Went in today to get new batteries for my key fobs and Jammal was outstanding. I was greeted and helped right away. Jammal was really nice and helpful, got me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!!

Ever since I started tackling my own car repair I really appreciate Napa and counter help. They're very informative and always have the best parts. Lot of times when you go to the other parts stores you could be getting parts from a number of different manufacturers and they change differently all the time but Napa tries to keep the same trusted manufacturers parts on their shelf.

Terrible Customer Service & Treatment! Employees seriously need an attitude check! I went to this NAPA location to shop and as I was waiting in line I heard a conversation between one of the employees and a customer in the other line and she was being very condescending towards the guy. Then when I got waited on by a different employee I told him what I needed and another employee came from the back and told me I needed to wear a mask didn't ask me but DEMANDED me. I felt that he was racially targeting me since the other employees didn't make a big deal out of it. He told me there were some masks in the front and I asked if they were free and he sarcastically said "No, we charge for masks" They were free but he doesn't need to be joking around on the job. I came to this location about a month ago and one of the employees was cursing out loud saying that what other stores don't have we have. The guy just was shaming their competition and I should not have to hear such vulgar language.

Manager at napa rocky mount store is rude, wears too much perfume and having affair with emplyee. She is also smoking dope.. very disappointed will be getting future parts elsewhere.

Prices are too high. I try to do business local. I needed a bearing. Amazon had the bearing for $5.00 with free freight. Napa charged $22.00. These guys seem to operate on the pretense that their customers are idiots.

good sales and most in stock items. most of every thing we get for our cars & trucks they have, or they order it for us. have it in stock the next day or tell us which store has it.
