FIND SOMEONE ELSE! I had to have my car towed AWAY from them. I took it in for a rusted radiator and popped freeze plug. My dad was with me and signed the car in. When I called back the following day to check if the proper parts had been ordered, the old woman in the office refused to speak with me (even though I'm the one titled on the vehicle), she smugly told me to have my dad call her. I knew they were getting parts from Reidsville Nissan so I called to verify that a parts order had been placed. The guy in the service department LAUGHED AT ME when I told him where I had my car, saying they do people dirty. Lee at Pennrose gave me the runaround for 2 days and ordered the wrong parts. My dad had to call to tell them to speak to me directly, not him, because at this point they weren't even giving HIM any updates. I called to tell them do not do any further work to my car. They called me back within 20 minutes to tell me they had the right part in hand now and asked if I wanted them to continue the work. They didn't have the correct part that morning because they ordered the wrong one. How did they get the correct part so fast? When I showed up with a tow truck and paid them for the diagnostic, Lee ushered me out the front door without my keys and locked it behind me. I said to him through the glass I NEED MY KEYS. He opened the door long enough to tell me he would give me my keys when he got around to it. I THREATENED TO CALL THE SHERIFF. I walked around to the tow truck and told him I'm not sure how long he's going to hold my keys hostage, but I may have to get the sheriff up here. After a 3 minute wait, he had one of his mechanics roll a garage door up, scurry out and put my car keys on top of my car, and scurry back into the garage, rolling the door down behind him. These people have Jesus splashed all over their waiting room and yet swindle their customers without hesitation. Turns out they were trying to slap a $500 bandaid on a lost cause. So happy I went with my gut and had my car towed away from them before they got me for more than what they did.

ABSOLUTE WORST place I've ever been to. Stopped to get a inspection on my 2003 Acura, they failed it for my taillight that works but has a piece missing and for emissions test. I asked why was I given a emissions test being that my car is 20 years old, he acted like he had no knowledge of what I was talking about, then asked the guy who did the inspection and he brought out a book and read the safety regulations which states that 30 years for safety inspection, I tried to explain to him emissions and safety are different he told me I need to take it up with the DMV. I went somewhere else the next day and they informed that I didn't need a emissions test and passed my car. There's no way I would trust them to work on my vehicle if they don't even know the rules and regulations for a simple inspection, in fact I think they need to removed from being a inspection station. I went to the tag place gave them my passed SAFETY inspection paper and received my new sticker, obviously I didn't need a emissions test

I really do not recommend this place to anyone. I got screwed over. I first called in to ask for a estimate on the service needed, was told it would be between $200 and $250. I was okay with that and took my vehicle in. Once I left it there I got a call saying it would now be $295. Which was a little over what I could afford but was okay with. Then I got another call saying it would be $400+. At this point I decided to just go pick up my vehicle because this was way out of what I could afford. Upon arriving i was told I had to pay $35 for diagnosing my vehicle. Which I found absurd because I knew from the start what was wrong with my vehicle and what it needed done. I have a business myself and offer free estimates like many businesses do. I really do feel screwed over having to pay $35 for you to tell me what I already knew about my vehicle. Especially in the situation we all are with this pandemic. Money is tight and many people lost or currently do not have a job. I thought we were supposed to support one another as a community, but this place does none of that. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you re looking to get screwed over.

Horrible service . Took a extremely long time to do absolutely nothing. Older lady inside was extremely rude. Stay away from here, I will never go there again. They are rip offs.

Thought I could trust them, but ended up just feeling like I got screwed over. Was told they would call me back and they did not. I went in for a timing belt and they fixed something else.
