They did a fantastic job on my front bumper. Next year I am going to have them repaint my back bumper. Thank you so much Scott for helping me get this done. On January 13 2024 my car was hit will it was park in food lion s parking lot unfortunately bye a fire truck but Scott and his whole team did a awesome job on getting my Mustang back to the way it was before the accident. Scott Richards and his team do a fantastic job! They are up front about their timeline to get the job done, they stay true to the estimate, and the result is absolutely perfect. Nobody really wants to need a body repair shop, but when you do it's good to know where to turn. Highly recommended!

Would recommend for body work. Scott was in charge of the repair of my Jeep and he did a Wonderful job! You can't even tell it's been wrecked. Although I was without my Jeep from April until August, Scott ensured I had a way to get to and from work while I waited, and he kept me posted on the status of my repair. Excellent Job!!! Thanks again Scott for all you've done.

I have no hesitation to recommend Westgate Collision Center,The repair I had done was done well and to my total satisfaction.An unexpected problem arose during the repair and was communicated to me and fixed in a timely manner.The staff were friendly communicative and above all honest and cooperative. Scott Richards, couldn't ask for a better guy to manage a very painful experience when your vehicle is damaged and trying to get it back to OEM, and having to deal with insurance. Scott and his painter Jeremiah and his body man, I didn't get his name, did an amazing job with my truck. Start to finish Scott was in constant communication with each step. I greatly appreciate the quality and care they took on getting my truck back to original condition. Scott and Debbie know what they are doing and know their stuff. They were very honest and didn't try to hide anything or inflate anything. I brought my car to two other shops and they said the same thing that Scott and Debbie said. If I need to, in the future, I'll be bringing my car back here for honest, fair pricing and amazing quality!

When I took my truck in for recall work, Westgate Ram service department wrecked my truck and Westgate Collision was supposed to perform the repair. They said they would fix it. Instead they kept it for 3 weeks, refused to provide a loaner and didn t fix it properly. They then started making every excuse as to why they couldn t work on it. I had to take it somewhere else to get it properly repaired. They also refused to reimburse my out of pocket expenses. Avoid Westgate Auto Group at all costs. How they treat their customers says a lot about this company s integrity and values.Service: Body & Trim

The wait time to get in was less than most places so that was great. They did good work on my wife's car but it took longer than expected and cost my insurance company a lot more than the quote so if you don't have insurance be careful.

My family was a victim of a hit and run and we accepted Progressive's recommendation to go to Westgate. They kept my vehicle for 5 weeks. At week 4 Aldo explained that they were behind because a worker called in sick. No apology by the way. At week 5 our vehicle was returned and it was still not driving straight. When I spoke to Aldo he was condesending. When I mentioned the BBB he laughed. I later found out his shop is not accredited with the BBB. I don't know if the problem is with him beeing a narcissist jerk or that he has allowed his position as a manager to get to his head. All I know is that he was a jerk to me. Do not go there because if there is a problem he won't care to resolve it!

A parking stop pulled off my bumper and did the same to the two under covers of my car. I got a couple of estimates for the the claims adjuster. Westgate's estimate was more thorough. They were ready to take my car on schedule and returned my car on time. The repair work, and paint job was outstanding!Additionally, I asked if they could buff out some scratches/swirls to the clear coat finish, on one of my doors. Unlike the other repair shop (who said the scratches were too deep) Westgate said they would do it. They did say some of the scratches may be too deep to get totally out, but they would do their best. They were true to their word. The appearance was night and day. They did a fantastic job!Debbie was my rep. She knew her stuff and did not steer me wrong. I would use them, again, in a heartbeat!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had touch ups done on both of our vehicles. They were usually done a day before it was supposed to be completed and the staff were able to fit me in relatively quick. Paint has been holding up well over the past year. Our cars are used for 800+ mile road trips once a month and paint work on the hoods of both vehicles has made it through the weather. Recommend these guys.

I used Westgate Collision to repair my car after hail damage. The manager, Scott, was awesome as well as Ali. All employees had great customer service. I received updates on the repair progress. Scott went above & beyond to assist me with the rental car while my car was being repaired. My car looked awesome after the repairs. I will refer friends to Westgate Collision in the future.

These guys are great - I called about a puncture hole in my truck bed and wanted to come in to get an estimate. Within 20 minutes I'm leaving with the hole repaired and a couple of rust spots touched up, free of charge. The staff is kind and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone.

This shop will do more damage to your vehicle than fixing it, very dishonest , unprofessional and arrogant guy runs this shop. I was lucky to have taken pictures and videos of my car prior to handing them the keys, post repair, when I came to pick my car, the damage from the collision was fixed but there was more scratches and door dents from being in the shop and done by the collision center . Upon bringing it to the manager , he LIED that those existed before and he can t do anything about it. I confronted him with pictures and videos and was bluntly asked to leave the premises. Very dishonest , arrogant tyrant runs this place . Be careful and avoid this place, only reason I went ahead with this shop was because the nicer ones were all booked out for months from Covid and supply chain shortages and only place which took my vehicle earlier, now I realize why this place was ready , because folks know of the unfair practices and avoid it.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND BE AWARE FROM MY AGONY.Service: Body & Trim

They returned my vehicle with tape residue all along the bottom trim panel, manager denied it was from them. I certainly never had a need to tape that area. Paint job was terrible, runs on the door and fender. Then after leaving the lot I discovered the outer door handle locking mechanism was not working.I had to take my vehicle to Sport Durst to have them fix it. They said Westgate Collision center never reconnected the door switch when they put the door back together.Because of their lack of quality control and terrible service I was inconvenienced and had to take additional time out of my day to deal with problems they caused.They have the name Westgate Collision center which is also an option on the Westgate Cars phone digital call menu. I purchased my vehicle at Westgate Cars and thought it best to take it back to the same dealer for the minor body work.The Westgate Collision Center Manager had an " oh well " attitude. The General manager for Westgate punted me back to the Collision Center manager. I am quick to receive sales calls from Westgate Cars but of the multiple people I spoke with Mare, and others, this issued just gets passed along and I'm left with excuses why this isn't their area to deal with yet no one has offered up a solution on what the best course of action to take.I thought I would share this experience with you and how their customer service and poor level of workmanship had now negatively impacted Westgate as a whole . Their lack of concern and follow-up shows a disrespect for the customer like myself that my time off from work to deal with these issues just isn't a concern or important.The only one's who came through for me were the staff at Sport Durtz in Durham.If you are in the market for a new vehicle I suggest checking out Sport Durtz. If you have a need for body work, based on my experience, I suggest you also check out Sport Durtz. Westgate Cars customer service and concern about customer experience is well below average. Management does not care and has an "Oh well" attitude.UPDATE: Finally received a reply, see comment below. 11 Months after my initial review, almost a year later. Might want to step up your game and work on improving your customer service at the time concerns are expressed rather than waiting a year to reply.

I took my car to Westgate collision after a it was badly keyed. There was damage done to every panel of the car including the hood. They estimated the repairs to take 14 days so needless to say I needed to rent a vehicle to drive during this time. When the vehicle was finally done, I went to go and pick it up and noticed that one entire quarter panel was not repaired. So I mentioned it to the guys and they seemed to be somewhat surprised that I noticed it and told me that I needed to bring the car back again to have this repaired. I had just returned the rental car which I paid for out of pocket so I told them that they would need to provide me with a car because they didn't do the job correctly in the first place. Eventually they agreed and we settled on me bringing the car back about 2 weeks later (so they could repair what had not been done in the first place). So 2 weeks later I take the car back and about 4 days later my car is supposedly ready again. When I go to pick up the car they tell me that it can't be washed for a number of weeks, so it is very hard to see whether everything had been done properly. So I take the car home. Eventually I was able to get the car washed and noticed that there were little strips of something coming off of the moldings that are around the car. After carefully looking at it - it looks like when they reattached the modelings they used some type of strip adhesive that was coming off. So I took the car to a different body shop and had it repaired because it was clearly not done properly in the first place. Please keep in mind that this repair job cost over $5000 which was paid to Westgate Collision. I would never recommend Westgate collision to anyone that cares about their vehicle!

Center console and glove box were empty when I picked up my car. Was told for months when I called them to follow up that the guy who had the ability to review the security footage would be getting back to me. They never followed up with me and I stopped calling after a few months. They even took my registration and car manual. I would not trust them to hold your car for any period of time unless you take anything you don t want stolen out first.

The staff there are excellent and the customer service was great and they made me feel secure that I was in good hands. Crystal reception this is one of the most warmest friendliness ever she keeps you in the loop of your repairs Scott goes out his way to make sure that every aspect of your repairs are pain freeOver all I had a excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Westgate collision to all of my family and friends

Worst possible place ever to deal with understand parts are hard to get right now but keeps getting different answers they repaired my vehicle after an accident in June 2021 didn t find broken axle so returne and had that fixed and vehicle alligned and found out in February that whole rear end needed to be replaced now mid April and still do not have vehicle also when they replaced 1st axle and alligned it they found all bolts in the front end were loose and never had. been tightenedServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Had someone back in to my front bumper with a hitch. Came here for a repair and was very happy with the repair job. Bumper fit and paint looks great (on a silver car, so hard to match) and was done in the time estimated. THANK YOU WESTGATE COLLISION!

These guys did an outstanding job on my jeep. They took care of it quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I will not need their services again but if l do this is where I will go

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Everyone's so helpful and patient. The work done on my car was unbelievable. I walked past my car 7 times in the parking lot while looking for it because it looked brand new and I didn't even recognize it. While it was a stressful time for my wife and I, Chad from the shop really eased any frustration with his kind personality and his down-to-business attitude. I recommend Westgate.
