The staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. I live about an hour from the dealership, so Kevin provided a video to give me a better look at the truck. I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie in near excellent condition at a great price. It was well worth the drive. I love my truck!

I m exceptionally pleased with the service, attention, and professionalism I received. Everyone was very kind very knowledgeable about my purchase. Mr. Jasper and Mr. Taevon were my Super Men . Mrs. Deb and the actual manager were amazing as well. My car was professionally detailed by the time I arrived and I am very impressed by my overall experience. And the price of my vehicle was unbelievable!

This dealership IS amazing. Would give them 1000 stars if I could. Brad/Jon Dawson and Debbie Wright in finance did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond what a normal dealership would do. They truly don't make them like this anymore. Would 1000 percent recommend them. Only negative is that they aren't my local dealership. Next time I am ever in the market for another Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram I will NOT hesitate to look them up again. Out of this world?

I was looking for a new Toyota RAV4 and these guys had the beat deal I could find! Being from Raleigh there were a couple hiccups with making it their on time with the vehicle, cleaning and such but once they had the vehicle there they made everything as quick and easy as possible. I ran into a couple hiccups of my own with having an out of state drivers license and problems with my car insurance, but they were extremely patient with me. They walked me and my wife through all our possible payment options, were extremely honest and up front about particulars, and never once did I feel like I was being scammed or having one pulled over on me. They even knocked a 1000 off without me asking. Thank you to Taevon, the nice lady in finance, and the older gentlemen that I think was the head of sales. All of you made my first time financing a car quick and easy and I m grateful for all of your help. 10/10 would recommend if your shopping for a car please come here

We use to be able to take our vehicles here and no issues. But last time they had our van they tried telling us we needed a new engine and it was $14000. They wouldn't send proof of any testing, sent us over to sales department, and decided to not charge a diagnostic fee after many calls to pay the bill. We did transfer the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and guess what the engine is fine. There is nothing wrong with it. Tried calling dodge to make it right and the manager didn't care. All he had to say was well we didn't charge you a diagnostic fee. This has caused so much stress, missed work, school for our kids and lots of extra towing.Never will use this dealership again.

One key to car. Had to pay for a second key.No owners manual still trying to find one. Was given a web sight to find information needed. No maintenance information on car.One tire did not match the other three which is causing the car to pull to the right.People were knowledgeable and friendly.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee 2020 Overland had the start/ stop light come on the dash . I attempted to troubleshot myself to determine the problem. I finally decided to take it in to be serviced.The service department workers were extremely helpful and friendly. They charged the battery and the problem was identified and taken care of within several hours . They explained throughly and I was not charged for the service or problem. I am not being picky but the only small tissue was a few greasy spots on my interior. I would highly recommend to do business with Rocky Mount Jeep!

I had service work done on my car. The people were very nice, communicated well, and were attentive. The car required an expensive part that I had to wait almost a week for, no fault of anyone at the dealership. They repair was made in the car was returned.

Broke down on a Sunday and had my Ram 2500 Diesel towed to the nearest dealer which was Rocky Mount Ram. The service department called and I explained that I had been traveling to Virginia and explained that the truck wouldn t start after turning it off. They went to work on it Monday and it was ready by Tuesday afternoon. Great service Dept., very professional, friendly, and prompt.

I really love the service but was a little disappointed my husband told them to change the sensor while they were in there and now my check engine light is back on and it's the same sensor code. Keep up the good work they did get my car back in a timely manner and I thank them again

Didn't buy a car. Only delt with service and after many lies, charged for work that was never done, and many other issues, I will no longer use this dealership fpr anything. My truck was worse then when I dropped it off. Take my advice and take your vehicle somewhere else to have work done.

We are traveling from Miami to New York for the holidays and my car a Chrysler Pacifica started with a problem power steering light went on, I look for a nearest dealership to take the car in and I found this one. I got there very early in the morning, they took care of us , I end up expending a considerable amount of money but they took care of this problem and another problems the car had. Very friendly staff, really helpful and I really appreciate.

I'll likely not ever do business with this dealership service department again. I'm very unhappy with my recent experience with the service department at Rocky Mount Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and will follow up with them. I scheduled an oil change and replacement of spark plugs and wires "tune up," and a couple of repairs for my '04 Ram. I provided my own Amsoil for the oil change and also had a 20% off coupon for the work to be done. Because of the money to be spent on repairs and that I supplied my own oil, the service writer told me he'd waive the $20 labor for the oil change. All good, so far. There was an additional repair noted; the heater outlet hose was leaking. The service writer told me the hose has to be purchased with the water pump and I ok'd the work. (Upon researching online afterwards, I cannot find that the hose has to be purchased with the water pump and will further check with a knowledgeable person about that.) When told my truck was done, I went to get it and noticed I was charged for the oil change, oil and everything. I don't care about the $20 labor to change the oil but pointed out that I supplied my own oil, shouldn't be charged for oil. At that point, the 20% off coupon had been applied to my total bill, saving me around $300. The service writer took the invoice, had the oil change deleted from it, re-did the invoice and told me the 20% off coupon was still applied. I noticed a credit card processing fee on my bill of $64.26 and questioned it because I was using reward points. The service writer told me the fee is charged on all invoices. (At this point, it was 6 pm, closing time.) We processed the charges, which seemed to me higher than they should've been, via rewards redemption. When I arrived home, I found that the 20% off coupon had not been applied, which caused my cost to be about $330 more. The service writer never told me I couldn't use the 20% off coupon and rewards points at the same time, and told me the 20% off coupon had been applied to the revised invoice. I was still charged the credit card processing fee. Also, the "tune up" was replacement of spark plugs only. I've always known a tune up included spark plugs and wires, which is what I requested. Because of my questions about the credit card processing fee, the service writer gave a book of coupons to me for use later. I'll not use most of the coupons. The oil change sticker placed on my windshield provides incorrect mileage for the next oil change per the oil I supplied. The revised invoice shows an incorrect mileage amount for my truck. I use my invoices to record work done on my truck. The service writer told me all is fine with my truck, no other needs noted- which I know to be mostly true. But, when I had several other items previously done, he told me the truck needed rear brakes replacement, which I declined because I knew they didn't need to be done. I absolutely dislike feeling that I was taken advantage of, rushed during payment transactions, charged more that ought to have been charged, and now I cannot trust that the Amsoil I provided was actually put in my truck. As is often said, "Buyer beware." I need to be able to trust the shop where I take my truck. I don't trust this shop.
