In 2017, shortly after buying my Mustang, I hit a deer and my insurance company sent the car to caliber collision. Over the years the paint did not hold up, it faded and chipped and even though caliber collision claims to warranty their work, they didn't. I took the car to Don 's for an estimate to repaint the areas in question, as well as adding a few customizations and I received a very fair quote. My Mustang looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Thank y'all for taking such good care of me.

This car repair shop is very efficient very professional. This is my second time using them for repairs due to accidents with deer and both times my experience has been a very easy and pleasant and impressive one. Both times my vehicle came back looking brand new. Both times my interaction with staff was pleasant and easy. I was kept informed of the progress of repairs and received my vehicle back in a very timely manner. Thank you for your professionalism. Thank you so much for even cleaning my dirty vehicle. They have my business!

Don's Body Shop deserves a perfect 10-star rating for their exceptional repair work on my Acura. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff's expertise was evident throughout the process. Don s Body Shop has been nothing short of amazing. Josh and Lisa have been awesome with keeping me updated throughout the process. The level of customer service I received from them is a level that I don t think I would have ever gotten elsewhere. Don s Body Shop is definitely my go to for body work from now on. I was told it would take 8 days for my car to be repaired. It took exactly 1 whole month and when I brought my car in I had a complete full tank of gas. When I picked it up yesterday 12/7/2023 it was completely on E and the gas light was on.It has 144,000 miles on it a big difference than the 143,111 when I dropped it off. Every week they kept telling me it would be the next week. Then the receptionist on the phone was so snazzy and nasty she acted like it was her car in the shop as if I was bothering her. I will never take my car or any vehicle to these inadequate people who I truly believe fix your vehicle as their leisure then tel you it is not ready for them to drive it themselves on the weekends. Mind you they are closed on Saturday & Sundays! These people are crooks. One day they are going to have someone s vehicle without their permission outside of the Bay Area and total that persons car. Then and only then will people realize something is clearly wrong with Alfa & Omega aka Don s Auto Body Repair shop in Rocky Mount. Unprofessional, Liars and the bad attitude Receptionist leaves me no choice but to give a bad review !!!

Everyone was professional and friendly. They communicated with me twice a week to let me know the progress of my vehicle and also completed the work before the expected date. I couldn t be more pleased.

Don's Body Shop did a great job on repairing my car after a deer crossed the road and ran into my car. They texted me frequently and called on Tuesdays and Thursdays to update me on the repair.

100% better than my last trip to this body shop. I had no glass left in my tailgate that would constantly rattle and they took the time to put all my exterior lettering back on and when I picked it up it was as clean and shiny as when I got it new! So glad I gave these good folks a second chance to redeem themselves. The experience I received this time will surely keep me coming back to them. Repair looks good from outside.Two trips back to fix issues.Then I discovered more problems and fixed myself.Under vehicle, 4 bolts left loose, wires not secured, 6 bumper bolts not installed correctly, electrical trailer connector hot melt glued to bumper that did not hold.Service was good, attention to unseen details was poor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a 1990 Toyota Pickup that belonged to my Father and it has 85,000 miles on it, the paint had faded long ago, but it has a great engine. Cosmetically it looked rough, and then a month ago a driver ran a red light and crushed the right front quarter panel of the truck. I felt okay that's that - the truck is gone and now here come the car payments. However, I found the greatest people on earth, when it comes to taking the impossible and making it possible. I spoke with Kevin the owner about the damage and the age of the vehicle and I thought he would just say it's not worth fixing. However, he took the bull by the horns and got to searching for replacement parts within budget. Each time we spoke on the phone, he was so excited when he found another replacement part. When I was presented with the finished product, I couldn't believe it was the same vehicle. I thought it would look like it had been in a wreck, but truthfully it looked like it did when it rolled off the show room floor. I have no idea how they did it, but I can tell you that they were a pleasure to work with, they took care of each and every detail and the end product they produced was truly amazing. I want to thank them for all their hard work. It's obviously more then just a job for them, it's about producing an outstanding product that speaks volumes about their work ethic and dedication.

Called to get simple information contact information to start a complaint .. it was pointless. apparently calling repeatedly to multiple locations finally got the "Owner's attention.

The office staff and mechanics were friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel quite comfortable with their diagnosis and plan of action for our Chrysler 300. The vehicle looks and works great again .

I want to stress this about one particular worker there and his name is (Sid) everyone. When I initially dropped my truck off there and stress to another worker there about (2) spots needed to be painted and when I arrived and did an inspection of my own , I had notice it wasn t taking care of. I was telling the receptionist at the front desk and Sis must of over hearing me telling this lady and Guess what? He walked with me outside and took care of the issue with no questions ask. He did a damn good job on painting it and not only am I a veteran / I m a customer and he was very Professionalism, Courtesy, Polite, Respectful, Humble, Knowledgeable and give quality care to his work & Customer. Sid if you re reading this I want to say thank you for caring. On a scale from 1-10 , I ll rank you an (10) & Will tell the people whom I know to go check you out at CARSTAR Don Body Shop. Whomever the Receptionist that worked at the front desk on May 2,2023 Tuesday was nice to me as well, Although her sinus was acting up but she still came to work and was professional, courtesy as well.Service: Painting

I have been doing business with Don s Body Shop for decades! Now that it is Carstar Don s Body Shop, I was at first a bit skeptical, because who could equal Donnie Tharrington? However, the same phenomenal service was provided!!! From getting an appointment to repair some damage, to changing it, to picking it up, the quality of service AND customer service was a 10-star experience out of a possible 5! Lisa, Sid, and Kevin were all very professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly. They SO went above and beyond in every aspect! I requested additional services beyond the initial reason for taking my car there, and not only did they complete these, but gave me a great price because that s who they are! Additionally, they more than met my needs caused by extenuating circumstances when I went for pickup.Then Sid explained what I needed to do with regards to cleaning it, for how long, and why. Every question I asked of anyone there, I got an answer, and in a very friendly yet professional manner.I cannot say enough GREATNESS about this exceptional business! This company deserves a 10 star rating. Our Chevrolet Equinox was damaged, from an accident, on the driver s side from front to back in early Feb. Our insurance company recommended Carstar Don s Body Shop. They did an amazing job in repairing our vehicle! The replacement parts, repair work, and complete paint job took 5 weeks. Our SUV looked brand new upon completion. The staff was excellent to work with professional, courteous, friendly, and kept us up-to-date on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend them!
