Family trip to Myrtle Beach and my truck broke down just outside of Rockingham on the Friday night before Easter. They changed the schedule around and was able to complete a cylinder lift replacement by Wednesday so that I could drive home. Someone definitely stayed late to get the job done! Everyone was very nice, and courteous and did everything they could to keep the family vacation going. I highly recommend!

Nice people! We stopped in for an EV charge, and were offered coffee and directed to the restroom! When I need a new vehicle I will certainly give them a call.

Went for oil/filter change on Thursday, 4/4/24.On Friday noticed oil leak in my garage. Called Diffenbach service, took truck back. Told tech didn't do something correctly with o-ring. They took truck in and corrected problem hopefully .

Working with Tara was a pleasure. We are now thinking of getting a Yukon. We were so discouraged when looking for a vehicle in the "NEW" era of vehicle purchasing. She made it so easy for us. Pricing was upfront, with no hidden fees, and the process was extremely user-friendly. If I was to suggest anything, would be to GMC to take the process she has and make that part of the website. Educating people before reaching the dealership. We were hesitant to meet as we had so many uncertainties about the process, but she explain it in such a way to make sense.Update! I came in without an appointment, scared to death that I had gone too long without an oil change. They told me the earliest appointment I could get was 3pm which meant I wouldn't be able to make it to work. Less than an hour later, I was on my way. They were very accommodating!!

Blake Wood in the Service Center was great to work with. I ended up having major work done on my vehicle and Blake kept me informed of the process every step of the way. I was very pleased with the timely work done by the entire service center. I look forward to working with them again in the future if I have any other issues.

These people are scammers..took my truck to them charges me 1000 minus 100 for being a vietam vet got the truck back still doing the same thing.. called to e talk to them about scamming me to a brian and was told the owner would call me due to the scamming me. Been 3 weeks no call from owner.

Tara & Rusty were both great! I had found the car I wanted to buy online at 5am and sent a request for more info. Got a return text in about 2 hours and had an invite to come up and see the car in person. The car had sat on the lot a while and was destined to be sent to auction. They stopped that process and brought it back to the store so we could make the purchase. I did not feel pressured at the end of the sell. Told them what my budget was, what my down payment was and that was that. Loved the experience & loved the price. Most of all I love my gently used Prius V! Thank you everyone who helped w this.

was contacted due to looking for a vehicle for several month within a 150 mile radius of my home dealers just do not order basic trucks anymore and that is what i wanted and the ones in transit were already spoken for . as a 76 year old woman i do not need all the added equipment on my vehicle just want to drive to the dump and take my golf cart to my little place at the beach and take my zero turn to the farm. i wanted heat and air automatic door locks a trailer hitch and really that is about all . I drove up liked the vehicle and it was delivered the next day. I had a great experience. Every employee treated me well. It was dark when I left the dealership and two of the employees Tara and Rusty called me on the way home to check on me. If fact they both called me more than once. I was not familiar with the area as I do no recall ever being in Rockingham. My heart was full knowing that they cared and were really concerned about me getting home safely. I took me about 2 hours to get home around 11pm. Yes I like the truck however what I will remember about my experience was the caring and concern from the employees. You have a great team . That will always be the highlight of my experience with this purchase.

Tara Platt was absolutely amazing! I haven't had this good of a sales experience since the Saturn years.I came into a situation needing to replace my 2015 Corvette Z06. GM was doing employee pricing on remaining 2019s and I needed to act fast. This was due to me leaving out of the country in a few days and not returning until the deal is over.GM's site showed me the ZR1 I was looking for available at Dieffenbach in NC. Mind you, I'm in CA. I submitted my interest and right away got a call from Tara. She explained to me everything about the Vette and I was sold. Their price was even better than I expected and this ZR1 was fully loaded with 3ZR, ZTK track package, special edition Sebring Orange design package, and all!Since I was in a hurry to take care of this before I left, Tara helped guide me through the whole process and took good care of me. We got all paperwork settled right away, FedEx'd back and forth right before I left, and even arranged covered shipping for my vehicle to be delivered once I returned.She kept me up to date on the status while I was gone and arranged to have it delivered a couple days after my return. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and is one special car. Tara was so enthusiastic through this whole process too and super nice.I really enjoyed working with Tara and hope to do so again when the C8 Z06 comes out.Thank you Tara and Dieffenbach! You're the best!!!

Service was ok need to listen to want the customer states is wrong with vehicle told them to check coolant light (check only) they ended up replacing the whole thing it was just a sensor. replaced part without consultanting the owner of the vehicle frist them got charge for it.

I called the service department to see if they could fix a window that came off the track in my husband's vehicle. The woman in the service department confidently told me that was not the issue, although this woman never looked at the vehicle, and only had a brief one-minute phone conversation with me. We had a similar experience about a year ago with this business. Please do not waste your time and money here.

Writing this review on behalf of my mom (Jewel), who was so pleased with the service she and my dad received at Dieffenbach, especially with Tara and Mike:Tara was very kind and accommodating throughout my parents' visit, making the process easy, quick, and without all the pressure normally associated with purchasing a car. She notified my dad when the model they wanted was available, and she guided my family when it came to learning about the vehicle features.Mike helped them with their paperwork and along with Tara, made the experience a great one. My parents also appreciated that pricing was upfront, with no hidden fees.Overall, my parents greatly appreciated Tara and Mike's help, and would highly recommend the Dieffenbach dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Great people here. Started going there just for oil changes on my leased SUV. Then the lease was getting close to being up so I asked the service guy about it and he hooked me up with Tara. 3 times I talked to her about all my options and finally on the 3rd trip I purchased my lease. She made it so easy. I'm the process she hooked me up with Rusty for info on a warranty and I purchased that also. Now I'm set and know I have what I need. Thank you Tara, Rusty and I'm sorry I forgot the service manager's name. You all were great! See you on the next service appointment.

The wait was a little bit longer than what I expected. I only had an oil change and tire rotation. I was there 90+ mins. I scheduled my service through the app. On the app I selected, pay with my points. So I had to wait another 10mins on that to be resolved.

We broke down on our vacation and they were able to fit us in in a very timely manner. Very friendly, and they even gave our kids cupcakes. They show Southern Hospitality at its s finest.
