Terrible customer service experience with Ralin. Would never ever recommend the shop to a friend.I went to his shop because people from Murray's recommended him, but Ralin was so rude and would yell at me in front of other customers. We got off the wrong foot because I received two quotes from him on the same car, and he acted like I was trying to scam him of free quotes. I tried to explain what happened, but he wouldn't trust me. Like I really only went because people from Murray's recommended him...Additionally, he was sketchy about the cost as upon asking for additional details from the invoice quote he gave me, he said "Trust me or go find another place." I believe he was fed up of all the questions I had about the car, and how we got off the wrong foot; but that is no way to treat someone who is being polite and just worried about money.The cost he gave me did seem good so I went ahead with it and had the car fixed. The job was well done, but damn I will never go back.

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!Mr. Ralin Henery did a amazing repair on my 2007 Nissan Altima. He took very extra care of my car and repaired it in a timely manner. I'm forever thankful for his service an amazing customer service.

Good service and quick. Very honest and educated his customer as he made the necessary repairs. I chose this shop after MJ Nissan Collision Center held my car for 1 month and hadn't even estimated it yet! He ordered the parts and got to work quickly and had our car back to us in less than a month! Only advice I have is to not force credit card processing fees on customers. It was a big inconvenience to get large sum of cash out the bank on a federal holiday.

I call to get an estimate on auto parts to be painted, the person who answered the phone,practically shouted at me asking me for what kind of car while I was still talking and giving him the information, very unprofessional, think twice before going to this place, with that kind of attitude, that tells me that they don t care

Ralin is an amazing! His work is perfect. He's totally honest and will help you in any way. I've had three different cars over the last decade I've had him fix. I will always go to Ralin for my auto body repair needs!

" A Wise Man Will Change, A Fool Will Never Change....""Also expect to wait for him at least 30min any time you go to his shop bc he is not there when he says he will be or during the hours he has listed...""Ralin wasted my time. His communication skills are very poor, the first three weeks my car was there I was calling him to get updates on my car. He was very blunt and straight to the point and I can appreciate that trait. But he was ignorant. I told him from the beginning what I wanted done; when he gave me my quote it was with an excessive about of work that we never talked about...I ended up wasting a whole month with my car not even being touched.""This place is absolutely horrible. I had called on Monday to make an appointment for Friday and spoke with Ralin who was rude, inconsiderate, a liar, and lazy...""Very rude, no patience, poor response, no courtesy whatsoever...""All in all, I don't trust this body shop to do anything at this point, let alone appropriately repair my car. I sincerely wish I had taken it elsewhere..."" This was the rudest person I have ever met to try and do business with. He claimed he could not see the vandalism on my vehicle and didn't want anyone on his staff to try and help him see the scratches therefore he said he could not help me. Not recommended...""I dont know who the old man was(i believe he's the owner) but he is definitely the rudest and most disrespectful person i've ever encountered in my life..."I write this with trepidation, but these comments should have sealed my opinion before I took my truck to this old, CONDESCENDING, ARROGANT, IGNORANT, STUBBORN, and DISREPECTFUL OLD MAN. Being an "ELDER" one would assert that he would a have a level of decoreum and respect. I have dealt with this CANTANKEROUS MAN in the past, and tolerated him, but this MAN assumes that he KNOWS IT ALL, is a bad listerner, and EXTREMELY MOODY. Let me say this, YOUNG, MIDDLE-AGED OR OLD, you disrespect me, you can get this work. I asked this ignorant man about getting my bumper painted for my truck, as I invested a lot of money on repairs. He told me he would do it for cash for $350 with the bumper on or lower. I'm a busy man as professional, and father. He told me to come back later because his help was out, and he would do the job one day this week. He asked if I could drop it off on Wednesday, I told him I had to go out of town, and would do it Thursday. Because I'm busy, I called back and he was not there, as he was getting supplies I assume, the YOUNG MAN was VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL, as I find it odd, that a young person is more respectful than this MAN. I asked him if I could bring my car Tuesday instead of Thursday, and took care to ensure that it was not an issue, and he said SURE. I called the owner to verify the price for clarity, and he had an attitude, and was short. He changes the price, and says that he thought I had the bumper off, why in HELL would I take the bumper off? I asked this MAN to give me a price, he said he would call me back, as he appeared to have an ATTITUDE. I call back, the young man answers the phone, and goes to the paint booth to give my request, the OLD CANTANKEROUS MAN tells the YOUNG MAN WHICH WAS VERY CONDESCENDING TO PICK UP HIS KEY! Shocked, and Angry, I guess this fool thought I wanted a NEGROE HOOK-UP, but I didn't, as a CONSUMER YOU SHOP AROUND for FAIR DEALS, I WANTED TO CEMENT THE DEAL SO I COULD PLAN. As a Black Man, I strive to SUPPORT GOOD BUISNESS, but more importantly Black Owned Buisnesses. But this fool, got me confused, I will NEVER SUPPORT OR ADVISE ANYONE TO THIS IGNORANT, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING OLD MAN. I need to you understand this Ralin, my education is SUPERIOR TO YOURS, and the WAY I treat people. Take that BS attitude back to Jamaica, and New York. This is the South, but if you want direct, I will give you DIRECT!And save me the programmed BS about you are sorry and you will reach out. If you don't want to give customers good service, go out of BUISNESS!

Got my entire front bumper replaced by Reliable Collision last summer. You'd never know it's not my original bumper. Other shops wanted to charge double and even triple the price of Mr. Henry. He was honest and made sure the job was completed in a timely manner.This summer, the bumper I had replaced started to come undone some, likely due to the extreme heat we've had here recently. I reached out to Mr. Henry, brought the car in, he ordered a new part, and had it fixed in minutes at no charge.I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Reliable Collision.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a car accident where I rear-ended another car. The front of my car was damaged, inside and out. Like most insurances, they asked me to go ahead and take pictures of the damage of the car and virtually the insurance company did an initial estimate. When Ralin received the vehicle, he knew there was more way more damage than on the original estimate and was able to explain to us how he was planning to submit a supplemental estimate and the following steps. The reason for the 5 stars is because Ralin was on top of it. He was well aware of the nationwide shortage of parts and was quick to contact several suppliers to try to get the parts as efficiently and timely as possible. And he was on top of staying in communication with my insurance company and the rental company. And if my insurance company slacked off, he knew when to contact me to get things expedited. Aside from a long wait due to the delay with the parts and insurance having to verify every little thing, the whole process was smooth and not a headache at all for me. I was able to focus on my other medical needs and not worry about my vehicle because Ralin was doing such a great job. I highly recommend him and will send friends and family to him.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Ralin wasted my time. His communication skills are very poor, the first three weeks my car was there I was calling him to get updates on my car. I told him from the beginning what I wanted done; when he gave me my quote it was with an excessive about of work that we never talked about. The last week was when we started having issues. A week had gone by since we had last spoken and I specifically remembered him telling to give him a day to look for my parts, three days went by and still nothing I called and the young lady told me no parts. Another 4 days past making it a week with still no update. I dropped by to give him some parts and finally got to talk to him. He told me he was having issues sourcing my part and I could understand that my car is old but I went and looked for myself and found it on the first search. All in all don t recommend this. I ended up wasting a whole month with my car not even being touched.

The owner Ralin Henry is the nicest auto repair guy you would ever meet. He is honest and right to the point. They matched the color of my repair perfectly. There was a very minor run with the clear coat on one spot and he took care of it in no time. His shop looks small. You can only see 2 roll-up garage doors up front. However, it is huge inside. He can take in a dozen cars easily. I highly recommend Reliable Collision & Painting for any auto body work.

Mr. Ralin Henry is the most honest and trustworthy man in the business. He is our go to auto repair shop for our entire fleet of vehicles. His excellent personal character is only matched by the quality of his service and honest pricing. This is the second time in three years I've sustained parking lot damage to my vehicle. I stopped by today and not only was I remembered as a previous customer, I was helped immediately with the touch up my rear door needed. You will not regret having your car repaired nor will you find any better customer service anywhere! I highly recommend Reliable Collision to anyone who needs service or repairs. I had my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder recently repaired at Reliable Collision & Painting following a car accident. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service I received and the quality of the repair. To begin with, Ralin Henry had my truck repaired by the date he promised. Furthermore, he graciously picked me up from my house after the snow storm and brought me to his shop so I could pick up my vehicle while simultaneously saving me on Uber costs. I must say that I am extremely pleased with my vehicle, and Ralin exceeded my expectations. I've already been raving to my friends about how great my truck looks since he was able to match the color of my vehicle perfectly! In closing, I highly recommend Reliable Collision & Painting to anyone looking for a reliable business to have body work repairs performed on their vehicle at a reasonable price.

Had this guy paint a simple factory trim piece for a Honda bumper and he ruined it. Had a terrible attitude from the beginning. I told him I understood if it was not something he felt like messing with but he assured me he did not mind doing a good job for $150. He told me I could only pay him in cash which was kind of another red flag. He finished painting the piece the next day and was frustrated that I could not come pick it up right then at 5:30 before he closed at 6. Went the following Monday trim piece looked ok. Had slight orange peel and did not match car exactly but figured for $150 it would be decent enough. Installed the piece on the car and drove the car to work twice and the paint is chipping off down to the bare plastic In multiple areas across the entire thing, it s does not seem to have been prepped very well if at all. Took the car to show it to him and he did not want to talk about it or correct the work, instantly got his check book and wrote me a refund (more hassle and waste of my time). Also expect to wait for him at least 30min any time you go to his shop bc he is not there when he says he will be or during the hours he has listed.Service: Painting

This place is absolutely horrible. I had called on Monday to make an appointment for Friday and spoke with Ralin who was rude, inconsiderate, a liar, and lazy. They had confirmed my appointment and I had called Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning to confirm my appointment. My appointment was confirmed on each call. Ralin was completely unprofessional and told me that the mechanic that was supposed to work on my car went home for the weekend. I had taken a half day from work to get some work done on my car and Ralin was unbelievably unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to go to Reliable Collision & Painting. They are everything but Reliable. Absolutely awful place. PLEASE DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR YOUR MONEY. VERY HORRIBLE PLACE!

I had my keys locked in my car and had someone help me get them out. This resulted in my driver side door being slightly ajar, enough for it to rain that it would basically pour in my car. I called Coats auto, which is two doors up, and they referred me to here. It was super quick and easy. My damage was minor to the door with no electrical compromises so all the door needed to be was bent back to close the gap. These two companies work really well with each other so if you re have trouble reaching reliable collisions just call Coats auto.Service: Body & Trim

My car was recently vandalized on a weekend, gave reliable a call and the owner had a tow truck on the way even though they aren't open weekends. took them about 4 days to finish the body work, rear window and tires to get all fixed up. the owner also took care of the insurance claim. I'm very pleased with the outcome and especially the service. Would definitely recommend.

Very rude, no patience, poor response, no courtesy whatsoever.Not having time to even listen to what we say or what we want. I called him and he said he won't give me quote with photos. That made sense and called him next day morning to check his availability. He said that he would be available all day but he wasn't. When i went there, his receptionist who attended me told Mr. Ralin should give the quote by looking at his computer.He arrived after some time and he was asking ME on what needs to be fixed. I took the vehicle to him from a collision center because they said it would cost me high. Expecting him to give me the details on what costs what. Then i would be able to decide on to go with it or not.Even after deciding on what needs to be fixed he said he will give me a quote by End of the day, which i haven't heard back from him.Might be a bad day at work for him, but i don't want to be at the receiving end. I had a very bad customer experience with him over phone and in person. Hence I decided not to go with him, even if his quote is cheaper than the other collision centers.

I've had an absolutely terrible time with Reliable Collision and Painting. I picked up my car on Friday, Sept. 9th. It looked awful. Before paying, we agreed that I would bring my car back on Monday so they could re-paint it as there were deep gouges in the paint on both doors, there was some sort of adhesive coming out from around the button on the door (which the owner admitted should not have even been touched as it wasn't damaged before), and they had completely neglected to touch-up the side mirror. This was noted on the signed invoice.I brought the car back on Monday, and picked it up on Tuesday morning. Although very much improved from the condition it was in the previous week, the side mirror is still not repaired, there is silver paint on black trim pieces (e.g. they neglected to cover them well before re-painting), and in an effort to "remove" the adhesive that was coming out around the keyless entry button on my driver door, there are now deep gouges all around it where it appears to have been dug out. There are imperfections in the paint everywhere you look closely, and there are actually *drips* of paint you can feel on the backside of the drivers side door handle. When I picked up my car last week, I had to actually bring it back after getting a mile down the road because they had neglected to re-connect the power to my door, so none of the locks, windows, etc. were working. All in all, I don't trust this body shop to do anything at this point, let alone appropriately repair my car. I sincerely wish I had taken it elsewhere.

About 6 years ago, Ralin at Reliable Collision came highly recommended to me through a business networking group after an accident. I remembered having such a great experience there the first time, I went back to him again after another accident last August. I don't know how, but after 5 years, he still remembered me when I called him and told him my name. (You don't find that very often these days.) After both accidents, of course, the at fault driver's insurance adjusters want to pay as little as possible and question everything listed on the quote. Ralin explained everything to them until they were satisfied and both times, I knew he would make sure I was taken care of. Not only does Ralin do wonderful work, he makes you feel comfortable with the whole process and I felt like he took care of me like he would his own family. This past time, I had the pleasure of talking with him a little more and got to know him better. He obviously takes his business seriously and cares about his customers, but I learned he also does mission work and does what he can to help less fortunate people and children in other countries. Ralin does fantastic work, but equal to that, he is a very generous, honest and compassionate person, the kind of person you can trust and feel 100% comfortable recommending to the people you care about. I highly recommend Reliable Collision and would never go anywhere else!

Ralin and his guys stayed late on a Friday night to reattach my sideview mirror. I was in a tight spot, with a long roadtrip scheduled the next morning. He refused to take my money, only asking that I write a positive review. I can't express how blessed I feel to have stumbled upon this place. Trustworthy and friendly, and I will certainly bring my business here in the future.

lower price compared to lots of other body shops I've been through. much lower quality compared to pro body shops. you'll get what you pay for. I had my bumper and fender painted and replaced and I got a crack on my windshield as bonusvery poor communication and disrespectful behavior
