I took my car there with one issue. They kept my car for 3 weeks. When I got it back, there are many issues that I have to get fixed. Almost every light on the dashboard is on since they worked on my car.Since I can t reply to this post I have had my car for 3 years. None of the lights on my dashboard were on before I took my car there.

Have no idea what to do with a transmission, will say 995 and let them pull it out and 4 weeks plus later not repairable brought the car home and it was fixable, they are liars and want to sell only new transmissions or used not rebuilds.When you tell them they are not right they get very hostile and refuse any service and demand payment and hold your car hostage keep clear of the place folks

Adam was very professional and trustworthy in putting a remanufactred transmission in my pickup. I highly recommend him if you have transmission problems.

Don't ever go here unless you want to be robbed and leave with your car more messed up than it was before you took it there. Worst place. I would give zero stars but it isn't an option. We paid 1100 dollars for our car to be worse when we picked it upstill have to pay for our car to be fixed.

A while back I was traveling from Chicago to the Outer Banks and the transmission on my old camper gave out on the highway just outside Rocky Mount. UGH!!! I was towed into Aamco not sure what to expect. Dave and Adam could not have been more helpful, more kind or more compassionate about my situation as my camper was literally my home at that point. They not only replaced my transmission at a fair price but they went far above and beyond in helping me find accommodations during what turned out to be a rather lengthy unplanned stay in Rocky Mount NC. I had spent a bit of time not only getting to know Dave and Adam but the rest of the crew as well. You couldn't ask for a nicer, kinder and more hospitable bunch of guys. I am forever grateful for all you guys did to help me get back on the road. My camper ran like new when they were finished and I could not have asked for a better experience on both a personal and professional level. I wish you guys the best and thanks again for everything!!!Service: Transmission

While traveling from NJ to SC our transmission failed. Luckily we were able to get a tow to this station and get a rental to continue with our trip. It took them weeks to even look at my car, and 3 months to actually replace the transmission. We needed to call weekly for updates and finally put extreme pressure on them to get it done. Overall the experience was painful to say the least.Service: Transmission

I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty here for a slip differential and then a front drive shaft. Each time I was told that my jeep liberty was ready for pickup I had to return it. The second time I did not even get out of the parking lot. I was told that they had test drove the jeep and there is no way because you could see or hear the problem as soon as you moved the jeep. They were being paid by my warranty. Customer serve is not there. I could not even discuss the problem with the manager because he was not the one who did the work. The mechanic had such a heavy accent that I could not understand him and got frustrated trying to speak with him. Stay away from this center.

I have had two vehicles repaired by this shop. Top notch work and pricing in my book. Could not have asked for any nicer folks to deal with. Dave and Adam really are the best! Thanks Guys!

I went to them and they diagnosed the problem and even called someone for me ahead of time to have my work completed very quickly. I will always go there and refer others for their great integrity!

They put in wrong part !!!! Over charged us, refuse to fix car right, had to have it towed to Dodge dealer, Aamco screwed it up so bad we had to surrender our car and was forced to buy another car!!! Aamco your dirty and Adam your nothing but a white trailer trash racist.. Aamco messed up our car bad. enough so that instead of putting another 2000.00 in we went and bought a new car.. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO AAMCO ROCKY MOUNT NC, TOO MANY PEOPLE WALKING OUT WITH SAME PROBLEM AS THEY WENT IN WITH.. I HATE THEM!!! ADAM IS A RACIST!!!

These fuys jelped me out in a pinch. Diagnosed my van with transmission issues, worked with the dealer and warranty company to get my vehicle repaired and fet us back on the road.
