There are a bunch of pros that work here. They shoot you straight and make sure that you're informed when it comes to your car. Everything from simple oil changes to major repairs, the guys here will be able to take care of you. I recently got the driveshaft of my car replaced, and they did a great job. Turk, Ron, and Nik always get the job done. Highly recommended.

Ron the owner knows a lot about all high end cars. He is able to repair them at a fraction of what the dealership would charge you. What I like about him the most is if there is a serious job that needs special tools, he will honestly tell you to take it to the dealership. This kind of honesty is almost unheard of in this industry.

They are quick and honest. I have gotten oil changes, state inspections and tire rotations. None of the big stuff. However I highly recommend them as they are inexpensive and reliable.

Not satisfied with their services. For inspection, they just use their OBD 2 reader and no physical inspection nor critically checking the potential sources of problem. They charges 80$ for inspection and should spend more time to critically observe the car to find potential source of problem.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I ve taken 4 different vehicles for service here. I am very impressed with Ron and his team of mechanics. They are fantastic. Very informative and actually show you the problem if you ask. If they can t replicate the problem the mechanic will go on a ride along with you. Went a bit after they opened on Saturday (I'm told this is a good quiet time) - around 9AM. Oil change and inspection, nothing too complex. The price was very reasonable, they had me in and out in under 30 minutes, and they even checked and topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which was mostly empty. They were nice and professional. Ron's Auto is the ultimate destination for car service and repair. He is honest, will not add any additional costs and always has price lower than the market. In my ford taurus the other dealer told me that the transmission was gone and you will have to sell in crap but I went to Ron and he just changed the transmission fluid and it runs great even after 1 year. Overall great customer service, I would have given more than 5 stars.

Ron is so honest and thorough, no place better to take your car! He is trustworthy and will definitely let you know if there is something he can't repair( I own an old Saab). You will not be disappointed in taking your car to him!!!!

The Absolute Best!! Friendly. Honest. Fair prices. Reliable. Timely. And they can do it ALL, from headlights to taillights. We ve had AC, clutch, breaks, oil change and much more taken care of here!If you keep your cars for an extended time, you ll want to get to know them.

I've been taking my Madza to Ron for about 3 yrs and I can't say enough great things about Ron and the guys ! Ron is so honest that I never feel like he will take advantage of a situation. Matter of fact, I know he won't ! I recently moved to Benson, and now I've got an oil leak. No guesses where I'm headed back to....Yes, to see Ron. Thank God for people like him. They do a great job and I highly recommend them.

Ron is the most trustworthy mechanic in the Triangle.I have been taking my vehicles to Ron for over six years. An example of the kind of service Ron provides is the best way to illustrate why you should use Ron too.This morning my rear window stopped working. In fact, the entire window collapsed and came off the track. As I was driving to work, I called Ron on the phone to see when I could swing by and get the window fixed. Ron told me to swing by anytime after 2pm.When I arrived, it was obvious Ron and his three employees were swamped. Rather than telling me he was too busy to help, Ron squeezed me in. After a brief wait, Ron personally worked on my vehicle for over thirty minutes.Covered in blood and sweat, Ron told me not to worry about paying him (he felt bad that I had waited 15 minutes before he could help me). I literally had to insist that Ron let me pay him.

Ron at State Auto is no nonsense one of the best and honest you would ever find in RTP area. I am usually in and out of his garage as he can diagnose and fix issues within no time. I wish more people are honest like him

They're very straightforward and trust worthy. We've had them work on our RAV4 and Chevy Silverado and they did a great job with both. Be careful and don't go next door to KNG, I accidentally walked into the wrong store. I would suggest them for regular oil changes, state inspections, and other maintenance.

Ron has done a few repairs for me and I couldn't be happier. He's honest, repairing only what is needed to fix your problem, unlike the dealership, he's there to fix your car not trying to sell you a new one. Great mechanic great person!

Fantastic experience with these guys, they work and talk to you like professionals. I had a issue come up randomly on a Saturday and no other shop could get it looked at and fixed that day except for them. I ve found the new auto shop I ll keep coming back to and will recommend to anyone without hesitations.

Ron has always been honest, fair, and professional. We have brought several cars (ranging from 1969 VW Bug to modern day Durango, Chevy, and Fiat) to him for various repair needs and appreciate his work.

Honest / Professional / ResponsibleThis shop does not try to sell me unnecessary repairs that don't fix the problem, everything they've done has been done right, and when a part they installed was defective they replaced it free of charge despite several hours of additional labor through no fault of their own. I highly recommend this mechanic.Other auto shops I've been to would recommend the quickest repair with the lowest risk of anything going wrong. If that didn't fix the problem then they would recommend something else they could "try" that might fix the issue and often I was paying for two or three tries in addition to the repair that was actually needed.This is the first shop I've been to that doesn't charge me to diagnose the problem, even if it costs them something, and that guarantees their repair will solve my problem.They even guaranteed me ahead of time that if replacing my rack and pinion didn't fix the vibration in my steering that there would be no charge, even though they were not 100% sure it was causing the issue and it was an expensive repair to take a risk on.It's refreshing to find such a great mechanic with experienced and long time employees that all value a job well done and customer relationships above sales.

I came from greenville to buy a car for my son that Ron was selling for someone else. You get from his mannerism he is a straight up honest type guy. The engine light came on after buying the car. He told me to bring the car back and took care of it with me paying for the part. Good deal considering I already bought and signed the title, he could have just said it was my problem since bought as is. I don't live in area, but if I did he is one I would go to. Thanks Ron!

Went by on a Monday to ask questions and to explain what was going on with my 2004 BMW 325xi. The gauges in the dashboard was not working, Ron the owner stated just bring the car and they will take a look at it and he also stated the most that the cost would be. I was excited that i took the car back that evening and drop the key in the drop box. He called me the following morning around 11am stating my car was ready for pick up. They were thorough and reasonably priced. I am now in the process of taking my other BMW to them today...

These guys helped me with an obscure problem with my truck that other shops refused to work on. They were kind, and quick while doing it. They could have charged a lot more than they did for the job, but were more than fair. Cant recommend them enough!

They helped in my worst months ever. I needed to be able to charge my phone in the car for work and they fixed the power outlet in no time and they were fair and human unlike big box places. I would do business with them again.
