Brought my Auntie here as part of a pre-vacation check up on her vehicle and inspection to get her state of residency changed. The whole team was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and kind. Jacob was our technician and he went above and beyond to make my nervous Aunt more at ease. Thank you so much, Jacob, for making what could have been a difficult process so much easier!! I have no doubt we ll be back!

I went to get a simple oil change and the experience was terrible. First off they lost my oil cap (i don t know how that even happened). But they went to go get me another one which I had to wait on. I leave thinking everything is ok until I hear scrapping coming from under my car. THEY DIDNT EVEN STREW THE BOTTOM OF MY CAR BACK. I didn t even go back at that point because obviously they had to much going on. The service was terrible and very unprofessional. I would not recommend. But if you do decide to visit this company make sure you pay attention and make sure they are doing everything correctly!!Service: Oil change

If you have only been here for the best car wash package in town and not experienced the auto lube team, you are missing out. Dudley, Harold, Oscar are outstanding and so professional. I pulled in for a quick brake light fix and they treated me like I was their only customer. They introduced themselves, opened the door for me and just were fine young men. You can tell the owners run a great business and hire top notch employees. I have a car wash subscription on all of my cars and it pays for itself in a car wash and a half. It is hard to find great service but here you will find it. Don t go anywhere else. Support this great business, you will not regret it! Thanks to everyone at Shell Auto Lube!!

I have my vehicle serviced here regularly and mostly deal with Dudley as the first impression he left with ensuring everything was done right was immaculate. On my most recent visit there was an issue that was brought to my attention by Dudley and he was able to resolve it immediately. This business is operated by a great group of individuals who are always courteous and respectful to customers. I recommend this business for any auto services needed to include their wash package prices that are very well priced.Service: Oil change

This place damaged my car during a routine oil change and refuse to pay for the damages.I got an oil change last week and they were unable to remove the oil filter (or cap) that THEY had put on from the last oil change I received from them. In their efforts to try to get it off they damaged my car causing ALL of my oil to run out my car every time I accelerated. My car shut off 2 times in the middle of the highway and 2 times in my jobs parking lot. They REFUSE to pay for the damages because I will not let them or anyone affiliated with them touch my car and elected to take it to the Toyota dealership. The manager Dee although not rude refuses to see their fault in this situation. Their corporate representative was rude as well. My car is only 9 years old and only 150+ miles so it is not wear and tear on my car that caused this so they should be held responsible. Since they do not want to pay for the damages then I will seek legal representation.

Someone needs to answer the phone and y all need to stop charging me for the car wash. Please post a good number to call and get it cancelled, none of your numbers work. I need a refund for these charges y all keep charging for a service I ve been try to cancel for months now because I moved.

The car wash has been down for 3 months or more and they continue to charge the full price for services that they are not offering. The customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the phone when I try to call. I'm curious as to how people are able to schedule any of the other services they offer when there's obviously no one managing the office and answering calls.

I got an oil change at shell rapid lube on 3/6. On 3/9, I noticed oil was leaking from my vehicle. I called and spoke to the lube manager, Dudley Lynch. I was mad! He drove to where I was (30 miles away), made sure the car was drivable and then we went back to shell rapid lube. Once there, Mr. Lynch checked everything, tapped off the oil, fixed whatever was wrong, washed the vehicle engine area twice and washed my car. As I was preparing to leave, Mr. Lynch got a cloth and wiped down any areas that were missed by the car wash. He showed me everything that had been done to fix the problem...in short, he went above and beyond to take care of the vehicle. He threw in a few car washes for good measure. I am grateful for the service provided today. Mr. Lynch and his coworkers did a great job and made sure I was informed during every step.

Had an issue and possibly a resolution with a car inspection... I waited patiently in line at the counter to speak with someone. Ask the clerk to speak with a manager. Caleb can to my assistance. I guess he was the manager.. Once we discussed the problem and I shared the possible resolution from the information I took time out to gather.. This manager had the audacity to tell me he didn't have time to make a phone call in reference to the issue I had.. He had customers to help.... I guess I wasn't a customer... Well I definitely will not be a customer from this point on...

Great service as usual. I arrived there for a synthetic oil change at 8 am and I was out by 8:30 am. Not only that, as they courtesy vacuum my car, the staff found $40.00 under my mats and promptly gave it back to me. I have been doing my oil changes and car wash here for a long time now. Will keep coming

Great , fast friendly always, explained everything being done, asked before hand.Great price, free car wash afterwards.Can't beat that.I get all my vehicle needs done here from brake pads ,oil changes then to the car wash.Update, even after the bad luck put on hood newz,I'm here getting my oil changed, dudley, who manages this place is awesome.Mistakes get made , customers aren't always right.Great job rapid lube.

I needed to get my vehicle inspected, so I went to Shell Rapid lube. The person who helped me was Dudley. He was very friendly, very helpful. Everything was done efficiently. He and Jesse gave excellent customer service and assistance when I needed it.

Awesome experience everytime I go! It's my one stop shop for an oil change and a car wash. They have great deals going on for both now so I am there frequently and each time I go I have the same consistent good service. You can't beat their prices and customer service!

I love taking my car to Shell Rapid Lube!! Everybody is nice, respectful and they get things done quickly. I have had my car for nine years and for about seven out of those nine, I have taken my car there to have the oil changed, fluids checked, etc. My car has over 165,000 miles on it and I still always feel safe taking it there for a little check up and suds up. Needless to say, they are awesome and go over and above what my expectations every time!!

Oil was dirty after the oil change. Fluids not topped off, tire pressure was not topped off. I suspect they changed the oil but not the filter as oil was half and half, I have done this by mistake before, I know what it looks like. Be ready to verify the service, you will be disappointed. Take pics and oil samples before service. Pics of all fluid caps will show if they were removed for filling. Manager did correct all the issues, to his credit. Cannot trust anyone anymore. Sad.

I pulled up to the car wash about 10 min before they were scheduled to close. After paying and proceeding to the car wash, was immediately blocked off as if it was closed already; mind you there was also another vehicle that had already paid that was behind me. After going through the car wash and proceeding to take part in the free vacuuming service, my girlfriend and I were met by an employee who asked if we were using the spray bottles and we kindly told him no as he rolled off with the cart. As soon as we started vacuuming out my back seat, the same employee comes to tell us that he is about to turn off the vacuums and does so in the middle of us cleaning. Understanding that they were about to close we didn't argue and kindly left. My issue with this is that I felt rushed and was not able to fully take part in the service that I paid for. He could have kindly let us finish, which wouldn't have taken no more than an additional 5 minutes. He could also have tended to other duties to allow us time to finish, which could have been the time it took him to put cones in the empty spaces. All in all, I rarely come to shell for services but there is an obvious reason why. Customer service needs to improve drastically!

Rapid Lube is a great easy way to keep your car washed! There was one weak link in the chain or I would have been happy to give them 5 Stars on my recent cleaning. The car wash on the day I went was unattended. I waited but thought... hmmm I must need to just try and align my tires and go on in... well that was challenging. Two people behind me honked their horns to get an attendant of which finally came out and then he spent ZERO time doing the normal pre-cleaning of the front where bugs get on the car. He had already pressed the buttons to send me on through. As I got out of the car... the front was still pretty terrible. ( I purchased the $30 wash) and so I mentioned to the guy drying it off about the wash attendant and he said that he would do his best to get it but... the bottom line is, after inspecting it when it was done... it really needed to go back through. It was definitely not clean. I had run out of time to wait any longer so I went on and just took it as is. I like these folks a lot. I go about every two weeks. There are some good employees and there are some that need some more training. All I can say is ... that today was not their best.

They were very nice but they broke my latch on my hood . Slam my hood too hard. They try to blame it on me cause my headlight was broke cause someone hit it with a bat which police took pictures of it and my hood was not like that. They lied and said my hood was already up when I got there....(it was not)...so I will contact corporate or i will let my insurance lawyer handle...they stupid...cause I have pictures of it two days before I went there and that's proof hood was not like that....by the way the manager call me and was very rude...carma...God see everything....

Very quick service every time I go there. Never have I had an issue with the service not the employees. They have plenty of chairs for everyone and overall the perfect experience for the ordinary oil change, inspection and/or car wash.

2nd time in a row that I've waited over an hour for an inspection. Other customers came after me, left before me. I've been going for years with no problems. I don't know what's happened recently but I won't be back. 1 star for the awful experiences but I give them 2 stars because the staff is always friendly.

The staff here is A1. I told them I wanted an oil change and state inspection but I had an hour to be back at work. 40 minutes later the lady at the register called my name and said i was finished. The timing was perfect and they even vacuumed my vehicle and ran it threw the car wash for me. I will be coming back.

Went to get an inspection last week they told me machines down come back later. Went today they said they aren't doing inspections because they are out of stickers.... what? I asked the worker when did they start having inspection stickers again? She didn't know how to answer that but I'm over 30 unless inspection stickers came back I'll change my rating. Couple years ago this was the place to go I don't know what happened but after today yeah they ain't touching my truck

I came for an inspection. I left and got all the way to DMV only to find out my vehicle failed. Not once did an employee tell me it had failed. I had to call them to find out why they failed me for tint when the tint is a legal percentage. They told me it failed for a tint strip on the windshield. The sun visors come down further than the strip did. It was barely past the legal line . So not only did I have to wait for the inspection and wait in line at DMV. I now have to wait at both places all over again.Service: Brakes
