These people are the worst!!!!! I left my kid's go-kart. I specifically told them not to touch it until they gave me an estimate since they were already charging me an $80 deposit. They never called me to give me any updates, and when I called, they acted like it was too much to give me an update. Three days later, I get a text with a $400 bill telling me that the go-kart was ready looking at the brake down they onlyspend 30 dollars on parts. When I asked why they fixed it and never gave me a quote, they told me that these are Chinese go-karts and that they can't tell me how much it's going to be. Then they wanted me to pay them right away and told me that in five days, they were going to charge me storage for it. They harassed me for two days, demanding payment. I asked for a discount or help, and they didn't care a bit. Finally, I got it, and the same day, the go-kart broke down. Please take your business somewhere else. Don't deal with these people stealing from others just because their business is slow.

My guy really helped me out after I was robbed of my parts from a side shop. he fixed everything was scared bc what had happened before and the reviews on google aren t the best but Mr.Ruiz is a great dude and he has a loyal customer in me will be back for oil change and upgrades if you want to ask me bout my experience hmu on IG @ty_poppy Thank you

Very respectful and friendly service.Had carburetor I needed and even tested my petcock for free.He has parts and service for any type of atv,moped, motorcycle or dirt bike.Even my kymco agility 125Recommended 150%.

Great place! I used them a year ago when I moved back to Raleigh. They are the real deal! I was sold a lemon and had a faulty throttle cable. They fixed it. They even communicated with me effectively and promptly. I m thinking about buying a moped from them. Keep it up!

I called and called and called because Google said they were open. They were open. But no one was there for hours. Guy finally showed up. He s selling items at 3X the cost. I ordered a bike for $1500. And he charges $3500 for the exact same bike. Not sure how he is still in business.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I went to this establishment but I hope no one else will make the same mistake. I have noticed from other reviews this establishment doesn't believe in ensuring the customer is happy nor do they own up to their mistakes. For every negative feedback this establishment blamed the customer instead if trying to improve their customer service.If anyone believe that this establishment does good work then you definitely do not understand customer service. Taking advantage of people and overcharging for work that was not requested or probably not even needed is not good customer serviceI am sure you will come back with a negative response as you have done to many of your other customers.Before going to this establishment please make sure you tell them to provide details of the work and cost before starting the work. In any establishment for any repair the cost and work is informed to the customer before starting work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Labor is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I bought a new bike from here, best price in town, and he threw in a free carburetor upgrade when the bike didn't idle quite right. He works fast too. All services I needed were done dame day.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTIST. Charged me $400 over the correct value for a moped repair, and claimed it was a math error. Claimed to replace my throttle cable for $80, but he just taped the broken one which broke and I had to replace myself (these only cost $30). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREReply to his comment: why then was I charged $80 +labor for a throttle cable if you did not replace it?

I bought a new bike from this store and in less than a year old the amount of money I had to put into this bike, I would have been better served buying another new bike.I had kit installed for better performance. The kit would have worked if it was properly installed. I brought the bike back because the RPM's was way out of wack which was only going kill the bike. At a full stop the bike RPM would be over 6000 RPM. Mr Ramiro would say it was idling too high. I then took the bike to another shop because I was getting no where with Mr Ramiro. It ended up costing me $1,100 to get the working properly. Not a good shop for repairs

Great bikes with great prices ! Awesome guy (Mr.Ruiz) ! But the most important thing is the service that comes after you buy the bike. Mr Ruiz fixed my scooter and charged me half what all other repair shops asked for (trust me i looked everywhere). I had an accident which messed up my scooter pretty bad (triple tree, massive body damage, front rim bent, etc..) mrRuiz fixed it the second day! Literally 24 hours later I couldn t recognize the scooter, he changed the plastic body parts and painted it basically for free.Ps: be sure to use google maps not apple maps, it takes you somewhere else

The owner Ramiro has been the best help I could ever ask for. He is honest and thorough with his work, and is quick too! I love how he takes videos of what he does to my bike, and is helpful in giving me tips on how to better take care of it. He is very knowledgeable, and I recommend him 100%!

If you looking for scooter repairs you or buying a scooter should be 'warned' don't go here, this is the highest man in town, and his work is not that good! I promise you you will have to return just to keep getting the same thing fixed over and over,at higher prices! A straight rip off!

This guy is not a master.mechanic and has totally messed up the wiring in my honda ruckus after trying to upgrade it. I have written the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting a response. Not only did i have to get.my scooter towed twice for it shutting off he let me leave the shop after payment with a losse oil plug. And he has blocked my calls and has not.made any attempt to call.or correct his negligence. I will never go back there. I would not recommend yo anyone to have their scooter serviced or upgrqded there ever. I am looking an 800$ service estimate.from anothet scooter shop to fix his problems. He didnt even give me a receipt for the work. And he claims to be godly and serving our Lord Jesus Christ. Hes uses old parts and second hand cheap unreliable parts to try and make the scooter services work in his benefit.

Took my scooter in after a 45 dollar pick up fee, ended up paying him 200 dollars to tell me my spark plug was loose....Turns out, he's one of "those" guys. He disconnected my horn....So, I called him up, told him about the horn, and he had 4 responses I feel like he uses everyday, including classics like, "I didn't touch that part", "why would i fix something I didn't even touch", and "I don't operate like that" after asking why my horn does not work ONCE.He claims he goes to church "like everyday", but if you want your scooter to go back to the shop for something "he didn't do", than by all means pay this guy stupid money so he can replace parts he didn't ask you to be replaced. Yea?I took a look under the hood (seat) and found incredibly ghetto work done with placement of wires, fuel filter I wasn't asked to replace, but, now has no clamps holding it in place, etc etc...Thanks for wasting my time, and hopefully, you don't waste yours.

Went to get a battery, an inner tube and a tire replacement for a 10 year old razor scooter and he charged me more than a brand new Razor scooter. I feel like he ripped me off Before bringing your bike there ask for their labor fee.

Cleaned and synced my motorcycle carbs for a fair price with a very quick turnaround. I had questions the next day and they were helpful and eager to help! Good service, friendly people!

A friend went in to pick a belt up yesterday $60, when changing the belt found out the rollers needed to be replaced also. Went to another scooter store. Rollers were $18.99 and the same belt was only $26.99. What a rip off. In response to owners response below. EXACT SAME GATES BELT WITH PART NUMBER THE SAME. So same quality your mark up is ridiculous.

Unique motor sports is hands down the best shop in town the owner has always been super nice and fair any time I ever went in. The problem with a lot of these bad reviews they go in there with a set pay price and get mad when it s not met and that s coming from a frequent paying customer. The worst thing that I have visited, I bought a motorcycle for 1000, he gave me a one-year warranty and after 15 days the engine was damaged and I invested more than 1000 dollars more, this man is ungrateful with the price of labor as he charges 80 per hour. The labor is more expensive than the spare parts, if that motorcycle was in good condition, it had not invested so much money, the truth is, this man with a dirty face has seen me the worst thing that ise was to go buy a motorcycle ai

I've visited this place for the first time back in 17 and the owner let me buy this yellow scooter I was so thrilled back then too because of this I was able to save up a ton of money, actually learn the rules of the road and save up for a car, this man and his business is awesome, he is patient and willing to work with all types of people, Even now I haven't forgotten the owner 10/10 for anyone that's starting out whether it's in the bike world or just driving in general

This guy is really a scammer and claims to be a Christian, very expensive labor, tires triple the value, to change a tire it took a week , I do not recommend it .

I had a horrible experience and will never ever go there again. Feel like I was scam and ended up spending so much money for warranty and delivery. it s very disappointing and I hope he stop doing this to people.

I took my 150cc scooter to get repaired they ve had it over a month and charged me $938 and it broke down 10 mins later. The service is terrible I ll never deal with them again

These Guys adjusted the chain on my new Kawasaki KLX250S enduro, and they did an excellent job and were able to do it right then very inexpensively. If I had taken my bike to kawasaki they would have made me leave it and charged me up the yingyang just to tighten might chain. So stop in give em a try, you won't regret it.

Got a scooter from some other dealer.Nothing but issues.He went through it and with so many issues.I ended getting a new scooter and now I am happy.

Came in with an electric scooter that needed a intertube in tire ,was quoted 45 bucks,then when i went to pickup,price doubled ,saying the 2 bolts to take 8 inch tire off was a challenge, will never sse me again
