrived Thursday before the time I was supposed to. The man at the desk told me they had no appointment for me but could do it because I was there. They told me the same labor but that it would take 3/4 a working day. Then when I returned to wait as I live a little far away I was greeted with an attitude and him asking who I was. I told him and he then got an attitude and told me the car wouldn t be ready till 4 or 5 if at all that day. I decided that I didn t want to wait until tomorrow and they had just started the work on the car so I told them to put it back together and I would pay for what they had done. They then did not retighten the stick headers when they put them back on. Overall a very bad experience with the time changes and the attitudes as well as never writing down my appointment. I wouldn t not recommend.

Awesome and OUTSTANDING exhaust work!!! Perfection Exhaust was recommended by a coworker and they did an outstanding job with my son's truck. He got what he wanting and they had gotten it done in an amazing amount of time. As well as extremely helpful in understanding what I was wanting. Customer service here is what it's all about. I highly recommend these guys for any exhaust work. My hats off to these fine men, they sure know what they are doing!!

went here to have an oil leak fixed and they done a excellent jobwas finished alot sooner than expected...this is my second time coming here for help and ive never had a bad experience here..they have always been honest and great at what they do...i will recommend perfect exhaust to everyone......William M.

Took my car in with a problem check engine light on. They charged me 85.00 to do a diagnostics and then advice me of what the problem was and charged 450.00 to fix it. Picked car up nothing was any better still same problem. Took my car somewhere else they advise what the real problem was and 500-600 to fix it. So we called perfection back and advised they did not fix the problem and it was something else they finally admitted they misdiagnosed the problem and did not offer to give any of my 450 back or as least help correct it. I will never use this place again. There are plenty other places that will stand by their work. If your going to charge people hundreds of dollars then you need to make sure you know what you are doing. I m sure glad I don t treat people that way.

A extremely professional shop. Very fair labor rate and prices for parts, the diligence and skill of the technician that welded my new exhaust together was impressive.I'm picky about who works on my cars, can recommend without reservation!

I've been coming here about a year. I've always been treated more than fair. I trust the people and the work they do on my vehicles. They replaced a catalytic converter for less than half of what other places wanted and I've had no trouble with it since. I highly recommend this garage for all service.

Never been to this place before and when I walked in to talk to the lady I overheard one of the workers telling elderly man that he didn't really need a front end alignment! The vehicle ran straight and it would be a waste of money for you to have the front end done!WHAT??? YOU HAD MY BUSINESS RIGHT THEN !!Great service, great people...I'll be back!!!!

Went in on a Saturday because my car was acting funny and throwing check engine light. They informed me the catalytic converter was bad and needed to be replaced. $200 bucks, with a 1 year warranty. About 3 weeks go by and i start hearing this rattling. I take the car back and meet Thurman. He was plopped in his chair at his desk. I explained to him the issue that the car was making a rattling noise, and it appeared to be coming from the converter. He begins to spit out 5 excuses as to why its not his fault and how it could be because of this and that, before he even looked at the car. After arguing with him for several minutes about looking at the car, He agrees to bring it in. Upon further inspection it was found that the welding done was poor and the top had not been welded at all. He again refused to replace it under warranty claiming it was not his fault. He did offer to hollow out the converter and put a piece of straight pipe through it so it would pass inspection and I would not have a huge rattle. Highly illegal. I declined and took the car to another shop. At the new shop I was charged $80 bucks for a brand new converter and it was determined the converter from Perfection exhaust was not only incorrectly installed but defective as well. Not only did He shaft me, he overcharged me as well. Save your money and time don't let this lazy Thurman take advantage of you.

Customer for life! I am new to the area and was nervous for where to take my beloved van for a new exhaust manifold. Perfection exhaust was recommended to me by another mechanic. They were honest and trustworthy and my van drives like new!

Dropped my car off on 09/20/16 to have magniflow mufflers installed on my 300 sport. We spoke the night before, agreed upon a price and I dropped my car off. How often does a auto shop or any shop come in under the estimate? Never, but these guys sure did. They achieved the sound I wanted and saved me $180 in the process. They could have slapped on the extra mufflers but instead they got a customer for life. Nice folks, too. Highly recommend this business.

Great place to take your vehicle and is a family like place and the mechanics and technicians kno what they are doin and very experienced. Been taking my vehicle there for over a decade. Definitely recommend perfection exhaust

They whould not pass or inspect my truck , because a young lady couldn't even turn the steering wheel in my 97 truck .the owner I assume made no I contact with me when I promoted him in conversation..All he said we can't turn it we cant pass inspectionHe was rude and did not even offur to even look at it or even if he could fix it.I drove the truck there just fine !These guys need a different career!

Ive been here for my catalytic converter i believe and they did a great job! Now im back for oil leak so let's see how they do with this task....I'll keep u posted!!
