The two ladies that helped me were great. They were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. I will definitely use Advance Auto again.

Good for Advance! Easy in the door, questions answered, battery checked bad, battery installed, away I ride with the reciept, gotta get that core charge battery...... I went to Advance to get a Die Hard 4 year warranty battery. $ I paid for it!Now lets hope the "Die Hard" is a "Live Easy" battery. ( I have the 6 yr old honda oem batt. I use it for backup) (bad walmart battery was returned because they didnt have the replacement)

The service is ok, most the time when I buy in Advance I'm trying to have the best parts. If I have to I pay for insurance. Well the last Time the tell me they can only have only 1 time to change parts.The question is what you mean is live warranty when they can replace only 1 time.So I guess I can say the not exist no warranty , and is not matter what you pay when they don't respect the POLICY.

Pre ordered parts. When I arrived the manager had her note beside her at the register she was propping on . She went then to retrieve the part she was to hold for me. Returned to tell me that another store must have gotten it. Before she could pull it. She is the manager so how was another store to pull inventory from her store and she thinks they got it. You are losing business get your responsibility together. I call BuulS__t.

If you're looking for great customer service, this is the place to go. Although we easily found what we were looking for, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. This is one reason I always go to Advance for my automotive needs.

They seem friendly enough, though they lacked some basic car battery knowledge. (previous 4 star review)5 week Update: Got initially tested with a result of needing a new battery and the alternator was fine, but five weeks later, after having some issues starting, they tested again said I needed a new alternator when I complained that battery wasn't holding a charge. The previous battery was less than 2 years old. So I feel a little scammed by the free test results.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.They go above and beyond auto store expectations.I've had nothing but good experiences with all locations, but especially the crew working in Rockingham.Thanks you guys! Keeping my vehicle up and running, which keeps my livelihood going, and keeps me safe.

Employees are not knowledgeable. Had to keep coming back because I was given the wrong parts twice. Ended up going to O'Reilly, and they found the part I needed right away.

Kyle was so helpful and knowledgeable! He came outside and was dedicated to solving our problem. Which he did! We were out of town and 4 hours from home when our car started to shake and the engine light came on. Its Sunday and no garage shops are open so we stopped at Advance Auto. Kyle ran a test and figured out the codes then quickly diagnosed what was wrong. There were two possibilities but he took his time to figure out which one, got us the part and even put it on for us. He was honest, quick, and so polite he genuinely wanted to help us. This kid is going places! He's awesome and we are so grateful for his help today!

I was treated with respect, and served quickly. Even though they were short-staffed, the clerk took care of my problem, and was helping another customer at the same time, since we both needed our batteries tested. I left with a new battery in about 20 minutes. This was after being ignored by the folks at AutoZone, who had one customer and 4-5 clerks, all arguing.

I'm not from Rockingham so this was the 1st time ever going into this Advance and there were 3 or 4 people standing around who would not even acknowlege me when I walked in the door. Asked a guy for help and, he said somebody else would be right with me and nobody came. The whole vibe of that place was weird - kind of like the way cancer infects a few cells and spreads. Not just one person with a bad attitude, several! That's kind of rare. Something weird is going on there. At least 3 of the 4 people I encountered acted like they didn't care and that they were going to make damn sure to ignore me. I will not be back! Bad, bad customer service.

Today was nothing short of a blessing,went outside to start my car and to my surprise nothing happened. Got my car to Advance Auto and needed a battery sells person replaced it with a new battery when weather was extremely hot. I was very thankful paid for it and left with a smile. Riding and cool thanks Advance Auto.

Sorry customer service. Employees always have attitudes. They do now want help you with anything, but only get you out the store. If i could give zero stars, I would.

The team member who helped us knows absolutely nothing about cars. Was arguing about doing a return when she herself just sold the wrong part a few hours ago. They will hire anyone these days.

The guy on duty named chris was extremely awesome very helpful a.d knowledgeable my wife has a Honda and so does chris the guy who helped me by giving me tips on what fluids to use on my wife's car which I knew nothing about I'm a chevy guy and thats the bottom line because STONE COLD SAID SO!!!

i guess crooked people made it bad for the honest man. fixed a friends ford ranger. there was a $5 core on power strng pmp, she told me since i was going anyway, couldn't return it because i wasn't her. & they didn't know me.
