The prices went up since the last photo was posted. I went in expecting an oil change to be $30. Ended up paying $60. Other than that, the service was incredibly quick. I sat down in their lobby. Not even 10 minutes later, he came out claiming to be done.I attached an updated picture of the prices for reference. Will be going back again.

I've been going to this place for several years now. It's the fastest, most-efficient place I've tried. My wife was using a place by her office on lunch break. She recently tried this Zippy Lube (as I suggested) and now she's a convert.They do my cars and my motorcycles. For cars, just drive in but, people doing motorcycle inspections require a special certification. I'd recommend making appointment to ensure staff availability.Last year, I knew I was almost ready for new wiper blades, but I knew I had an inspection coming up. So, instead of changing them myself as usual, I waited. At inspection, they told me my wiper blades would pass, but I would need to consider changing them in the next few months. I asked if they could do it and, not only did they say "yes" they offered choices. 5 minutes later I was done. It would have taken me more than 5 minutes just to get to a place that sold blade refills let alone change them. It cost a little more, but it was worth a little extra. Thanks guys/gals

I called 3 different places in town and this was the only one who was able to get me in with no wait time. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I will continue doing our oil changes here from now on.

Just a terrible place do not go went for an oil change an they drained the oil but never put none back in left made it a mile down the road the the engine locked up

I was able to get my car in and out with no wait! Great service and I would go again! UPDATE: They did not put my filter on all the way and caused me to have an oil leak and they lost a screw. I had to go to my mechanic and pay for him to fix this. That was my first and LAST time going. I see why it was so fast, they didn't do a through job.

I found out about this place through a friend's recommendation. I just tried it for the first time this week for an oil change. The prices are great, and so is the service! There is a waiting room with a snack and drink machine so that you can stay around and wait for your car to have its oil changed. They also do small repairs. Additionally, Zippy Lube is a North Carolina inspection site. I highly recommend this place and am now a regular customer!

No wait, super friendly and polite staff, fast, and good price. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They even came back to tell me that I could get cheaper oil than I had asked for. I always think it's a good sign when a mechanic will turn down money in favor of what's actually needed.

As far as changing oil, their on point. They can get you in and out in a zippy. But when it comes to fixing things, real maintenance work, they lack. And like one person said in their review, if they know they didn t fix something correctly, then man up and confess. They didn t fix the Multi-function switch in my steering column right. When I went back to them they act like they didn t know what I was talking about. Saying they didn t touch it. When I saw them take off the steering column. I have no respect for them after that. Won t be going back.

I've been coming here for a few years now. Wait time is very reasonable 20 to 30 min depending on how busy they are. I recommend them for vehicle inspections.

BEST PLACE IN RALEIGH TO GET AN INSPECTION AND OIL CHANGE. They check out the vehicle very quickly and explain everything you need very clearly. My family and I take all of our vehicles there. The shop is owner operated and you can tell. They care!! Gene-John and Michelle. Thanks for being so great!!

Caused over 2,000 worth of damage to my vehicle changing a belt. I understand things may happen running a business. The real issue comes in where they decided to not be truthful about them causing the damage by not doing the job properly. Owner did call me back. However accepted no responsibility even though the belt they Installed came off while Operating the vehicle a day or two later causing massive damage. Initially I had the car towed back to them giving them the opportunity to correct the issue. Instead they chose to lie about what caused the problem, leaving me no choice but to have it towed to a respectable mechanic shop who would inform me(Zippy Lube) did in fact incorrectly install the part causing the damage. Please DO NOT take your vehicle here!!!!!!

Good oil change service the only thing that was weird is the guy tried to tell me several other items i was not interested in at the time. After the oil change was over he then tried to pitch me to get tbe quick service to fix the crud on my headlights i asked him how much he said 50$ USD. I knew something was up as i was dressed for a meeting and maybe looked like i had money but i have purchased small kits from AutoZone to fix my headlights and it was 7 bucks i believe so wy would i pay 35 usd for a full oil change then pay 50 USD on headlights to be cleaned

Gene remembers you, calls you by name, like small town customer service. I started going here many years ago. I recently moved to Wendell so I thought that I would try an oil change place there (HUGE MISTAKE!!).I went back to Zippy Lube today which I found out the other place put 2 quarts of oil too much in my car. I will never take my car anywhere else!!If you live close to New Bern, Knightdale or Wendell, take your car here to be treated like family!!

I bought a Groupon for an oil change at this venue. The building looks a tad sketchy and the waiting room is pretty small with no wifi, but the staff is very helpful. When they went to do my oil change, they ended up finding other problem a under the hood which they kindly corrected.I would recommend this ZippyLube.

Friendly, knowledge staff. Don't jerk you around with hidden fees, and they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Have been going to these guys for about 9 years now.

They actually knew how to lube a propeller shaft on an 88 Toyota 4runner. Good service. Nice to deal with people who know what they're doing.
