Made an appointment today, everyone was very nice and got my car safety inspected in less than 20 minutes! Was beyond amazing! Will be back next year! Thanks so very much!

As per my receipt, I paid $50 for an oil change that was to include a battery check, tire rotation, courtesy inspection, and examination of the breaks. I referenced my concerns over my breaks, saw there was no courtesy inspection slip. Josh, affirmed with me that it was incorporated and went to check with the technician. He returned and said that inspection was not done, only oil change. The mechanic informed him that he was in a rush to get vehicles out prior to closing. I ought to likewise add that I had my appt set for 4 p.m. When I asked, "Would you say you are certain my oil was changed by any means?" Josh expressed yes oil change was finished and liquids however all the other things was skipped on the grounds that they were shutting soon and expected to get different vehicles in. At the crack of dawn, I'll be calling the manager Tim or returning. This is a horrendous illustration of client care; each client ought to receive�thorough�and�equitable�treatment. It isn't adequate to work rapidly and overlook steps only on the grounds that you are anxious to return home. Like some other paying customers, I made an arrangement and expected full service of what I paid for & services Mr. TIRE offers.

Josh and Tim were excellent. We broke down on our way back to VA traveling from a funeral in SC. They could not have done a more fantastic job for us. They set the expectations for us, and then exceeded them. Give these gentleman a raise, they are valued employees and will help your business thrive. It's refreshing to have an experience like this in today's world, thank you!

Our engine light came on mid trip up 95 and searched for auto repair places. We called and arrived 5 min later and they got us right in to diagnose the issue. Thankfully we didn't need a fix and we were on the road in 15 min and weren't even charged. Super nice people, clean showroom and bathroom, and knowledgeable.

Tim and Josh greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I came in for an inspection. They got me done quickly. I enjoyed talking to them while I waited. Great experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Amazing service and Good Human 101. Not sure what else I can say. My wife called from the road with a Low Voltage indicator on a Sunday. Called, and Devin was amazing, letting me know he and the team would do a diagnostic of the whole electrical system. Wife pulled in, Devin and team identified the problem within 20 min, and replaced the alternator in about 2 hrs. Thank you Devin and team, for quality service and restoring that there is great humans still out there.

My name is Carol Brown I was very surprised when my bill came it was too high. The oil only cost $17. The air filter only cost nine dollars the labor cost less than $20. Why was I charge $98? I will never visit this place again.

I realized my state inspection was due and they took me right away, on a Sunday, and got me all fixed up in no time. Even advised me on how to update my record on the DMV website!! Very friendly and helpful!!

I get my Cadillac serviced here whenever I have an issue. The staff will tell you what needs to be done from the beginning and keep you informed. I never have had a problem they couldn t fix.

Apparently they fix one thing and create another problem so you can come back. Bought a new car, 8 weeks later needed a tire because one of them started going flat and could be plugged." I ran over something" Anyhow they put a new tire on and rotated them also. Next I drive away and now my car new car is somewhat shakey, and is pulling to the right , went to another place and found out Mr tire did not balance my tires and some car thing they messed up so that's why it was driving crazy. Apparently they fix one thing and create another problem so you can come back. And charged me $280 never returning !

This guy is something else. He was trying to charge me $150/tire sensor. I went to discount tires and got 4 sensors replaced for $254 along with rotation and balance. My uncle went and got his oil changed for$40. My mom went a few days later , he was trying to charge her $117.00. Women beware.

I came into this shop with a tire issues 20 minutes before they closed. I was expecting to be told I would need to come back another day as they needed to finish up and close for the weekend. I was instead greeted by the store manager and his wife with a smile. I ended up getting 4 new tires and the store managers wife took it upon herself to driver her personal vehicle to another mr tire for the tires I needed, as they did not have them in store. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience at any other mechanic shop in my life! The store manager, his wife, and another employee all stayed late to fix my car and make sure I had everything I needed to be safe on the road. I will be a forever customer of this location and recommend anyone in the rocky mount area to use this MR tire! Thank you again for the great experience!!

My AC died on a long distance road trip on a 90� Sunday, Devin was super accommodating and able to get it up and running so we could have a comfortable 4 hour drive home! Highly recommend!

Got a flat tire outside of Tarboro on our way to TN. Called Mr. Tire and they had the tires in stock and said they could get us in. We were back on the road within an hour. They saved our Thanksgiving road trip! Courteous and friendly staff. Added bonus the store was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and so clean. Highly recommend!

The service you provided my husband was way beyond 5 star! He ran in to difficulties returning from Florida to Canada and luckily ended up at your shop in North Carolina.You went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that he was safe and that our truck was repaired as fast as possible.Your staff was friendly, kept him in the loop at all times and treated him with respect.The work was done amazingly fast (given his degree of need) and was top notch.Can't thank you enough for your wonderful service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR TIRE AUTO SERVICE!!

Worst experience today at Mr. Tire. I called yesterday & made an appointment for an oil change & a 4 wheel alignment. After dropping my car off at the exact appointment time, 2 hours & 15 minutes later all that was done was an oil change. Alignment had not been done at all. I was asked if I'd like to come back & I said no thanks because that's what appointments are for. I was told it would take up to an hour or a little over. Waisted my time. I definitely won't be going back. Timing on services hasn't been the same since Alex left. Bring Alex back ..

Amazing service! Techs were smiling and friendly. The young lady at the front desk, Angie, greeted each lobby customer with a smile and each phone customer with a caring voice. She made an aggravating experience seem pleasant indeed. No one wants to go and sit, stranded without a vechile, at a shop for an hour or more. But, Angie and the rest of the staff at the Rocky Mount Mr. Tire made me forget that it was an inconvenience. Thank you!! Will definitely be returning and telling others about this great experience.

Professional, nice, quick and very affordable . Tim went out of his way on a Sunday to get two tires from the other store to put on my daughter s car when I was an hour away and couldn t be there. You have earned a loyal customer!
