10/10 highly recommend this place! They re all so kind and will work with you for whatever you are trying to get. The customer service was A1, big shout out to Ben. If you go ask for Ben and tell him i sent you . I almost didn t have a ride to come and pick my car up and he was willing to come to me. Excellent peoples over at Sign and Drive. Come get your next vehicle here TODAY!

Just bought me a car from them They were awesome.. Help me with all my questions, they were patient with me just as much as I was with them. Very helpful and understanding and by all means do everything they can to leave you happy and satisfied. You will drive out with a car for sure. I recommend them to anyone with good or bad credit cause my credit is most definitely not good at all. Thanks sign and drive will send people your way soon..

All I know Mr Ben was truly a blessing for me as I was taking my journey on buying a car Everyone has problems life happens if you find anyone to give you a second chance it's a blessing my credit isn't good at all but I'm driving off the lot today come out and see what God has for you there are angles in the world Thanks Mr Ben and Sign and drive

I'm writing this because I want to warn everybody of this place. They will rip you off. They sold my 80 year old father in law a car, the motor blew before the first payment was due. After many days of trying to get them to fix the problem, they finally did and didn't have anymore problems until he paid the vehicle off. They never sent the title to dmv. My 80 year old father in law had to call the police to the office just so he could get a release of the title. These folks are crooks.. And Ben will lie straight to your face..do not go here not unless you're desperate.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger from these guys and I can honestly it was a great experience. Ben and Nate were honest and very helpful. The truck had no radio and Ben included one at no extra charge!I d highly recommend you consider stopping by when purchasing your next vehicle!

I got two cars from this place and I had a great experience both times.Ben was very helpful and friendly. When I went for my second car, they didn't have what I was looking for, I told Ben what kind of car I wanted and within 3 days he got me the car I been looking for. Great customer service! I highly recommend this place!

I bought my Son s very 1st car here. He absolutely loves it. Nothing was sugar coated and and the small little issues i pointed out was fixed as promised. If you need a good clean reliable car go see Affries. He is your guy.

SHADY, SHADY, CAR LOT!!! I was lied to by Mr Avery from the beginning. I was told they would finance me on the lot. I was also told that he would give me the car for the on the lot price. I explained to him I couldn't afford the high finance charges, and so I wouldn't take my money elsewhere he lied to me. The car had over 200*** miles on it to begin with so I definitely wasn't gonna pay more than the price on the sticker because it wasn't worth it. The car had many mechanical issues from the jump that they promised to fix. A year later and it's still not fixed. I see a few good reviews so maybe they treat some different than others, but my experience was initially good and soon became terrible. 3 months in they put me through a finance company and didn't even bother to call and let me know. SMH...Very unprofessional if you ask me.

I came in Friday and found a Toyota Tundra i could afford. I paid cash and traded in my old beater truck.No hassles. Pretty smooth process.The vehicle pricing at Sign and Drive is very competitive. I'd definately recommend them if you are shopping for a used vehicle.Sidenote- the customer service at this small dealership exceeded that of 5 other dealerships i had dealt with that same day.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!I provided a down payment on a car from Rev. Shawn in March, I was aware the car needed repairs, so I was willing to wait.....well my wait turned into 1-1/2 to 2 months. I was using someone else's car, and at that moment he needed his car back. Nobody ever answers the phone, so I drove up there and informed them I need my vehicle. "Oh we're so sorry the mechanic has been sick" ok so I still have to wait and I need a vehicle, so they offered to give me a loaner car. They loaned me a 2013 Charger for about 2 months, (now it has been 4 months) I had to out brakes and tires on front and back plus oil change, and yes I had to cause I had nothing to drive and everytime I called I didn't get an answer. So I saved receipts, got a call my car was ready I informed Rev. Shawn about theses receipts and asked him if I would get reimbursed he stated " we take car of our customers " whatever that means but I took it as I would get compensated. After all this was a loaner car that I wasn't responsible for. So I go to pick up my vehicle finally with my daughter, Benny was so angry that I bought the receipts he gave me all my money back after 4 months of waiting on them and the end result I'm stranded on the lot with nothing and i have my child. Oh yea not to mention the guy the charger belongs to didn't even know I had it, he reported it stolen 2 months ago. I had to miss 2 says of work and find a ride home. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY'RE CON ARTISTS.

Proliflix lyiers. By far the worst dealership I've ever been to in the 63 years of my life. Mr. Benjamin will smile in your face and sell you a lemon like he did me. Problems with the 2010 Dodge Journey, refurbished batteries, runs hot, no air conditioning, no horn, brake lights dont work, horn wint won't blow, brake caliber totally worn out to the point the mechanic could not put the brake pads on. He tricked me into bringing the car back for repairs and took the jey after I paid $2000 down. He and his homies blocked the door to keep me from leaving. I didnt push them because I didn't want to be charged with assualt. Don't buy a car from this guy. Run him out of business back to Ethiopia. Scum of the earth.

Buyer beware, they use the classic bait and switch technique. If it s not illegal (and I m pretty sure it is), it s definitely dishonest.They ll have a popular vehicle advertised on their website, you can call to confirm it s there and they ll tell you it is. Once you get there, they say the car is sold and try to switch you to another vehicle on the lot. My friend went in to purchase one car, which they had confirmed was there an hour earlier, but when he arrived, they told him it was sold. Myself and another friend called 5 minutes after and asked about the exact same car. They told us both it was on the lot right now and available.If they re this dishonest trying to get you onto the lot, imagine the dishonest and shady tactics they d use in a contract for whichever car they try to sell you. You re better off going to a large, established dealership if possible, as I imagine most used car lots are shady like this one. Don t be afraid to walk away if they try to take advantage of you like this.

If you need a good used car, this is the place to go. My daughter has no credit. They worked it out. Shoot out to Nate and Ben who made it happen with kindness and compassion.

Bad experience Were supposed to seen a vehicle at certain time. but when we got there , this guy's just said that the car has been sold.I could have saved my trip and time which was during my lunch break , by just sending me a message and let me know.

Sadly the car turned to a lemon with a lot of problems as soon as i got it. Grateful they got me into a car with my bad credit but that is the only good thing to come out of the situation.

This is the ultimate place to go for a car.very very professional,small dealership with a big heart.I special ordered a used 2014 Range Rover.It came just as they had promised.Im very Happy and satisfied.
