Edited to reply- I was given no discount for the mix up. I paid the full amount talked about and none was given back to me. Not sure where said discount came in.I called to get a quote on tires. We talked about them needing to be the 12 ply version. The next day I drove to go pay the deposit for them to order them. We talked about sizing and again that they need to be 12 ply. The next day I go in to have the tires put on. I walked in and before paying verified that they were the 12 ply version. She looked at paperwork and computer and said yes. They put my tires on and 1 was not even the same tire, and they had put 10 ply on not 12 ply. Girl called the owner who told her 12 ply would cost more. She had the nerve to ask while on the phone with him if I had asked for 12 ply. Bait and switched the wrong person, who was smart enough to catch it. Will definitely never recommend this place.

I'm so glad I found out about Quick Tires. I was able to purchase 4 tires for my sister's vehicle at a very affordable price. They installed and balanced them quickly with little waiting time for me. The lady in the office was so helpful and so nice in helping me decide on the tires I needed. I will definitely be going back to Quick Tires the next time I need to purchase tires for my vehicle.

This was my first experience here. They were absolutely great. The girl in the front office was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were quick and very affordable. I will be going here from now on.

quick job but terrible service. They scratched up my brand new rims when replacing a tire, and when I brung it to their attention all the worker said was our machine doesn t touch right there even when shown a picture of the rim Right Before they serviced. So if you don t care about having your rims scratched up and need cheap tires , go for it .

The owner of the tire place is an Amazing person who has been a great business man, gives his customers a good deal,on whatever it is that they are getting, or having done to their car, or vehicle. They are GREAT, and they are very good at all things they do and they don't overcharge you at all.. Stop by and see what they have to offer.. Love this place!!Went by there today and dropped off my daughter's vehicle and they are going to fix it. She had it worked on a couple weeks ago there then had an alignment at car needs and Reidsville and they did not do the job correct- so quick tires said that they would fix it they would have a different alignment shop work on it. They are great and stand by their word I do have to say that!

Great place for Tires, Randy is always looking out for his customers. Hooked me up with a whole set of used, with about 80-90% tread life for only $120, on top of that I was in and out like it was nothing, Thank you Randy

I needed a new tire badly; and when I say that this shop gave me the most incredible-5 Star-phenomenal service it s an understatement! The owner was there and took care of me like family. I saw other customers come in and receive the same amazing service as well and there was a sense of familiarity and home-town hospitality that I have never experienced at a auto-service shop. His two employees were super nice, quick and efficient as well. Amazing prices too!! I won t be going anywhere else (tire, oil changes, everything!) and I can t wait to tell my family and friends about this hidden gem of a shop!

Amazing Customer Service!! The tires we had ordered online was pushed back two weeks at the last minute.. we leave to go on vacation in TWO DAYS! Of course here I am searching on the internet for tire shops and trying to see how I could get tires here quickly.. needless to say I was panicking! That was until I came across Quick Tires Website and decided to Request a Quote ! It was very late (11:00-11:30pm) so I knew they would just get the email in the morning.. but within MINUTES my phone notified me that I had an email from Quick Tires! Absolutely mind-blown that someone (after hours-WAY after hours and definitely past our bedtime ) took their personal time at almost midnight to not only message me back but was able to tell me what tires they had in stock for my vehicle at the Danville and Reidsville locations as well as the price!! Her name is Emily! Quick Tire.. I m sure you all already know this but EMILY is one heck of an employee! Hang on to her.. you don t get customer service like that anymore these days! Again.. Thank you so much Emily!! You are amazing at what you do!

Terrible place, went there to get 2 used tires, got one that was the right size and then the other had a leak so i took it back to get another one that had a egg/bubble on the sidewall then got that changed out but for the wrong size tire, and then only gave me $10 back. The guys that were doing it were rude and had a attitude the whole time! They dont know what the heck they doing.

They get all the stars!!I love taking my car there for my quick car needs, I pulled up at 4:15 and had to be at work at 5 and they got me done in not even ten mins!!! wether it s a getting a new tire or an oil change they always get me in and out. The guys out there work so hard and the owner Freddy is so awesome!!
