Having been using Advance Auto for years. Great service but today the customer service was over the top. Was in a jam and Crystal came to my rescue. She was very knowledgeable, very kind and went out of her way for me and my husband. She is truly a blessing.

My jeep actually broke down in the parking lot earlier today, Rose & Alex were absolutely amazing. They tried so hard to get my jeep up and going today so i could get home. Unfortunately we didnt get it up and running but they did find the problem for me which was great !!! Thank you advanced auto for having such kindhearted, caring & helpful employees! Alex & Rose thank you again so much for everything ! It would've been a bad day without yall !

They helped figure out my battery issue, replaced the old battery and gave me a fantastic price on the new one. I plan on being a regular here for any car parts when possible. I didn t get the two guys names but they were very helpful.

Please Do use this AA Location in Roseville NC.I have been gladly and joyfully and successfully using them this store for almost 15 years now.Tonight my man recorded o did an outstanding job of check engine codes with his unit on my BENZ.Having been out of town in the great state of Texas 46 weeks and just now returning he was able to help me to troubleshootthey check engine codes with a good inexpensive viable successful solution.Good job,.. ans Kudus!to my man Ricardo, Into his able-bodied assistant Ethan who also helped us out.And who and also to their manager who helped us as well and made sure everything went successfully.I think his name is Alex but I cannot remember for sure.However he was the manager on duty tonight in all their managers have done an outstanding job of health and for the past 15 years.Great job to advance auto in Roseville!and thank you once again for helping me to navigateand troubleshoot through potentially confusing,automobile matters.As well as once again successfully helping me to get my dins back on the road where it belongs!!!To the autobahn and Beyond!And , ... I recently bought a catalytic converter of their website 'guaranteed to fit' my car, it annoyingly did not (Website fault, not this store!) I brought it into my local store and they took it back no questions asked! I appreciate the service and will shopping here for future auto-part needs!

I was there a few weeks ago to get a diagnostic ran on my wife's car. I assumed I had a sparkplug that needed replacing so I purchased them while I waited for someone to free up and run the diagnostic. A young lady helped me out and informed me that my problem wasn't the plugs, it was a sensor that I needed. So I asked if I could return the plugs, and she was fine with that. As we walked back into the store, an older lady working on another register asked the woman helping me why we were coming back in. The young lady helping me told her that I had ordered something I ended up not needing, and the older lady looked at me and yelled "what a putz!" I was highly offended. I asked the older lady to repeat herself, and he looked at me and walked to the back of the store. I think this is totally unprofessional and not the type of customer service I have come to expect from Advance Auto Parts. I've been a customer there for years and have never had an unpleasant experience until recently. I dont know how she got hired there, but at the least there needs to be coaching on customer etiquette. To call a customer out of their name is beyond disrespectful. I actually needed a ball hitch this past Saturday. I went in to get it, but when I saw that same older lady working the register, I left and went to another store just bc I refuse to do business with someone who lacks respect for others

Needed some tire valve stem caps. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Always an easy experience shopping here. Found the stem caps and got back on the road. Thank you.

I was in a rush. I just left the store. Demetri Jefferies helped me, so I m sorry if I am spelling her name wrong. She was super helpful from the moment I entered the store. She helped me determine the right oil to use on my car. She helped me select a brand and she created a funnel, so I could pour it in my car. I couldn t get the cap open and she helped with that as well. I hope you take notice You have a great employee with a spirit of excellence!

Normally I'm a big supporter of advanced Auto parts but this location gave no effort to help me whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location. Instead I'll be going to the location I know is not rude to customers

Went to this location to have my engine light checked. Upon approaching the counter, I wasn t greeted or acknowledged by the old lady at the register who was looking for something in the system. When she finally did acknowledge me and I told her what I needed, she let her coworker know who then responded to her that she got it. Her response to him was I don t want it . I then told them both that I ll just go down the street to Autozone! If this is how Advanceauto provides customer service, then I ll continue taking my business elsewhere!

I've been to this location a few times and usually have a good experience. The last time I was in, they took great care of me, getting me the best deal on a quality battery. The staff really seem down to earth, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

The best auto parts store around. They have every tool or parts that you would ever need. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have patience and answer all of your questions. They run checks on your car by hooking up to your computer. I've been charged $100 by a shop for doing this and they do it for free!

Always get good service here. Had to replace the battery in my truck recently and the guy behind the counter even installed it for me at no charge. Definitely my go to parts store in the area.

Their service was good. However, a couple other personnel called, the gentleman helping me, a derogatory name. I saw his face and I genuinely felt like the others were making fun/bullying this gentleman. I will never go back there again.

Had the small part I needed to fix my problem with my windshield washer hose. They helped me find it and I was good to go. I usually prefer Advance auto parts over Auto zone seem to get better service.

Employees act like it's a burden to help the customer and typically will not even acknowledge you walking into the store. On several occasions employees are smoking cigarettes right by the front entrance and seem annoyed when customers arrive.This location also rarely fills online orders in time. Pick up email is usually never sent and orders are not pulled even if you arrive at the store hours after placing your order.I would highly recommend going to the location in Wake Forest or the store on Durant Road.

I went in with a list from my husband. The guy at the counter was really helpful and not condescending at all even though i was pretty clueless about what I needed. The only down side was that they didn't actually have what I needed in stock.

I usually go to AutoZone. However Advance Auto Parts is my secondary place to go when I am looking for competitive prices against AutoZone's. The only problem I have with Advance Auto Parts is that they almost always charge more than other parts stores. And then they try to justify it by saying that they are more honest and have higher quality stuff. Which is partially true. They have higher quality stuff.

I bought a set of spark plugs here today, and they gave me the wrong kind for my car. Fortunately, I caught their mistake before I'd driven too far with the incorrect plugs, but I don't feel like I can trust this store now.

Lawrence and Travis both very knowledgeable and friendly usually use the Wake Forest store but these guys definitely showed why Cedars Motors uses Advance Auto.

My favorite stop for auto parts, tools and accessories. They do oil recycling and diagnostic scanning too. Awesome!
