I'm very impressed with the service I have received. I have had them fix a tire for free. I purchased tires for my pickup. And got my van inspected. I will go there for auto care again when needed.

I stopped in on my way to work because I had a hanging car cover the staff was very friendly and put a temporary fix on it until I could get it fixed and directed me where I could go and get it done

I was in need of new tires and Mc N Tires was recommended to me by a friend. Their quote for the tires I needed was significantly less than discount tire and any other place around. I figured I would give them a try. They were very professional from start to finish. They ordered my tires and we set up an appointment. I was in and out in an hour and also added an oil change. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend. They are a good ways out of my way, but I will continue to use them for my automotive needs.

Very bad shop. Do not go here for repairs. I took my car in because the check engine light came on. They told me it was the mass air flow sensor and it would be $135. I was uneasy about the quick and easy fix for my car because it is running very poorly. They ensured me that after they change the sensor they would test drive it to see if that was the problem. Not to my surprise 30 minutes later they call saying the vehicle is ready to be picked up. When I start the car nothing had changed. It was still almost dying while idling and there was lots of air coming out of the oil cap witch is a big problem that could have been found in 2 seconds if they had actually looked at the car and didn't just write it off as a 5 minute job. Do not waste your time with this shop.

They have said yes to jobs over the phone that they can't/won't do after they check the labor book, so you drop off your vehicle then they call you to come pick it up because they can't do it. They also never check the call back list from their website. This place seems to only be good for alignments.

Took my Hyundai to this location just for a tire alignment. I had just replaced my struts so it needed to be done. The alignment took approximately 1 hour. As soon as I left with my vehicle I knew the alignment was a failure. My wheel had to be turned a tenth full turn off center to go straight. If I had let go of the steering wheel while driving then I would have been in a ditch within 100'. It was near closing time for them so I just went home. I called the next day and told them of the issue and they told me to bring it by. I dropped my vehicle off to them the following business day at 2:00. They told me they would call when it was ready since I had someone pick me up. 4:45 comes and still no call. They close at 5:00. I went back to the shop just in time to catch them leaving out the front door for the day. I asked about my vehicle and they told me it would be ready tomorrow. Ok, well what if I were relying on this vehicle to get me to work the next day? And no call back? This, in my opinion, was extremely unprofessional. The next day I picked up my vehicle and the alignment still was not 100% but I decided to leave it alone and go somewhere else. This place is good for tires if you don't mind waiting but avoid an alignment.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mc 'N' Tires. It is run by honest, kind folks who were willing to fit me in last minute. They truly went above and beyond for me and my car, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend coming here for any kind of automotive work!!!

Clean friendly shop, the staff is helpful with answering questions that you may have they have a nice big area to sit and wait for your vehicle if needed, waiting area features toys for children to play with, TV, reading material, drink machine and a restroom. Mechanics and other staff are knowledgeable and good at their work. Pricing is fair and overall you should have a good experience here.

Extremely honest mechanics... They never over charge.....good counter woman. Tracie. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner ,Robin is so considerate ..and reasonable in his pricing. They do not make-up car problems, and that is often done in Rockwell, Granite Quarry, and Salisbury....especially to single women.

Just had the worst experience ever trying to get tires put on my car. My husband called and got a quote on tires. I was sitting there with him when he did it. He was told $629.00 out the door. So he ordered them and they called today and said they were in so I took car down there to have them put on. They get done and tell me it will be $985.00. I said we were quoted 629 and all they could say is we don't have any tires that cheap. Well then why did you quote them that cheap. My husband called them and said they had 2 options. 1) Honor the quote we were given or 2.) Take the tires off and put my old ones back on which is what they did. I will never take my vehicle back to them for anything. They either lied to me or was just flat out trying to cheat me out of money. Not even 1 star but had to push one.and after all that,when I got my car back it was filthy from shoe prints!!!!!!

Just took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and had them check the battery due to recent issues. Knowing I was problably going to need a battery I had priced batteries at the local parts houses. When i received the bill it was less than what I could have purchased the battery (of equal specifications) for at any of these establishments including the oil change and tire rotation. I ve taken my vehicles (including my work vehicles) there as long as I have lived in this area and their prices are always more than fair and the quality of work has always been A+. Don t hesitate to put your vehicle in their hands. You won t be disappointed.

I went there for a inside of the tire patch on my Prius. In my mind it was a long shot as the two times I plugged the tire it eventually started losing air. They looked at it and advised that it probably would not hold due to the location which was too close to the edge of the tire. I reluctantly decided to replace all 4 tires. I say reluctantly because i was hoping to get another two or three months out of my old tires. There was no sense in only replacing one. Here is what really caught my attention. While placing the tires back on the vehicle one of my lug bolts sheared off. Well that sucked because it was my birthday. So as I waited for that to be corrected I started noticing everyone that came into this place for service was on a first name basis with the staff. It was like the were regular customers. I can't honestly recall seeing that EVER at any auto repair facility. I was Impressed. I realized I was interacting with good people. Soon my frustration left and I was happy that I spent the money on new tires. I needed them! I recommend Mc N Tires to you. I feel you will be treated like family.

Called and set up appointment for four new trailer tires. At first I thought I was goingbto just leave my trailer and go to work. They git right on it had me out in leass than an hour. Awesome service. Thanks guys. I will be back !!!!

My wife took ower truck there today to have tires that we supplied to be put on the truck and inspected well they said they could not put the tires that we supplied because they where weather check well thats fine but they went ahead and inspected it knowing it would fell because of the tires charged her $26.00 to tell us it fell and that we all ready knowed .They clearly took advantage of my wife cause she was a female. The $26.00 went in there pockets $6.00 goes to the state.when they told her they couldn't put the tires on that we supplied everything should have not went further and the $ 26.00 could have went to new tires . This will not happen again they will not get no more of my business the $26.00 is not worth losing business over but they seem to thank so i had to give them one star to post

A neighbor mentioned this place when he saw me changing a flat, so I figured they were worth a shot. Thankful for the recommendation and the warm, friendly service.If you're looking for tires, or need repairs, give Mc'N'Tires a try, you'll be glad you did!

I have been buying my tires from Mc"N" Tires for close to 15 years. I drive close to 25 miles one way just to buy my tires. I have never had a bad experience with any of their tires or service. I have yet to find another tire store closer to me that can beat Mc'N'Tires prices or service. I recommend Mc'N'Tires to everyone I know. Best prices, best service and totally worth the drive.

I asked them to check my power steering for it had been leaking alot past couple of days and they said it was the rack and pinion that needed to be changed. About $900-1000, needless to say i waited and switched fluids instead. Now the leak has stopped. Another mechanic advised it was problably just a hose and they were trying to rip me off. I dont know much about cars and I like and trust both McNTires and the other mechanic, so take this with a grain of salt. Will still go back for other smaller problems.

Excellent LOCAL tire & auto maintenance shop! Very affordable prices, quick, friendly & personal service. I'd much rather spend money at a locally owned place than pay a dealership 3x as much.

Very awful experience brought my car in for a power steering pump replacement, got it home and had nothing but problems with my belts squeeling , come to find out my alternator was loose and the tension in my belt wasn t right and it chewed my brand new belt up, then my pump blew because they did not put the right amount of fluid in it, terrible experience will never being my car back to them

This place has went down hill the prices are very high even though it is a rural area. I have heard they do not pay very well. There is no price list so they charge what they want to their friends.

I had a tire going flat and they repaired it free of charge. I do all of my auto needs there and the service is exceptional.
