I never leave reviews but after the professionalism and knowledge dump upon request I have too. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful in me finding out what is best for the path I m trying to take. He gave honest feedback and was incredibly helpful not leading me on just so I can spend more money but instead walked me through. 10/10 I would trust my car with them.

I have a 2016 Silverado LTZ, 6.2 and I stopped by with a issue with wirh a shutter in my transmission. Brandon programmed the transmission. It shifts better, shutter is gone, and it performs better. Thanks Brandon....much appreciated. 5 stars

I took my Cobra in to have power steering and power brakes installed. Not only was the work perfect, they found several other issues which needed attention and fixed those all perfectly. Every time I take the car in, they do what is requested (i.e., an oil change) but also check around the car to see what other things might need to be fixed. Hands down, Velocity is my "go-to" company from now on out. They're far better than any other garage I've found in Raleigh and I don't need to look any further. Brandon and his team truly know their craft very, very well.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I Purchased a 2022 Ram Laramie 5.7 Hemi eTorque Crew cab. Love the truck , However there is not a whole lot you can do performance wise, Because of the eTorque system that really can't be tuned without issues. Dominic and Brandon found a way to add a touch more Horsepower by adding a S&B cold air intake and Magnaflow Muffler. The truck runs more efficient now and sounds great with no issues. Before they did the work they put the time in, and research to make sure that this setup would work for the truck Beforehand. Great Shop , the techs , mechanics , fabricators , super knowledgeable and are real cool people to deal with. I will be going back there if I need any custom motor work or performance needs.Thanks again Fellas!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Brandon, Domenic and the rest of the team at velocity motorworks. I brought my Porsche 991.2 in for some work and they did a phenomenal job.The job turned out to be a little more then expected and they took care of it immediately with perfect results. Everyone at Velocity Motor Works is professional and thorough with their work. Between, Brandon, Brendan, & Kyle (I m missing a few names but I don t know everyone by first name basis yet) working together to get my aftermarket parts onto my new 2020 Mustang GT500 as well working on getting the car tuned to get the best results from it.The videos posted on their Facebook Page are very professionally done. It s nice to see progress done on your vehicle.The electronic invoices makes paying for the jobs easy; the itemization break down I like so I see everything done.I ll continue to take my Mustang there for ALL of my performance needs!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

Brandon and the guys at Velocity are awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and make sure to take great care of their customers (even on extremely short notice). One of the most important things you can ask for is a trustworthy/honest shop, and Velocity is absolutely such a shop. I can t say enough good things!!

Brought my daily driver in for a full brake replacement and oil change. They were able to get me in right away and bent over backwards to make sure I got my car back the same day. The price was very reasonable, the shop was immaculate and Brandon, the Owner, kept me well informed. I felt confident both in the quality of work and deep vehicle knowledge. Will be using for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs going forward.

Brandon and his team are top notch. There's something satisfying about having a degreed mechanical engineer working on your car. Velocity did a ride height adjustment (coil overs) and alignment for our BMW. They were the fourth alignment we had done, the other three couldn't get it to work out right. We left Velocity and it was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the work and we got to see some cool projects and sweet cars around the shop.Service: Wheel alignment

The experience that I had was top notch/from the first phone call Mr. Brandon,owner and his team "Zack"administrative and "Chaz" Vintage Air Technician kept me informed on every aspect of the restoration of the A/C on my 72 Monte Carlo that had been in my family since Feb of 73/now days its a struggle to find a full restoration shop/from engine work to transmission, rear differential/suspension/all parts and body work/the shop is clean and everyone is professional/ ""NOW"/ If you are looking to skimp on classic car or what ever you have, this probably not the place for you/these guys are old and new school,there we'll trained in their craft and specialize in their feild of expertise/sooooo the cost is not cheap/you get what you pay for/this business is up to date on things restoration/you will be educated on the work and most likely make them your shop for any future service on your classic or daily driver.

I called these guys today about my E36 because of a suggestion from a trusted machine shop in the area. Brandon took time to help me figure out a few solutions to my current issue with the car. He's clearly knowledgable and knows these vehicles well. He didn't try to sell me on anything, just genuinely helped, and I must say went above and beyond. This car is a project for me so I do the majority of the work, but I am absolutely positive that I will be doing business with Velocity moving forward.

A friend suggested I check out this shop because I was having a issue with my BMW X1. I met the owner, Brandon and Jeff who works there. Super friendly. I am an auto enthusiast and was impressed with their knowledge. They were quick. Know their stuff. I will definitely go back.

Recently, I took my 2007 BMW Z4 3.0SI to Brandon & Titus for a muffler delete. To say I m impressed would be an understatement. My Z4 sounds like a completely different car in a very tasteful way. I ve gotten nothing but compliments on it, even from those who were critics of Straight Piping . No cheap or unprofessional work done at all! Nothing but the best from the entire Velocity Motorworks team. Titus walked me through the entire process & gave me updates throughout the entire build. He answered my questions in a very professional, informing way and left no doubts in my mind that the work done was nothing but the best. You could take your car to an exhaust shop, pay the same amount, and I m confident the end product would not be comparable to the fantastic job by the Velocity Motorworks team. I recommend anyone looking to get exhaust work done head to Velocity Motorworks! They certainly earned my business.

Brandon was great. The guys are knowledgeable and passionate about cars. I've been trying to find a shop that will work on my '74 Bug on air ride, these guys are the only ones I have found willing to touch it. Im looking forward to doing future business with them.

My Suburban had a check engine light I couldn't figure out. I replaced the parts per the code, but it still came back on after long drives. VM fixed a broken header bolt and also figured out I had been given the wrong part by Autozone. They went above and beyond by doing extended test drives to make sure the CEL didn't come back, and even checked in several days later to confirm it was finally fixed. I'll definitely bring my projects in to them again the next time I'm in over my head!Service: Electrical repair

For the most part I wasn t pleased I myself is a small business owner for over 26 years and I enjoy old school cars but after having two of my vehicles serviced I had two many things that we agreed to repair was not done correctly I had to make some repairs soon after I got it back home that s why I pay the professionals so overall from communication to service I paid a lot of money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used to work as a mechanic on the side, but now I don t have time to work on my own vehicles, Velocity Motorworks is the only place I trust to work on my truck. Brandon doesn t just throw parts at it his shop takes the time to diagnose the real problem and fix it right the first time!

Always so pleasant and easy to work with. Very thorough in detail with your car. You don't get the car back and till everything is fixed correctly. I would highly recommend these people to anybody!
