Paul Pack is the best mechanice at Snappy Lube. Respect and praise him as an elder, as the head of the household. Glad to have been serviced by him. Best luck!

These guys know what they re doing. I tried a competitor and ended up leaking oil from a defective filter. Here they knew exactly how the others messed up. I ve used snappy lube for years and highly recommend

Gentlemen there were all very helpful. I got an inspection for 2 cars done. We were in and out in less than an hour on a Saturday. They gave information on reputable used tire shops and estimated life for repairs needed. I'm very appreciative of mechanic's that explain what's going on with your car.

I have been coming here for many years and only today felt the need to comment. In all honesty, most of the people who have worked here in the past weren't very friendly. Today I met Paul (HEY, PAUL! if anyone gets that reference, XD) who was very cordial and we even struck up a conversation. In addition, he and the team were quick and efficient, and I was out within a half hour. Thank you!!Service: Oil change

Had my car inspected here in January and I forgot to get it registered so the inspection expired and needed to get another inspection. I came back in May and they failed me for my tint being too dark, even though I had just bought the car from a dealership the year before, and the inspection passed fine in January. I let the man know and he was so rude about it. I thought it was strange so I took it to another shop and they said the tint was perfectly fine and passed my car. I'm so frustrated about the ordeal, but definitely be careful about going here because their standards/machines/techs are not consistent or professional.

I took my car here today for an oil change and had a great experience. Even though it was a little busy, they got me in and out as quickly as possible. The waiting area was nice, and everyone was courteous and respectful. Would definitely come back again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Inspection. They failed my car for inspection because there was moisture in my head lamps and my brakes went to fare to the floor. I carried over to a reputable car dealer and first of all they said nothing was wrong with the brakes and he said the head lights laminated and it was okay however he did say it would probably behoove me to have them restored our replaced but still did say they should not of failed it because of them. I will never bring another vehicle for them to touch.

Recently went to this snappy Lube location and had a very nice and respectful young man, I think his name was Quentin (spl?) help me and got my oil changed fast as I was on my lunch break and needed it done in a hurry. They all knew what they were doing and when they showed me my air filter and suggested I needed it changed I didn t argue. Very nice group of guys working at this location, I will certainly be back!!Service: Oil change

I have been going here for years. I recently posted a negative review after my skid plate was removed for my oil change and not put back on right. It came off and did damage. I spent over $200 getting it fixed. I stopped by Snappy Lube with my bill. Quinton, the manager called the regional manager. After some back and forth it was determined that my skid plate should never have been removed for my oil change and they offered to refund the full amount. About a week later, I received a check in the mail. No one s perfect and I understand mistakes happen. I truly appreciate them reimbursing me.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately, in my opinion, recently Snappy Lube hasnt been providing a high level of service. In years past I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The last 3 times I've been to Snappy Lube they are still friendly, but it has taken over an hour to complete my service (oil change, tire rotation... and an inspection this time). That isn't time waiting behind other customers, that's the length of time from when my vehicle was brought into the bay. The facility seems to be aging, and could stand for the owners to invest in upgrading equipment and keeping the facilities cleaner.

I had a terrible experience here when getting my yearly inspection. They failed my inspection saying that I was missing my catalytic converter. Which was very much still in my car. Turns out they didn t actually know where to look for it in my car and instead of looking it up, they failed the inspection. When prompted they said they would not reconsider the inspection. I went somewhere else and wow I suddenly had my catalytic converter back. Would not recommend. Never going there again.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Previously, I wrote a very positive review. I've been going to Snappy Lube for years. Recently it seems like they always tell me I need something more when I get my oil changed. It's annoying, but not all that unexpected. On Monday, March 28 I went to get an oil change. As I was paying the technician said "Your car was really annoying." I laughed and said "I'm sorry it was annoying. What happened?" He explained that my "skid plate was almost impossible to get off and to put back on." Fast forward to the weekend and I'm driving down 540. I start hearing noises. You guessed it, my skid plate was loose. When I stopped, I could see that the skid plate was barely connected and it had been wedged up under a piece of plastic that's kind of like a mud flap that is in front of my tire. The piece was so bent, it was rubbing on my brand new tire and scraping along the pavement. I had to cut that mangled piece off and reconnect my skid plate using tons of zip ties.If I can get a response from customer service about reimbursing me for the repairs that need to be made, I might consider increasing the stars on this review, but I don't I will ever return as a customer.

The mechanics were quick and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Waiting area is fine. Nothing extravagant, it is a place to get your car inspected and oil changed not a luxury department store.

Coming from a former mechanic, these guys truly know their stuff about cars. They are fast, friendly, and genuinely care about the condition of your vehicle. They won t try to sell you something that you don t need and they will even let you know about things that they can t sell you. Been coming here for years and will continue to come here as long as they keep providing the same high-quality service. I highly recommend Snappy Lube.

We will never bring our vehicles here again. This location is convenient as it s 3 miles from our house, which is why we went here especially having 2 small children. Of course while I was there they said there were 3 things wrong with my 9 month old vehicle, which I declined. The oil was changed on our vehicle and within 2 weeks oil had begun leaking. There was also a piece of the undercarriage hanging down below where the oil filter sits. We took the vehicle to the dealership and they said 2 bolts had been broken off, they didn t put the oil filter on tight enough, and didn t reattach the undercarriage properly due to the broken bolts. The diaper had to be replaced which cost $100. Needless to say- do not go here for an oil change unless you re willing to risk something not being done right and having to resolve and fix it later.

They refused to accept a coupon offer from the website because I didn't have a printed copy. Very frustrating.

Courteous and punctual staff. This is a hidden gem of a business. Convenient location and comfortable indoor waiting. Always get inspections done here. Great attached car wash too.

Based on mileage, I thought I was due for an oil change. The guys here checked and told me my oil life was good and I could go another 1000 miles before checking again. I appreciated their honesty and desire to provide the best service, even if it meant postponing my business. In so doing, they earned my gratitude and I will definitely be back when my car is ready for the change. Thanks to Alex and his teammates for the good customer service.

I was told it would be about 15 minutes to change my oil. 30 mins later I see them working to cover up something they did. When I went to ask about it they said they were just putting back the engine cover! 30 minutes after that the so called manger came to tell me they had a problem getting of the oil filter and the last place that changed the oil put it on to tight. Once I pulled out the last receipt to show him that it was them that changed it, he got on the defensive and denied it. He went on to tell me he tried to clean up all the mess they had caused by spraying brake fluid all over the engine cover and engine. I looked under the car and had oil and brake fluid coming out of the front fenders and every nook and crevice.Service: Oil change

I was warned before my first time here. But I chose to ignore that warning. Went in for an inspection. With 100% perfect, outstanding best wipers I ve ever had on a car. I forgot to specifically say the wipers are fine. I go across the street to eat and sure enough, five minutes later, the call, your car needs new wipers or we can t pass it. Held hostage. I had no choice but to give in after they refused twice to leave the perfect ones on. I blame myself for falling prey to these tactics. Don t do what I did. Take your car someplace else. To the owners, you may think you can endlessly use tactics like this to screw the people who are bringing you business. I for one will never return. And to the readers I suggest you do the same.

Came here for an NC vehicle inspection. The location is great and there is a good number of restaurants in walking distance. The inspection was quick (done during lunch hour) and I wasn't pressured into buying anything. The techs were knowledgeable and polite.

Was told no floor mats when they get I'm the car. Had to get inspection someplace else. Don't understand that one. Why would I want a guy putting feet on matt I. Car?

They're nice but their rates are terrible. They didn't consult with me regarding rates or options, simply worked on my car then charged me $80 for an oil change. Nothing else, no air filter changes, tire rotation, nothing but an oil change. I could have gotten new air filters, a tire rotation AND the oil change for $60 at my dealership. I will NOT be returning! They overcharge like no other and don't tell you the price until it's too late and they've completed the service!

My wife and I had a bad experience on two separate occassions at this location. The first time, I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed the oil change to the best of my knowledge, but for some reason were unable to remove the tires to complete the rotation. I took it to the place I purchased the tires and they did it with no issues. I pretty much dismissed this as odd and didn't think much of it until my wife had another poor experience last week. She took her car in for an oil change and inspection. Again no issues with the oil change that we know of, but they were unable to get their computer to talk to her CRV. They attempted to blame it on a bad battery on a fairly new car. They claimed it died and caused an issue with her computer. This was pretty odd because there were no alarms prior to this. To make matters worse they attempted to charge her for an inspection failure even though it was clearly an error with their computer or the person operating it. We know this because we took it to another mechanic who had no issues and even verified the battery was in good condition. These two instances are the only times we have dealt with this business. I am pretty certain that there is a lot of incompetence among the employees. I would definitely not recommend taking any business there, and it is a shame because they do have a great location.

Have been going here for the past 7 years for inspections and oil changes. Always great, honest service. One time, for inspection, I needed a plate bulb replaced (they did not have in stock) and one of the guys actually went out of his way to go find me one so they could replace that day (so I could pass inspection), and even though he spent his own time, I was only charged for the cost of the bulb. Seriously, these guys are so nice. They are also in same plaza as Goodberrys and other restaurants, so if you hit them during a busy time, you can just walk over and eat something while you wait :)

It can be hard to find good mechanics that you trust with your vehicle. They do cost more than some other shops, but it is well worth it for their honesty and attention to detail. They will even squeeze you in when you don't have an appointment and offer discounts regularly.

The turtle in their logo is more accurate than the snappy part of their name. Told me to wait 20min for inspection, sat there 30 minutes, another car pulls up and they service them and tell me to wait another 40 to 50 minutes. He saw me get out of the car from where I was parked (directly next to them) and never told me to get in line (there wasn't a line and didn't want to block in the bays)Generally a poor operation, they should have a service writer if their employees can't manage customers.
