Don, I assume, the manager was very helpful & answered all my questions & addressed my concerned. I will be return G for other needs. My dealership that I've deal with for the last 3 years did NOT offer me a reasonable plan for 4 brand new tires. Thanks, Don at Goodyear in Rocky Mount, for your friendly & equitable service.

I walked in having made up my mind that I needed a new tire because it was leaking every day, and I was all prepared to buy one. The mechanic insisted that I didn't need a new tire, just a new stem for $30. I actually tried to talk him into selling me a new tire, but he kept insisting I didn't need one. He was right, the stem stopped the leaking issue. I was amazed that a mechanic would be so honest as to sell me a solution for $30 that I was willing to pay $200 for. You won't find many that honest!

Service is great. The Mechanic is a smoker, and that smell stays in the vehicle for a while. Other than that, it's a good place service.

Awesome customer service! Very competitive pricing! I ve been using this place for years and will not go anywhere. This is the only place in Rocky Mount that can do an alignment correctly. Don at the front desk is very polite and very professional. I highly recommend!

Friendly professional service. Got the tires I needed with no issues. I don't think I was there more than an 1 hr and 15 min. I will be going back to them.

Unbelievable They are sorry as hell at this place I was parked at the KFC right beside them walked over to there to buy a battery and they said we had to have to get our car towed across the parking lot if they were going to put in. Will never do business with this location again. That's not how you treat a paying customer. Wouldn't even give us a jump to get in their parking lot. We even offered to pay for their service in advance. The nice people at KFC came right out and gave us a jump and now we are going to get a top of the line battery someware else. Goodyear thank your guy at the front counter for loosing our business from now on.

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for several years for tires, routine maintenance, inspections, etc. I feel they offer honest advice and reasonable prices. I recommend them often.

Not one car in the garages still couldnt do a simple tire rotation. Just pathetic. Said he would have to schedule me another day.
