The service we received was impeccable! Our vehicle look like brand new. When we went to pick it up. Body lines all matched up. Could not tell it was ever in an accident. Appreciate the updates along the way. Also. Made us feel very comfortable that things were being taken care of. I would highly recommend if you need a vehicle touch up, full repair or some severe body work. You take it to them.

I took my car here with high expectations! It was an insurance claim so I could have went anywhere to have the work done. This shop was on the TV show toy makers. When you walk in you will see these pictures with all the famous TV personalities from the show. DO NOT let this fool you! I did! My insurance paid this place over 6k with me spending an additional $1500 out of pocket. Not only does the paint not match, but they didn't paint the rear bumper at all. They put touch up paint on it. Also now all of the sudden I have 3 out of 4 tire sensors that "went bad" which were not bad when I put the car in there for repairs. Margarita is very nice and helped alot with a smiling face. But customer service isn't just being nice! I took it back expecting it to be fixed. I am extremely busy ALL of the time. So I had them leave it outside of the fence for me to pick up after hours. Only to find out they didn't do anything AT ALL! "The owner looked it over and said it passed his expectations" I was told. For $7500 the whole car should have been painted. It's a 2 door honda civic si, not alot of surface area at all! Not to mention just a few dents had to be repaired! I bet they didn't use a 1/4 gallon of paint. If that! They charged my insurance so much money, they dropped me! To say the least I'm extremely disappointed, stuck with a car that has a paint job that doesn't match and with a bumper that will soon need to be repaired.. I would say again but it was never repaired to start with! I'm not a disgruntled customer by the way. This really happened. I never once got an attitude at all. They may even be shocked this is now on here. But I gave the chance to make it right when I took it back. I will never take another vehicle of mine here, and I most definitely will NOT send anyone I know here with my name on the line from the recommendation!

Honestly this is the best family owned shop. Yes there may be a little wait time but that wait time equals something great and fantastic. Amit the guy who painted my car hes awesome has a great positive attitude.. Job Not done correctly, Mirror wobbles as driving, Buff marks left In car, Lots Of things Not fixed that were supposed to be fixed. I will not go back or would Not refer to ANYONEService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I'm sick to my stomach. Local shop fleeces good local people.My 83 yo elderly neighbor just lost her husband and soon after he had passed, she was able to go through insurance to repair a very small dent on her back door/bumper. They approved it, cut a check to the shop for almost $3000 (ripoff!!) and she had a $250 deductible. Should've been a 2, maybe 3 days max job. They kept her vehicle over 3 weeks, (never called her with any update, or explanation - SHE had to call them!), and FINALLY, called her to pick it up.No apologies.She brought it in initially AFTER they had 'supposedly' ordered what they needed for it, and had many excuses why it took so long. The icing on the cake, they also took her $250 deductible!!All business, no heart for the locals that take care of them. Shameful. I will NEVER use, or recommend them.

I would highly recommend Joyner's Body Shop for your car repair needs. The work they do is outstanding and surpasses any other body shop in the area. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the vehicle was not ready when promised. However, the wait was worth it because my car looked brand new when I got it back. Thanks to Joyner Body Shop for great service at reasonable prices.
