My car was hit while parked! Didn t know who had done it. So, unfortunately I had to report this on my insurance. Gerber worked fast, they got my parts and my car was in for service in no time. The downside of this was that I had to pay for my own rental. I spoke with them a few times to see if my car could be completed sooner than the date. I m glad they understood and I was able to get my car back sooner than expected! Great Job and Great Customer Service!

They did absolutely wonderful! Gates was very transparent about what was going to happen/ when. Available for any calls/ questions we had during the process. Also he made sure to keep me updated on the parts being shipped/ when they received them and what to expect. He even went above and beyond when we went to pick up my husband s truck, it was SHINING! Looked brand new! Thankful for the quality work and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Five stars for Gerber Collision & Glass Rocky Mount (only because we couldn t give more)! After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident). The Gerber team repaired it all, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and got everything back to fully working order - as good as new! The car looks fantastic and handles great after the repair. Throughout the process, the team coordinated with our insurance company and kept us informed about each step along the way - terrific communication and service from a shop that really cares! If you find yourself in need of top-quality collision repair, you can t do any better than Gerber - Rocky Mount.

Gerber did an amazing job on my car! The turn around time was great and I had my car back in a week and a half. They always called and gave me updates and the staff was amazing! I had to get the front of my car fixed plus the drivers door.

I cannot thank Gates and this location enough for their kindness, understanding and attention to detail, I took my vehicle to a different location and received it back multiple times and everytime I got it back it wasn't quite right, I called and spoke with gates and he assured me he would make sure to fix everything and let me know I was in good hands, the front desk staff are great and very helpful as well, I have never experienced a gerber collision as great as this one, Gates communication is unmatched and I could go on and on for days but I am finally satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle and it is finally fixed correctly and it was done in a timely manor, If I could recommend anyone I most definitely would recommend this location, Thank you all for a job wellDone and for helping me fix the issue that u didn't have to, Gates really is great and no words can explain how thankful I am

They did an excellent job at repairing my truck, i normally dint leave reviews but they do deserve it ! They worked with me through the process kept me informed the whole time ! When I picked my truck up they were nice courteous and the place was so clean and up kept! Definitely will go to them again id needed to

Our experience was the worse ever, it took a month to do the repairs that they could which was not much our car is still not finished they referred us to another sister Gerber collision company where we live to finish the job I'm so dissatisfied, and the kicker was we had to pay our deductible to this place. There is a part under the car that goes across the front the piece is lose and pointing towards the front of the car. Ms. Elaine and her crew are wonderful! She kept me up to date from start to finish with, how long it would take for parts to come in, when they came in, and all time related updates throughout. My car looks like it did when I brought it home from Dealership. My front bumper had to be replaced twice due to improper fitting. Gerber acknowledged the issue and scheduled a time to have it replaced each time. On the last repair, Gerber fixed it in a timely manner and the bumper fit perfectly for my vehicle. Gerber stands behind their work whole-heartedly. Along with that, the staff are very kind and professional. Thank you!

I have had to use Gerber twice in the past one when I was an accident where a deer hit me and while I was in a car accident both time I received Extreme professionalism and dedication to the work that they do

Our car was serviced here after an accident. Ultimately, the car was totaled, but we were thankful for the service we received at Gerber. After dealing with the insurance company, it was refreshing to be able to check on the status of our vehicle online. I was always in the loop re: the status of our vehicle and the customer service was courteous and responsive.I hope to not return (because accidents kinda suck), but if we had to, I'd feel confident we were in good hands.

We broke down 4.5 hours from home , towed to an awful place which had our car for weeks , Gerber came to the rescue and retrieved our vehicle and repaired all that was damaged . They were kind and caring knowing how long we have been without a car and how long it would take us to drive to get it plus we didn t have a car to get there , they went above and beyond and helped us get our car without even worrying about it inconveniencing them in anyway! They came together as a group to brainstorm a solution and found one, they just wanted to help us a human beings ! WOW! Gerber Collision & Glass is the absolute BEST!!! I was in a accident on I-95 heading to Virginia and was hit by a Semi. My rear window got taken out. It was the semi s fault so I got his insurance information but my vehicle wouldn t be repaired for a few days. I needed a quick fix on my window due to the extreme cold weather outside. I called around to nearby places but received no luck. Thankfully, I called Gerber and explained my situation. They gave me excellent customer service, told me to stop by the shop and one of their operators will gladly place some plastic over the hole until I m able to get it fully repaired. When I got there, they quickly greeted me and got down to business! They even offered me a warm cup of coffee! They did everything free of charge! I felt so welcomed and appreciated .it was amazing! Thank you Gerber! I will be taking my car to you for any future accidents! I highly recommend this place for vehicle repairs!!!!

Both times I had damages to my car, Gerber made great repairs. I'm Completely happy with the parts that were replaced and the paint match. My car looks excellent. Wasted 3 months of my time for an estimate on repairs, once a week they would tell me that they were going to start it, or button up the rest of it or finish it by the next few days and then a week would pass and they would tell me the same story the next week, they never answer the phone, so I would always have to stop by to get answers on if they had gotten to it, last week they finally entered my name into the system after 2.5 months of my car being there, and I still haven t gotten any word from them since then. I m going today to pick up my car and take it anywhere else. This is the one of the worst customer service experiences I ve had.Service: Body & Trim

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Hit a deer in January. It took 2 & 1/2 months before they would take my car. Because my insurance agency recommended this place above others, I waited. I was told there would be a 2 week turnaround. When I returned to pickup the vehicle, the body work looked great but there was still damage to my sensors & mounting brackets. They were wrapped in duct tape! Not only did I tell them about all of the issues when I had the work appraised, but if they replaced the headlight, there is no way they wouldn't have seen it. I don't think they even replaced my headlight or my daytime running light bc the surface of BOTH lights still have scarring on them. They sure are billing my insurance for them! I refused to pick up the car & told them that my agent would be in touch. They ended up sending my car to the dealership to have the rest of the work completed. All in all, it took a month & a half to get my car back. I had to take a magic eraser to white paint transfer on the rear bumper of my car when I got home. I left the car with a half a tank of gas & my gas light came on as soon as I picked it up. My engine oil leak was not repaired & my car was overfilled with oil.I have been completely disappointed in my experience. There were several times I spoke to one of the receptionists where she was rude & basically refusing me work. ("My technician says there is no way your oil pan would be affected by a deer & we will NOT be fixing that." It's the head gasket seal that is leaking & the ONLY thing that would cause that is a collision. Needless to say, I will be completing the engine work in 15 mins in my yard bc they wanted to charge me/my insurance $300 to do the work & the part costs less than $60.) The body work looked great but with the internal work not being done, I'm curious how many unsuspecting customers they have sent out of that place without actually finishing the job.

Great experience with Gerber! Jeremy provided a quote in just a few hours, met with my insurance adjuster and then provided superior body work. My car looks like new! Lynn called daily to update me on the status of my repair. I am very pleased with my experience and would use them again if I need body work. Two thumbs up!

So had a woman back into my car a few weeks ago and it's been one aggravating thing after another dealing with it. Met life her insurance company finally handled it after about a month and suggested Gerber Collision in rocky mount NC. I have to say the people up there have been amazing. Constant updates with calls and texts. Super friendly. Just amazing people. I don't do this I literally never write reviews but they sure deserve it. Jeremy Neal your doing a great job there. Thanks again. I look forward to picking my vehicle up this afternoon.

So, the ins co screwed up my claim. Bit Sid and Lynn took care of me. The Lexus looks so great I will probably drive till 500,000 miles. Only BC they, Gerber, took care of me so well. They think I should be upset, but I'm so pleased with their work.... Thank you Syd and Lynn..... Also very satisfied with the service. They called EVERYtime they promised and did live up to their word. Once again, THANK you

All I can say is Thank You Amanda and Gerber Collision repair. Thinking I was facing a long time without my Lexus in the repair shop. But Amanda went above and beyond to recognize the wreck was not as severe but most likely paint damage from mail box i collided with. She went back in shop got her stain fixer and rag and in blazing hot sun fixed the damage on my car in less than 30 minutes. I was elated And so was my husband when he got home from work and saw my car fixed and in the driveway.
