I was on the hunt for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and saw one online at Westgate. I was driving from Atlanta for this vehicle, which is a little over five hours away and Mark and Cameron were extremely helpful throughout the process along with the sales staff. They answered important questions for me like making sure the vehicle didn t have a cigarette smell, and they worked on the paperwork during the drive there so I basically got there test drove the car and left 30 min later. Cameron responded to follow-up questions swiftly and they definitely gave 5 star service from start to finish! Thanks all! I love my Summit!

I worked with Paul to purchase a 4Runner for my son.I had to fly up over Thanksgiving to purchase it and Paul took great care of me. He picked me up from my hotel at 8:45am and I was out of the dealership by 10:00 am. I had a 9 hour drive home to Alabama and was glad Paul expedited everything for me. Great salesman with decades of experience in his industry. F&I guy wasn t too happy about me not buying the extended warranty, but his job is to sell people on that added benefit. Some folks need/want it, I never buy it and definitely wasn t going to for a 4Runner with only 48k miles on it.

After a lot of research and a lot of shopping around for a looooong time, we found the perfect van at Westgate in Brier Creek. Kevin (manager) and Ramesh (salesman) were both very friendly, pleasant to work with, and helped me get financing (with great terms) when nobody else could at all. The sale included a handshake agreement that they would take care of a couple aesthetic issues, including some minor body work and paint touch up, and replace a few small interior plastic trim bits. The agreement was honored of course and they delivered the van to our house the next week, looking darn near brand new and with a full tank of gas. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks fellas!

I had the BEST experience I could imagine going to this dealership! First of all I had a handful to do that day literally, from me having my baby with me to me having work later on that night. My car salesman Jacques was very understanding and accommodating of my situation. He even installed my child s car seat to make it easier for us. Me looking for a first time car he made sure to find the best most affordable options since I am a new driver. Not only that he could actually explain to me the different car features and the benefits to getting the car. Jacques & the finance manager Kevin I believe got me out in time to make it work that day. Most importantly helping me get my first car and being genuine while doing so! I d recommend everyone to go here!

It's never easy having your car totaled out of the blue and needing to car shop fast. I came in to look at a vehicle and Eric Holmes took such care throughout the whole process. I was so nervous and he was such a calm rock. He was super informative and didn't get frustrated even though I was asking tons of questions. He was so calm and collected and it helped to ground me whenever it was time to get the bank on the phone and talk financing. Eric wasn't pushy and was an amazing help to someone like me who is super anxious about the car buying process. I wish I had known him years ago, because my last car buying process would have been so much better. I HIGHLY recommend Eric if you want a chill and knowledgeable person to show you the inventory and walk you through everything instead of pushing you towards making a fast dicision with tons of pressure. I could not be more pleased than I am with my new ride. 10\10, I hope I never get ran into during traffic again, but I do know where I'll be going and who I'll be talking toif it ever does happen!

Westgate took great care of me with the entire process of a great value on my trade in to helping me get the right car for me. The entire team did a great job but Ramesh is the guy! He was patience with me. Made sure that the car was running fine and gave me great tips on the upkeep of my car. If I was to buy another vehicle I would go to Ramesh. Took care of me when I was dealing a lost of a family member and treated me like family without hesitation. Thank you Ramesh. You're the best bro!

I have to say Westgate CJDR really has some great staff really attentive to customers. Walking in the door I felt welcome as one salesman saw me and right away he said someone would be right with me. He was busy but he saw a new face and acknowledged me. Next was Clay. Things from this point was smooth and pressure free. I told Clay what I was looking for and within a few minutes we were on the road test driving a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Clay was truly knowledgeable of the vehicle and took time to answer all my wife s questions to include mine. Clay was courteous and respectful of my time. Numbers were ran and although time was needed to think about it I told him I could call the next day with my decision. Although off the next day. He made arrangements to come in and help complete to sale. Communication via text and calls between this time was flawless. Just when I thought I found a flaw in Westgate, Clay made it disappear quickly. There was a long wait before I could see the finance officer. Clay found a way to have me complete my across the street at the Dodge building. Less than 10 minutes I was in the office. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and customer service at a Dealership ever. Clay truly is a asset to Westgate. He s the prime example of how to create loyal repeat customers to an organization. Thanks Clay! Thanks Westgate.

I would give them a negative 5. I bought a 2020 Pacifica from them in Aug. The check engine light came on. I went to have it checked only to find out that there was damage to the underneath of the van (oil pan, radiator frame, exhaust and a few other things). They certified and sold a damaged vehicle. I have gotten no where with them. BUYER BEWARE!!UPDATE: I am still going back and forth w Westgate. I was told on Sept 25th that the issues with my Pacifica would be investigated and they would get back with me. It is now Oct 10th and I still haven t heard anything back.I have made numerous calls with very little response. I was offered up to $500 to have my oil pan fixed - it cost me $1300 to have it fixed. The oil pan had been resealed and was not properly done. I get passed around between sales and service - I am told someone will call me to discuss the issues with my Pacifica but no one calls.Westgate knows they certified and sold a damaged vehicle and avoids dealing with it.I was hoping to come back and write that they had resolved the issues with my van. I just get the run around.GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TO BUY YOUR NEXT CAR!!

Everyone we worked with was excellent. Farooq quickly got the car we were looking for and made sure everything was set for us to drive it home! They helped us go through our options and we felt taken care of. They were beyond helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure that I left with the car I loved. We purchased the vehicle, and it needed to have a few repairs since the purchase. I'm not sure how I feel about this. It was used, but I didn't expect the check engine light and other lights to come on within 2 weeks of the purchase. The salesman was friendly, but most are that work for commissions. Shop at your own risk, I guess. Now I know why they insist you give them a 5 star review before you leave the lot. Even now, the van still isn't right and hesitates to start.

We had the best car buying experience shopping at Westgate Jeep. Make sure you work with Clay to find your right car. He s the best easy going car salesman, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The whole staff treated us great and Cameron from the finance department was easy to work with as well. Looks like they remodeled the building and it s beautiful. Highly recommend you give these guys a try!

I do not like leaving bad reviews about places, and I have a history to back that up, but I feel that I have been legitimately slighted by this dealership.I m waiting to hear back from the service manager. I had my transmission flushed, but it wasn t sealed properly. Fluid was leaking, potentially costing me $3,200 if I didn t catch the mistake in time.The video and photo on this review are after a 20-minute drive and just pulling over.I would still like to hear back and be refunded appropriately for this service that wasn t provided.I hope you find this helpful. Thank You.Update: I did get in contact with Martin, the service manager, and he authorized a refund for the transmission service issue I was having.

Honestly, if I could rate a no star that s what I would do. The customer service here is horrible. They had my vehicle for a month and a half and if I ever wanted an update on the progress made I would have to call the service number and sit on hold for over an hour. The associate assigned to me didn t take their job seriously. I found out (BY CALLING MYSELF) that she left the company over a week ago after talking to the supervisor. The supervisor said he would find out more information about my vehicle and call me back. I gave him 3 days before I gave up and had to call back again. I talked with an associate named Skylar this time and it was the same story. He said he knew nothing about my vehicle other than they still have it. He said he would talk to the technician and give me a call back but yet again, I never heard from him after 2 days. At this point, I m frustrated and my patience was growing thin. I call back yet again. I ve been sitting on hold for as long as 1 hour and 45 minutes each time I call. When sitting on hold like that you have to be quick to answer because once they finally pick up the phone if you don t say anything immediately, they will hang up on you and you have to start the process of sitting on hold again. I talked to someone named Logan next. Same story. He knew nothing about my vehicle other than it was there and said he would call me back and he did call me back to say the part they ordered was received 4 days ago. He said he would find out more first thing Monday and give me a call back. Of course he did not call. I heard from no one. I called again, asked to speak to Logan and he is telling me now they have lost my part and would have to reorder it and I told him I m coming to get my vehicle to either pick it up fixed or take it somewhere else who will fix it. After that, he then said it would be ready before 5 that day, fixed. I do not live close to this location. I am about 1 hr away. I show up to find out that my vehicles battery is completely drained because it had been sitting for so long and also had to be replaced. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location to have anything serviced nor will I ever buy a vehicle from here. I will be telling everyone else of my experience here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED WRONGLY OR DON T WANT TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE FOR MONTHS AT A TIME.

I had such a great experience at Westgate! I m currently in the process of repairing my credit, and Mr. Ernest Green was so amazing and helped me get into the Jeep Rubicon I wanted, with a down payment that was right for me. I was able to say in my monthly note budget, he was so patient and assistive. If you go to Westgate, you have to ask for him! I would definitely recommend going to Westgate for all your Jeep purchases!!

I bought a 2020 dodge challenger rt. The car had an Amp in the trunk and I had to bring the car in for service on the factory radio. I had to drive from winston salem to westgate 6 times and the radio doesn't work they stole the Amp out of they said there wasn't one in there. The car has been a lemon since I bought it. I would suggest not to buy from them. This is the car.

I custom-ordered my Jeep from this dealership two years ago for $50k and received "Westgate for life" warranty -- what a joke. It included free oil change for life, free towing, 1 free spare key fob replacement and 100,000 miles engine warranty. Sounds too good to be true? well that is how they sell their cars by misleading their customers. I lost my key fob and wanted to use my "Westgate for life" warranty. Their response: "Sir with all due respect your asking me to honor a program that we didn t even offer at your time of purchase. With that being said you stated you have a document but I still haven t seen it. However like I said I would honor it if you have a signed Westgate for life contract." Essentially calling me a liar.I emailed them (Jim Defreest) the contract shortly through email, and then he could not deny it anymore and said the contract was "voided" because I used my three factory-given free Jeep wave oil change at my nearby legitimate JEEP dealership. At the time of purchase, they did tell me to bring my vehicle for free oil change after your free three jeep wave ended.I won't buy my future 392 from them. They might have saved 200 bucks on my key fob but lost me as a customer. Avoid if you can at any cost.

Westgate sales department did a fine job, but their service department is awful. After buying a brand new Grand Cherokee there a year ago, I was having problems with moisture on the inside of my windshield. I called over the phone and told them exactly my problem, they scheduled me an appointment only for me to get there and be told they don t do that type of appointment on Fridays. They told me I needed to bring the car first thing on Thursday morning and leave it all day since they use an outside vendor to do this type of work. They assured me he would be there every Thursday, but they just didn t know when. So, I took off work (again) and brought my car there first thing Thursday morning only for them to ask if I had an appointment (to which they had told me the previous week that they do not accept appointments for this type of issue) and then called the vendor who said he was not coming that day. Obviously I was upset as I had taken off of work twice now and wasted over 2 hours of my time getting there and back without even having the car looked at to see if they even needed the outside vendor in the first place. They recommended that I go to another Jeep service department to have better luck there (what kind of sales people do that?). Anyways, I ended up in Sanford at that Jeep service department and they got my issue squared away almost immediately. 0/10 recommend this place. Will not be returning nor will I ever buy a Jeep here again.

Absolutely terrible service department. Made an appointment for our jeep grand Cherokee L because the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and had a loud engine knock. Called immediately to schedule an appointment and they didn t have anything available until 3.5 weeks away. Made the appointment anyway only to have our car there for a whole week after dropping it off. Our appointment was for 8 am on 8/21 for it not to be even touched until today 8/27. Mind you they then later told us the engine tech didn t even come in until 10 am. Their appointments are only for you to be put in line which makes no sense, no point of making an appointment. Glad my wife didn t sit and wait on the car that day or she would have been there all day long. Picked up the car with no answers and horrible communication throughout the entirety of them having our vehicle. All reviews on yelp are 100% accurate. Do not rely on this dealership for their service department.

Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to have a flat tire replaced, explained over the phone that I have a Mopar road hazard warranty and what tire I would need. I was assured that the tire would be in for my appointment on Wednesday. I arrive Wednesday morning, NO TIRE, they didn't even order it until the morning of the appointment!! I was stuck in the lobby for almost 5 hours. THEN tried to charge me for a tire that was to be replaced under warranty, claiming they didn't find any warranty information on my Mopar account. Absolutely DO NOT recommend unless you want to waste your entire day on incompetence.
