I ve been highly satisfied with their services. I will sign up for their monthly membership because they have the best offer. I ve had memberships that were only for the exterior, so it s great to a service that offers exterior and interior services. Bonus for me is the location.

Back again today 8/27/2023... they strike again! Simply the best!Yes! Yes! YES! This place is AWESOME! Full-service car wash, they clean it inside and out. It's right next to a car dealership which uses them to wash all their own cars, so this place is the bomb. So happy, car looked beautiful inside and out, amazing work/service with great people. Do not go anywhere else, you need to go here! It's cheaper than others that are not even full service. I spent $40 at Tidal Wave or something (I will never go back there) for one of the worst washes ever. plus, I had to clean my own interior, vacuum, polish, etc. This place does everything for you and your car will look amazing when finished!I went back 2 days later with my Altima, figured this would be a true test! WOW! Seeing is believing. I took a before and after shot! Customer service is excellent, the work is second to none, the price is cheaper than most other places that are not full-service! This is and your car will look good enough for a showroom!Services: Full body wash, Headlight polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This is the only car wash I go to since I ve lived in the North Raleigh area for the past 3 years. It s affordable but I love that with the full service clean the car comes out looking spotless and they still go above and beyond to spray and wash the interior by hand. Phenomenal work.

I love the service I receive at Westgate Carwash. They have a super friendly staff and they get the job done quickly and accurately! I wish they also offered a hand wash option !

It s my first time here , I just moved to Raleigh, and I m blown away. Exceptional wash and vacuum partnered with friendly customer service is a win/ win for me. Their waiting area is clean as well. Overall great experience.

I was initially filled with excitement when I decided to subscribe to the monthly plan. However, my first visit, which took place on a Saturday at approximately 5:30 pm, left me utterly disappointed. I was informed that I needed to return during the manager's hours, which are between 9 am and 5 pm. I did get. full car wash and found it to be satisfactory, although not the absolute best. Nonetheless, I was content with the service to the extent that I considered signing up for the monthly plan.Hoping for a more favorable experience, I returned today at around 1:30 pm. To my dismay, I encountered what I can only describe as the rudest individual I've encountered in my 25 years in this country. I presumed this person to be the manager. Their excuse for not being able to assist me was that their computer system was down. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering any assistance, the manager almost walked away from me.In an attempt to understand when I could return to complete my sign-up, I asked the manager when the computer systems would be back online. Their response was shockingly dismissive, stating, "It comes back when it comes back, and I can't predict when that will be," before disappearing. I was left speechless by this unprofessional behavior.I've heard stories about people in this country refusing service to others based on their race and ethnicity, but I had never personally experienced it until today. It was disheartening to get even a glimpse of how such discrimination might feel.In my frustration, I decided to call their office to report the incident, but I was promptly transferred to the manager's voicemail. I saw no point in leaving a message, given the manager's previous behavior.Needless to say, I have no intention of ever returning to this place after such a disappointing and disrespectful encounter.Service: Full body wash

We went here for a quick basic exterior wash. We have young kids that LOVE going through a car wash, especially when the car wash has cool lights. This car wash did not disappoint!! Colored soap and lots of cool lights, although harder to see in the daytime.Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we only wanted a quick exterior wash, but we had to wait behind a long line of cars that were all getting the full service interior detail as well. It would be great if they had a system that let cars getting exterior wash only move into the wash while the other cars are stopped to get the interior done. C'est la vie!

I just visited this car wash for the first time. I paid $19.95 for an exterior wash. I was told that the exterior would be done, including windexon my windows and a full dry off of the exterior. Well, what a waste of $19.95. My car wasn t dried off thoroughly, my mirror is still dirty and my tires/rims weren t cleaned thoroughly, which is the main reason I decided to pay $19.95 today. See photos. A waste of money for what I received. I could have gone to a gas station car wash for this. Don t waste your money or the drive.

I paid for the top level cleaning, interior included. I didn't expect perfection given level of dirt (work truck) but not even the vents? Come on.This wasn't worth $10, let alone the $30.

I will never go to another car wash!!!! Best quality and best prices I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised when they pressure washed my rubber mats in my car instead of just vacuuming them, like other car washes. Highly recommend. Also, the waiting room is spotless!

I paid for the extreme shine wash. I was happy with the job done on the outside including the rims. The inside wasn't cleaned very well including the weather mats which I was told would be cleaned with this package.

First time using this car wash, and absolutely do NOT recommend! They caused a significant scratch/slice to the interior passenger door panel of my teenage son s new car, as well as neglecting to wipe down multiple areas of the backseat and both headrests entirely. I could overlook the areas of car interior that weren t cleaned properly, but the damage to the door is absolutely unacceptable! And it is apparently impossible to even get someone to answer the telephone at this business in order to address and attempt to resolve this issue that occurred today. Incredibly frustrating!!

Today was my second and last time coming here since the quality of service isn t improving. Each time, I paid for the full service version of the Extreme Shine Wash (most expensive besides getting a full detail) but the interior was barely vacuumed, the inside wasn t wiped down and the car mats are left soaked, so within hours it becomes a muddy mess. I m starting to think they should only service dealerships since there s no way regular customers get the same quality. Two stars because the people are friendly and the exterior is clean but this is still unacceptable. Pictures attached.

I paid for a full service but I m not sure what that includes because my backseats were not even wiped down, the back was not vacuumed, and dust was left on every surface and the dashboard. A little disappointing. The outside of my car did look very good, and the staff was very friendly.

I felt like a VIP client today at Westgate Car Wash. My experience started with Christian. He was kind, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. When I got to the bay there were 2 guys waiting to vacuum the vehicle & do the pre wash. They did an amazing job & were very detailed. My car looked new before it even went through the wash. Once the wash was completed the 2 guys who hand dried it were also great. They were fast, efficient & made sure I was satisfied before I left. Overall I'm 1000% satisfied & will definitely be returning. My baby shines like new money & it's all thanks to these guys.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The car wash did a great job, fun to see tri-colored suds. The only thing is, if the cars ahead of you want the option with more services, it takes so long. Would be great if they designated a time slot just for the people that just want to run through real fast for the basic wash.

I was a bit nervous taking my car through a car wash as it is new - and I don't have the ability to wash it at my home. I got there at a good time - i.e., not very crowded - and I have to say that the gentlemen working did a great job! I'll be going back again!
