The young lady was awesome. So willing to work with us. We thought at the end we would see her since she sold us on the car, but this man who was not all that. He greeting was this I'm the man you need to see with the check. Don't want to deal with someone like that. We are glad about our SUV.

I normally don't take my Nissan to the dealership for service. I took my car to this service center because where I usually go doesn't do CVT fluid changes. The people at the service center were very friendly and professional. However, in addition to getting my CVT fluid changed I mentioned that I'm having engine vibration and I believe it's my motor mounts. They examined my car and said my motor mounts were fine and that I needed spark plugs. I got my spark plugs changed a month later and still have the same problem. I took my car back to where I usually get it serviced and they stated I need an upper motor mount as well as a transmission mount. So I had the upper motor mount and transmission mount changed and my problem went away. I'm not an expert on cars, but I know more than the average person. I knew because I didn't have a CEL or poor acceleration that my plugs were fine and that it had to be something else. The guy that took my keys for the CVT flush said they read my car's live data and it needed plugs and I followed up on what he said with no success. That's unacceptable for a dealership not to give the proper diagnosis of my car!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to get a oil change on that day. I wasn't in with my Altima for a long time ab 30 to 45 minutes. I just want to thank you for your service.
