Small shop but boy are they busy and very fast. I got new tires on my truck and was in and out, I got a great deal. Friendly staff as well.

I started going to them a few months ago and ever since that first day I been coming back to them regularly. It s to the point where they know me now. They always given great service and always took good care of me. I recommend a few people to them and they all been satisfied with them as well. They have great quality tired new and used. And even if you re on a tight budget they will still work with you. That s why I will keep going to them. I m highly recommend going to them. They are quick. They will get you in an out quick because they are that good. They never let me down. Love all of you guys.

We were on our way home from vacation pulling our camper (on a Saturday). We had a tire completely come off our camper on Interstate 40 in Raleigh. We were able to get to their shop (off Rock Quarry Road) on one tire. The guys there worked tirelessly to fix everything in 100* weather. We were back on the road in about 2 hours. They are awesome, I can t express enough how thankful we are for them!!

Excellent staff!! They did such a great job making me feel welcomed and pricing my tires over the phone without all the hassle of trying to upsell. I was well taking care of, and in and out of there with brand new tires on my way back on the road.

Great shop that got me in and out in a pinch. Had a blow out and they had my specific tire size in used tires. Staff were friendly and quick to get things done. Would go back in another pinch. Forgot to get a pic of the tire they gave me, will update when I take a pic of it. These pics are of my blow out and when they took it off to replace it.

A wonderful experience! They were respectful of my time and I walked away with two new tires saving a huge amount of money.I called that morning and placed an order for 2 tires and they came in the same day. Once I arrived they immediately got to work on my vehicle. I would definitely use them again and again. Quick, efficient and professional.

They helped me when I had a bubble in my tire. The tires were used but like new. They even offered me a sensor for the tire. One of the guys set it up, and I was good to go all at a very reasonable price in an emergency like mine. Professional, courteous service. I recommend them for their exceptional service.

I've been going to tire guys since the 90s back when Frank ran it they have came a very long way and I would encourage anybody who need a tire brand new or used wheel alignment or just total drive diagnostics that's your place five star

I heard bad reviews about Tire Guy and read some of the ones on here. Warned a friend about it and she decided to go. Took and hour to see the tires and another for them to put it on. After getting squared away and a completely different price than what she was quoted we drove away. Hour later the tire comes off...Tire Guy won't fix the issue unless I pay for the tow. Two used tired ended up costing me over $1200 because the bolts weren't tightened. If they guy wasn't so focused on trying to get my number I would probably be writing a better review.

Waited for 3 hours on a 40min to an hour job, all they had to do was put the tires on the rims and took 3 hours

I had a great experience at Tire Guys yesterday. They are a high volume shop, but do a great job keeping things organized and moving right along. I had four tires installed, alignment & brake check and they kept me informed the whole time. Didn't try to upsell me and treated me and everyone else I saw there super fairly. I passed 20 or more similar shops on my way to their shop, just because they have very good online reviews & I will be going to them again for sure. The 3 or 4 mechanics and shop managers I dealt with personally, were very honest and respectful.

Just relocated to NC and needed a tire. I ended up getting 2 used tires since the price was reasonable. Fast in and out service, no long wait, employees are hospitable, very organized and detail oriented. Definitely going to refer this shop to people! I'm returning when in need of tires

They make the customers pay for 'their' own negligence. This is not a very good business practice at all. If you make a mistake, you own that mistake. They have no respect for the majority of their clientele. They just lost a long-standing, faithful, and loyal customer.

I had a good experience today. I called to get pricing on my tires and enlightenment. Decide to have my car towed to shop. Fair prices and they work in a timely manner to have customers in and out. I would recommend Tire Guy.

Friendly staff and fair prices. They got me right in and out with 2 new tires for $179 tax included. I'd recommend coming here if you're in need of some good tires at a good price.

I have been going to the guys for years for all my tire issues. They are fast and organized and always give me a good deal on used tires. There have been several times the guys there have been honest with me about how much life is left on the tires which helped me determine how many to buy. I appreciate guys that have the heart of a teacher rather than just a salesman.

Customer Service, both over the phone and in person, was grand! By the time I walked to the bank(New Bern Ave.) and halfway back, the staff was calling to tell me that my car was ready. You have a new and loyal customer Tire Guy!

Absolute horrible team there. There may be 1 or 2 decent honest fair people other than that just a bunch of greasy lies most the time. Each time info it gets worser. I damn near couldn t get the guy to check on a tire he was just leading me to new tires only. Finally he went back there and he comes out with a tire I gave them some months back. Same brand same odd tread and told me the tire will make noise but it s still good. Yes I know it will make noise because I got rid of it for the same reason in good perfect condition. They really were going to sell me my tire back for 95. Then charge me hundreds more for some bends that don t even leak air from the tire. They are super bad business.

Highly recommend these guys! Great company! Just went there last week, we were in and out in no time.They had my daughters truck and mine.Both oversized tires and couple things to take care of on each. If you want things done right go to the Professionals! The Tire Guy!!!

Their services are good but preety expensive. With their used tire price, you will be able to buy a new tire in walmart, Sams club or Costco.

Everyone is angry for some reason and doesn't care about the customer! They make mistakes and charge me for their mistakes! And the warranty is actually is not a warranty! They charge you even if you have problem with tires! Do not recommend it AT ALL!

I asked for a rim for a car and the guy said $70 but then charged me $100 saying his boss didn't agree with the price and charged someone else $125 so he felt $100 was a deal or they could fix the rim for $200. Then it took over 1 hr to give me the used tire plus rim while I watched 3 people get used tires and leave.

This is the place to go!!! ! Great prices, helpful staff, glad my coworker set me up with this place for tires! Also helped jump my car kindly and understanding, was talked to before placing two tires on my car, which means a lot bc I m funny about tires and them matching. And it cost less then what I was quoted! Hey hey hey . Will return and referral

My first time using this place but definitely won't be my last! The guys were patient and thoroughly explained what I needed before doing any work. It was an overall pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.
