I drive an older higher mileage truck that was in need of a repair. EVERY other repair shop I called either point blank said no, or he hee hawed around about their willingness to do the repair. Jeff did not hesitate to say yes! He got me in and the repair done in not only a timely manner, but a extremely fair price! My only regret is I didn't find him sooner. Let me just say in today's world we have trust issues, we don't trust a lot of people we have to spend our hard earned money on....we often wonder if the job we paid for, actually got done correctly....we naturally have those thoughts.Jeff at Rowan Auto & Speed shop, is 1 of those people that are so hard to find! He showed me what he was doing, and why he was doing it...that in itself spoke volumes to me!Jeff is 100% honest and a 100% knowledgeable about his profession! He's there to do the job your paying for at the most reasonable price!, he's not a PARTS REPLACER, that so many of these shops have nowadays, meaning he's doing the job you need him to do, he's not overwhelming you with a list of all these other problems that inturn causes your bill to be way higher than what you originally expected...Dealerships, we all know do this on a daily basis!Jeff is upfront and honest!!Jeff and his shop is the ONLY place who will touch my cars from now on!!....I really feel lucky and relieved to find him and his shop and knowing that what he tells me, I'm 100% comfortable with and confident it's going to be done right!!Thank you Jeff!

I was looking for a new mechanic in the area and I found Jeff on Google. I had quite a bit of work that I wanted done on my truck. When I showed up and told Jeff what I wanted he put my truck up on the lift right away to take a look at it. I could tell he is a very knowledgeable and a genuine person. He gave me a few recommendations and then I decided what services I wanted. He called his parts guy to check prices and then printed me out a quote right then. He went over the whole itemized quote with me to make sure I understood all the charges. He told me he should have the truck ready for me in two days. He ended up finishing all the work and having my truck ready in just over 24 hours. Had my battery changed at Walmart, they lost the bolt to my battery(and didn't tell me) which made my car not start when I got off work so it had to get jump started. Came to this shop to make sure my alternator wasn't going bad and he found the problem with the battery and fixed the problem in amazing timing. He even paid out of pocket for the parts for me to be nice. 10/10 recommend!
