Arrived with motorhome for a NC State Inspection and was immediately greeted. Technician drove vehicle into bay and started the inspection process. Within 30 minutes I was on the way home. Great service!

If you wanna lose your head do the tires here, you will lose your wheels guaranteed!!!!After 3 weeks 2 wheels felt off with brand new tires, all other lug nuts loose! Ignorant imbeciles here!!!

I had a low tire warning on my truck on my way to the coast and found Snider Fleet Solution nearby. I showed up with no appointment and they took my truck back right away. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable. Greg, the service manager, found me a matching tire in town and went and picked it up and had me back on the road in about an hour. I couldn't be happier with the fast, friendly service I received at Snider.

They installed 4 new tires on crew truck, and I drove approximately 25 miles and right rear was flat. It was leaking at valve stem where stem comes through rim, will never take anything there in the future.

I took my semi truck for a wheel alignment because it was pulling to the left, after they said what the problem was, still pulling to the left, they didn t perform the work they promised, this is a place where is easy to get ripped off. Bad place for business!

I recently picked up something in my back tire on the beltline and called snider to help me out. 20 minutes later Raymond showed up and was able to save my tire when he easily could have sold me a new tire. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

Our church uses Snider Fleet Solutions for tire and other work on our larger vehicles. My most recent transaction with Snider went smoothly just like my previous ones. The sales rep and mechanic were helpful and knowledgable regarding the particular issue we were having with our motor coach. They can service your vehicle no matter how big or small the repair.

Called Monday and Spoke with a Woman about getting a boot on my tire that has a nail in it. She was very nice and gave me a quote of $34.80. I asked her if I would be able to bring it in either Monday or Tuesday and she said that would be fine and she would be happy to help. She said tires were taken on a first come first serve basis. I brought the vehicle in at 8 am Tuesday morning and asked for them to remove the nail in my tire and plug it from the inside with a boot. I left it there and said to call me when it was completed. I called at 11:30 am and asked if they had a chance to look it at, they said they were very busy and had not had the chance. I asked when he thought it might be done he said around lunch. He said he would look up some prices on tires for me. I did not ask for a new tire mine only has 14,000 miles on it. I reminded him that is not what we had talked about. Called back at 1:30 and spoke with Evan for the second time who found humor in the fact that they had not even looked at my car yet. I told them don't bother I would be back to get my car. When I arrived all bays were empty and there was no customers waiting on vehicles. It was clear they did not want to work on my vehicle. If they did not want my service they could have just said that from the start. Its really sad when you come in from a Company whose fleet brings them a lot of business on a regular basis.

I initially gave them 1 star but since this post here's what happened:I went to speak to the store manager and the shop manager. Both of them were very helpful. The shop.manager gave me a tour of the facility and incite on how they carry out inspections. The guy that works the counter didn't type the mechanics notes fully. So that led to the misunderstanding. But everything was resolved!Initial Review Below:I will not use snyder ever again! They told me my s-cams were bad when they never took the tires off to physically inspect them. Then charged me $200+ for a failed inspection. I overheard the manager complaining when I first arrived because I was a few minutes late for the appointment. I will take all of my company's equipment to Blacks Tires in the future!

A three hour job. Took 5 hours and they charge me 800 dollars for a PM. When Speedco only charge 450.00. I will never be back and advise no one else too. Definitely a rip off!!! Then went to leave now I have a check engine light on and system was never primed!

Had a problem with my RV Tire losing air. Got right in and they found it now and repaired it on the spot. Very impressed.

DJ (David) is fast, efficient and friendly. He is an asset to this company and I wouldnt hesitate to use you again if I knew he would be fixing my problem. Road calls will always be expensive but at least I got what I paid for, problem solved super fast.. Thanks David.

Won't cover ac warranty due to compressor ran low on refrigerant, but never suggested during 110 dollar diagnostic that a compressor was a necessity.only received notice once work order was typed up.clever way to not have to include a warranty! Compressor new is 150. Service came up to over a thousand. Spend all that money for partial job. I'm done.

I just experienced 5 star service!!! I would recommend SNIDER to as many people as I can. Had a flat tire on my van, so I couldn t drive it to the shop. And no spare tire. Rayland(I hope I spelled that correctly) showed high satisfactory customer service. He came and got the work done quickly. I can tell he is a hard worker. Give this guy a raise! Affordable! Thank you Snider and Rayland!!

Customer service is terrible..I called 4 times to get a quote on getting a A/C compressor put in and was told that they would get back with me and never did. I'm literally starting to think that a lot of business is down south do not cater to blacks which is really sad. I literally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is not of a Caucasian race.

Got to the store at 7:30 and First in line for 4 tires and oil change and 3 hours later I am still here. I will never come back again. I should have been told it was going to take this long up front and I would have left my truck and come back at 5 and picked it up.This is not good customer service at all and how they have stayed in business this long is beyond me

6 trucks in line when I arrive at 10:45am . Could not even find someone to talk to about a tire.Very slow service. Be prepared to sit for 3-6 hours. I left....
