Was 1 hour into a 6 hour drive when my tire pressure light went on after having just filled up that morning. The front desk attendant was friendly and the techs had me back on the road in less than 40 minutes! So grateful they saved the day and my trip!

Had to take my car here 2 different times for 2 different reasons within a few days of each other and they were able to get me in quickly and charged me what they actually quoted. The staff was professional and so kind. I really appreciate Dave who took the time to help me understand the breakdown of a quote for future work that I will be returning to get done. Highly recommend them!

I am pleased with the management and staff at Mr. Tire Service Center on Thomas Street. They are always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am confident in the products and services I've purchased and expect to have future vehicle maintenance done at this location. I take advantage of the wifi in the customer waiting area, but not for long because these guys take care of business! I don't usually do online reviews, but my hope is to encourage readers to patronize this Mr. Tire location on a regular basis.

They gave me a price to change 2 tires , i came for 2 tires , they took 4 hours and the price was 180 dollars more than what they initially told me , there was a lot of confusion and the workers were not enthusiastic at all of working , i do not recommend it

I haven't forgot about the work your crew did for my tire. I had the red chevy silverado. Thank you for fixing the puncture in my tire. Still running strong since memorial day weekend. Big ups!

Had an emergency flat tire. They helped me out in a decent time and the customer service was good. Better than other places in the area. Definitely recommend.

Very prompt. Very busy though but that just means they provide a great service. Seating area was nice. Friendly and great multitaskers.

Very helpful! Amazing customer service! And pretty quick service! They helped me with everything I needed and fixed my escape and the price was pretty decent! And now I can renew my tags hopefully! Highly recommend them!!

These guys are awesome! Ron gave us great service. They are a throwback to a better time and I would recommend them to anyone. My tire was fixed in less than 10 minutes and I would of paid 3 times what I was charged. Highly recommend! Thanks again fellas!

Amazing service. Isaac Holcomb helped me in an emergency tire situation and was amazing. He was calm and helpful, and the tech person was also friendly and helpful. Amazing service!!

Services performed were set of tires, transmission flush, and alignment. First time was not perfect but Brian the manager took care of everything the next day. He was very courteous and professional during both visits and everything was completed in a good time. Very satisfied with the service and work overall. Will be coming back for future needs and highly recommend Mr. Tire at the Rocky Mount location.

Great experience. These guys are fast, clean and fair. Troy and the team did a great job in fixing my brake problem, sourcing the parts (for a Saab!) and getting it all done within a day. Great courteous communication and customer service. I will absolutely use these guys again if I have car issues.

Great service. Not like the other Mr. Tire (in Rocky Mount on 301)! I have used Thomas St. for many years but tried the 301 location because of convenience to my job...Big mistake! On Thomas St, service is ALWAYS done with a smile. They also make you feel like you're not being rushed. Thank you Sinclair for the excellent customer service today. You are awesome

GREAT JOB GUYS!!!Great customer service! Stopped by this morning for four new tires and an alignment. Glad I stop here after driving and calling around. Love their energy I was in and out in no time. Keep a conversation going to help pass the time. I'll definitely be back again!!
