My first experience at All in One Auto will definitely bring me back. This is a family owned business that has been in rocky mount for a few years. They have a reputation for honesty, reliability, and good clean cars at a fair market price. I am so happy with the vehicle I purchased from them. Thanks again to the Richardson s for making it such a smooth and hassle free transaction!!

If you re looking for A Nice , dependable Vehicle look no further!!! This is the place to go. I ve purchased and paid my Vehicle off within 2 years and I ve had no Major Mechanical issues. My Vehicle has took me all over and back on TOP of being a daily driver. They re very professional and they offer In house Warranties! I will be back to purchase my Second. Highly Reccomended!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Donnell and Shakib Richardson are awesome Business owners. They have a love for people. I was able to get a vehicle financed through them that I ve been wanting for a long time. My Vehicle was Clean, Drives Great, and I haven t had any Car trouble. Also these are business owners that stand by their cars. I had a very minor issue going on with my car a little after I first got it, I called Donnell and Shakib Richardson and they fixed that minor issue the same day. And I ve never had a problem with my Vehicle every since. It always a pleasure just to go make my car payment because I enjoy there conversation, they make you feel like your family. I feel so welcome every time I m in there presence.I will do business with them a 100 times more because with the professionalism that they show to there customers on a daily basis is the kind of professionalism we need to see in more of our Business owners in this community

WOW, after hearing so many great reviews about the cars they ve sold and how efficient they still run long after purchase, I had to inquire for myself and I m glad I did! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Thank you so much for everything! I m just amazed at the service they give here! Very informative about everything, NOT PUSHY at all, which is something you would expect from car sales people, however, I felt comfortable speaking to Shakib and she made sure I happy with my decision to purchase my future car!! May I add, Shakib was very nice & professional and I knew she cared about me finding the right car. Great people, great prices, good cars, and overall great vibes! I will definitely be referring this place to all of my friends and family if ever need a to buy a new ride! Thank y all again!

I will purchase from Shakib and Donnell again and again. I asked and they delivered better than what I asked for. Not only that but my vehicle is clean. The best customer service I could ask for. Extremely professional and family oriented. My 16 year old will be driving soon and we will return to purchase and upgrade. Customers for life. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Richardson!!

Basically, I got scammed for all my hard working money. I purchased a vehicle from shakib & her husband business back in August 2020, it started having complications by October and returned the car in December ( although I didn t drive it but maybe a week in December). I invested a lot of money into the car to get it properly fixed although SEVERAL mechanics told me these where prolonged problems and that someone tried to cover up the mechanical issues and didn t do too good. Long story short when I could no longer afford to invest thousands more on this horrible engine, her husband rudely told me I caused the problems on the car because, I drive it everyday and that if I wanted the problems to get fixed I would have to pay for it all myself, remind you I only had the car 3 months at this time. After my bad experience I soon after heard many others bad experiences as well.. i would hate for another single mom like myself or hard working individual to waste their money on any of the vehicles at this establishment because from my experience they sell LEMONS and act as if they have no clue at all.Would HIGHLY not recommend...***UPDATE*** she just texted me after reading my review and told me to move on and get over it. Awesome customer service Shakib !!

Would highly not recommend they sold my sister a car with no AC, a smoking engine, and a bad alternator to name the least. Very unprofessional, the worse but here pay here by far. They took her 3,000 down and then told her if she wanted a better car either fix the one they gave to her (even tho she didn t cause any damages in the short month she had it), Or either give them more money for one of their better cars. They really make black businesses look very bad.

The owner is very inconsiderate. They go to the auction and purchase lemons and don t fix them up before selling them. They detail the vehicles to shine them up and sell them. Shakib is very arrogant on the other hand her husband is some what better as far as trying to understand, but Shakib tries to control that. I wouldn t dare purchase a car from them. You go to this business with the needs of needing a car she feeds you with the sense of concern just to lure you in and keep you interested in buying a car from them then gets nasty once the purchase is made. How can you buy a car and within 10 mins of purchase the check engine light on. You address the issue and they claim it wasn t like that and it s nothing that they can do. Stay away from this place. Overpriced and raggedy cars

Two of THE MOST professional individuals I ve ever came across. Amazing how they are Husband and Wife and flow so well as a team, they balance each other out to meet your needs. If they don t have what you need, they will definitely find it for you and exceed all expectations. I highly recommend All in one Auto Repair.

I purchased my car from here back in November and they were one of the most professional and reliable people I know who has ever sold me a car ... Yes the car has minor issues but I drive my car everyday and it s nothing that I can t fix but overall they sold me a great car and I m very thankful to be in business with them
