Hayden and Romeo were wonderful sales reps. I came all the way from Myrtle Beach to buy a car. They even picked me up at my hotel. I love the car I purchased, it was a great deal and still under warranty. I ll never go anywhere else. Thanks WESTGATE!

Hayden was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me, it took us close to a week and he was so patient and went above and beyond every chance he got sending me possible options as he saw fit! The customer service from both him and his sales manager Romeo was the best I had ever experienced at any dealership. I highly highly recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to shop with them!

My experience at westgate was an easy going adventure. I was looking to sell my car and was super nervous because I ve never sold a car before. As I entered the parking lot a guy came out the building, super friendly and he had a good vibe about him I liked. He told me his name was Hayden. He asked me what was my interests and never pressed me which is a big deal to me. Anyways we talked continued on and I told him I would like to sell my purple charger due to my family extending. The process was short and simple, him and his partner Romeo worked up a great deal and now we re doing business together. I highly recommend this place I m a tough one to crack and they treated me like family 5 starsAnd shout out to John too for helping out as well.

Hayden and Romeo were a pleasure to work with. They made the car purchase experience very pleasant. Hayden was very helpful and stayed on top of everything throughout the purchase. Upon entering the parking lot I was nicely greeted by Hayden and told him the exact car I was interested in the lot. I had searched a long time and visited numerous other dealerships and this was by far the best experience. We did a test drive, had my mechanic check it out and purchased the car. The entire process was painless and took less than 4 hours total. Hayden was always professional and I never felt the typical car salesman pressure. The general manager Mike was very accommodating with a few concerns we had and immediately felt as though we were being heard and treated very fairly. I will definitely purchase from them in the future and recommend to all!

Thinking about buying a different car and trading in my current one started off as a stressful process. I looked at multiple places before finding Westgate Pre-Owned. Once I found Westgate, I was greeted by Hayden and he let me know the many options they had that fit my criteria. Hayden and Romeo made trading in my car super easy and they had a lot of great options! Very happy with my Hyundai Sonata!

Just want to say I had a great time experience with Hayden the sales guy and his colleagues Romeo and Carl. I was interested in a Chevy Tahoe and Told Hayden how nervous I was about buying a car out of state, the whole team made me feel comfortable and we worked out the numbers, I drove 7 hours to pick up the car and it was worth the trip. Thank you guys for such a warm experience!

Greg Romeo was AMAZING! He assisted me with getting my car , hooking me up with insurance and provided amazing customer service! He made sure I drank my water because a thirsty customer was just a no go for him! Totally recommend this company to buy your car. Very friendly staff! Carl Good, was also very nice and gave great advise to me during our final paper work making it or easy for me to make my final decision!

Hayden was kind and made himself available. He was quick to respond to my many questions as best he could. I felt like he worked hard to get the deal done and in the end was happy with my Maserati. It was an "as-is" purchase, so I had to do my own homework with exactly what I was buying. There were some things condition wise I would have preferred to have been told but . pretty good overall experience.

THANK YOU HAYDEN!!! I saw a car on the Certified Hyundai site so I called the dealership and they actually had the car there (unlike other that I've gone to) I was able to test drive and pull off the lot on the same day!!!! Not only that but I was able to trade in my vehicle. ALL within my budget :-)

I was treated so fairly at Westgate. I was welcomed in by Romeo, the most knowledgeable and genuine representative I have ever met. I baught a wonderful Dodge Ram. The process was simple and unlike ANY car dealership it was a decent experience.

Amazing customer service! Thank you Carl, Hayden, and Romeo. After purchasing a car here, I realized that I had been over charged after being promised a lower price. I came back 2 days later, and despite signing the papers already, they honored that promise and took a thousand off the cost!

Went in to look at cars. Hayden took amazing care of me and took his time guiding me and really listened to what I needed. And their finance manager Rochelle was so easy to work with and made the experience so comfortable and fun. Highly recommend them. They have a nice selection of preowned vehicles that are well priced and worth every penny.

Extremely happy with the service I received at Wake Forest location! Greg is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining all technical details pertaining the operation of my new car. In addition Romeo, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help me understand laws and regulations so that I would have the smoothest transition from my old car to the new one.Those are the pros you should trust !! Hayden was not as talkative but when you get to know him, he is such a kind person. He makes the place feel very welcoming and comfortable. He even offers to buy me a cookie from GirlScout. He makes the waiting timeless. Got my first car! Gonna give it a code name H4YD3N . 10/10 recommended.

Hayden was great to work with finding a truck for my father. After viewing the truck they had in inventory on the lot and it wasn t the one, Hayden found one we liked near by at their sister location. Hayden drove to get it. Hayden was very professional and easy to work with and kept communicating during the whole process. I would highly suggest working with Hayden!
