Very happy with the process of getting my car in and out in a hurry. Monique was able to give me a quick quote from images only and Luis did great paint work with a 2 day turnaround. I will be back again in the future.

They helped us get a great car! The staff were all helpful and friendly. After our visit to test drive, they did call to follow up, but were not too pushy. They did request us to come in before the last day of the month, which was out of the way for us, but it worked out in the end. We mostly worked with the manager Sam, he was helpful and easy to talk to. He did not push us to buy a warranty.

Paul and Kate were extremely nice and very very accommodating to me and the family. Helped us get the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Super super thankfully for the experience they gave us. Highly recommend!

So the story begins with my car not starting, we tried jumping it for over an hour and it wouldn't start we called a Tow the tow truck driver accidentally dropped off my car on the wrong side of the service station of Westgate. So WG tries to charge me $40 to literally drive it 150 feet. So after sitting for two days in the wrong area of Westgate, one of the service guys finally tries to jump my car, it starts, they drive it to the right location, another two days goes by and almost 500.00 later, it's a dead battery. Save yourself time and money, go else where. If I could leave no stars I would. Made a mess with going through my car obviously not familiar with Mercedes Benz.

I came in yesterday an hour before they closed. I was shown the Jeep I was looking at and knew I wanted it as soon as I got behind the wheel. Paul was able to get a deal settled within the hour and was able to make my monthly payments lower than anticipated, but unfortunately we weren t able to finish the paper work in time. Paul let me take the Jeep home regardless and had me come back the next day! What a wonderful salesman, straight to the point, super friendly, and very helpful. Paul is your man on your journey for your next vehicle! Thanks again!

I needed a minivan last June, and Westgate had a few advertised that fit the bill. The dealership was easy to find, the office was clean, my salesman Paul was a really nice guy, the test drive was great, and the final price was extremely competitive--several thousand less than what I could find for comparable vans at other dealerships. After purchasing, I had some questions about the title transfer and other paperwork, and Miss Kate helped me out every time I called. Here we are 10 weeks later, and I'm so glad I bought this van -- it's not very often that I can give a car dealership a five-star rating, but Westgate Imports has been great to work with. Thank you all!

Great place. I did my research and when I went to look at the car they had a very "hand off" experience. Not pushy or shifty. I feel as though I got a good deal and would definitely purchase from them again.

Terrible salesman on the dealer to dealer side called about a car i was willing to purchase asked for the bottom dollar , guy who didn t even tell me his name said to make an offer i made my offer he proceeds to tell me im chopping at the wrong tree and just said im not interested in your offer and hung up bas business

I have been going to Westgate Imports for buying cars and to their service department. Their service department has very friendly staff and I have never been disappointed with their workmanship. All my cars get serviced there and I trust them to do good work. Thank you Westgate Imports - it's hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy repair shop.

Awesome Dealership! Probably the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a car. Paul and Kate were the absolute best to work with. They made the experience easy and comfortable. No pushy salesman or sketchy tactics, just genuine people that are there to accommodate your vehicle needs. It s hard to find a dealership where you can walk in and feel like you ve known the people working there for years. What else can I say? If your in the market definitely stop by and check them out!

After 3 yrs and 50K+ miles, I would like to write a fair review. In spite of being scared half to death by smoking grease underneath, presumeably from old torn CV boots they replaced, I made the 600 mile drive home without any serious issues. Westgate stated that the head gaskets had been replaced, which is the major engine issue and expense with these Subarus. That work was, indeed, done and is still leak-free. But you cannot expect a used car dealer to fix, or even know about every defect in a 16 year old car. The only thing that I would say needed immediate attention once home was changing the AT fluid to avoid transmission damage. However, the catalytic converter was clogged and would have to be replaced. Other maintenance issues have surfaced with my now 20 yr old Outback, but basically Westgate did what they had to do to give me a fair deal and make a little profit--it could not have been much. And if you think I'm crazy to travel 600 miles to buy a used car, you can see for yourself what nice condition an Outback can be in when it hasn't seen road salt. Makes it a delight to work on underneath, when necessary. I would travel the distance again when I replace this one.

Paul and Kate were amazing!!!! I got my first car from them and they were very kind to me and my mother. So thankful that they were the ones to help us out! They were so patient, Kate helped us look at the car and talked to us when we were waiting. Paul made buying the car so easy and the mechanics fixed it up so nicely! I 100% recommend they were easy to work with and flexible!

It s the little things. Like Matt providing guidance over the weekend when the shop was closed so my stranded vehicle could be ready for service first thing Monday. His customer care is consistently good.

Paul was absolutely great and very communicative throughout the whole process as I least a truck to someone else he found one that came in that was much better than the one I lost. He worked out great pricing for me and was very transparent. This man needs a raise along with Scott in the business part and Russ in the financial office. These are great guys. This was the best purchasing experience I ve ever had with used or new vehicles. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. I sure will be recommending them to anyone I talk with. Great job guys and keep it up!

I had tires delivered from tire rack and with written estimate for mounting and balancing of $88 dollars. When I went in to pay they tried to strong arm me asking for $236 BECAUSE IT IS AN OLDER PORSCHE and they wanted an hourly rate. It only took one hour. I showed them my paid receipt with $88 estimate. They refused and insisted on payment of $110 plus tax. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

We get our car's serviced at westgate imports Monique is awesome and very accommodating to our needs and does everything in her power to help us to stay on schedule by having everything ready for in and out service...Awesome!!

I worked with Kate Hurd and Paul Malinowski. They were both very attentive and worked together to find me a car that fit what I was looking for and more importantly, my budget. We were looking for our teen daughter's first car. I called Westgate Imports and Kate helped us find her the dream car she wanted that was also in our price range within 20 minutes of being on the phone. She was familiar with the cars they had on their lot and was able to help us find the right one very quickly. From Day 1, Kate and Paul made the entire process so easy- they took time to understand our needs, went the extra mile to help make the car the best condition possible for our daughter and the paperwork/buying process took minimal time. This was such an easy, wonderful experience. I highly recommend working with Kate and Paul.

Brought my car in due to a rumbling noise and they replaced engine mounts. they also fixed a few other things including the brakes. Took the car back and noticed a new noise, the shop checked it over and said nothing was wrong. a few hours later, i m stopped dead in the middle of the road. brought it back again to the shop and they forgot to put bolts for the brakes onto car. the next day, car is squealing at all times. now a piece of sheet metal is loose by the brakes.4 times they had the car to look at. 4 times they had a chance to fix the car and making it working condition completely. the shop manager is extremely rude and i would not trust one person that works for her or this station. an awful experience. BEWARE

Paul has been amazing to work with & he has taken care of me and all of my needs through my car buying process!! I truly feel like I'm his own family & he just wants to make sure I am safe and good at all times. I have previously bought my van from Westgate Imports so when I decided to trade my van in I knew that I would go to Westgate first! I feel like Kate is my personal family friend too!! I'm a mom of 4 kiddos and I have awful anxiety when going in public to be quite honest so going to a dealership by myself is a BIG deal. I've gone by myself & with my 10 month old for service repairs and ALWAYS felt so at home and comfortable with both the service department & sales too!! My heart is truly with Westgate Imports! I think they have the utmost customer service! Thank you Paul for making me feel like family!!

STOP HERE FOR AN OVER PRICED LEMONImmediately no! We went to buy a car day. You could tell the car had hail damage and was in a wreck but they played it off like what no we would know kind of thing. They wanted to over price our trade in and throw the rest of that into fees that made no sense. The maintenance guy said nobody has inspected the car yet the dealer said they did?? So how does that work??Nobody helped us for the longest time so we wandered the lot. Nobody explained anything when I asked and dodged all of my questions.We went to CarMax and they said to never buy from there. All they sell is lemons or lie about their cars. I got shady vibes 2 minutes of being in that place.

So excited to find Paul again. I've bought my last three cars from Paul and I can't imagine dealing with anyone else for my upcoming purchase. He's easy to work with and great at communicating throughout the entire deal. I was living in TN and came back to NC to buy one of my cars. You can't go wrong with Westgate.

Make sure you see Paul, he helped me get my dream car for a reasonable price! The service from Kate was also great, she did not have an attitude answering the phone consecutively - back to back with me. This place doesn't see you as a walking dollar sign. The treatment was very respectable.

It s been months since my last review and their staff still hasn t resolved their mishandling of funds. They owe me thousands of dollars. This place is a joke and their staff is incompetent.
