Mane raw wheels was cool they helped me pick out the best rims they got started ASAP the manager cee cee was very detailed with your paperwork so I would recommend anybody who want rims in Raleigh NC to come here

Needed new tires for my truck and they had some of nices rims I seen in a while Cecy and her crew hooked me. I highly recommend them and they very down to earth, professional and just cool people to deal with.

Great experience with this business. Purchased from them twice. Both times they made it easy and sacrificed when there were any mishaps. Will be buying from them again when I Get my next vehicle. The manager is top notch!

Purchased my first set of tires and rims on my mustang and today purchased my second set. They really meet quality standards and will always try to give the best options and reasonable deals. Definitely the best aftermarket tire shop in Raleigh if you re looking for top of the line service.

Cecy, fixed what another shop messed up! I ve got an oversized Trailboss on 35s. Other shop said I would have no issues with scrubbing because of the lift kit I put on it. Needless to say, they had no clue what they were talking about. Cecy spent time with me looking at the specs on the truck and came up with the perfect offset for my rig. No scrubbing, looks badass, and Cecy was very personal to her client s needs. Everyone from the front desk, the fella doing the work, all the way up to Cecy were awesome. A+, would commend.

BEST EXPERIENCE...CECE WOW SHE IS THE BEST HER AND THE ENTIRE STAFF.....THEY WILL TAKE THERE TIME WITH U....THEY R NOT QUICK TO TAKE UR MONEY,,,,THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS WELL SATISFIED......I LUV MY NEW RIMS .....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY......

My experience as you can see has been simply amazing.Cece and the crew are always very helpful, understanding, great customer service, and has some of the best rims around. I have purchased multiple sets and will be looking to purchase another set soon. If you want the best service head down and check RAW Wheels & Tires out and let them hook you up!!!

man, CeCe is the best. Went into the office after being referred. went in to look since i ve been indecisive for 5 months on rims and tires and she hooked me up with an amazing deal that I personally couldn t leave without. Very satisfied. Integrity goes a long way!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I bought a pair of 22's which me and my wife and 10 month old daughter sat 4 1/2 hrs. for them to put them on my car including paperwork when I was told that I only had to fill out a few papers and my car would be ready in 1 hr.. Remind you we waited patiently in the office even though we sat in 2 uncomfortable chairs that had really no room to move because the office was congested with tire and rims. Once the car finally was suppose to be ready they told us that the manufacturer sent the wrong center pieces and that they were going to handle it within 48 hrs. after 48hrs I still didn't receive no phone call about the pieces so I called and CHRIS told me that they paid the vendor to over night them and they were going to deliver the pieces to my house personally. so 3 more days go by and I still haven't heard from them, my wife called and CECE said she had talk to the main boss (I guess) over the vendor and that they would be at my house by yesterday March 14. No centerpieces have yet to arrive! Call the to get updates or even a tracking number and was very disrespected and was told to to return the rims by a certain time. Give both parties time to cool down from heated conversation prior, call back to only get disrespected AGAIN by this CECE, I repeat DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The only reason I'm giving them any kind of star is because I had to to post this so this doesn't happen to other hard working people!!

I ve been dealing with Rent a Wheel in Raleigh since about June of this year and when I tell you I never regret the day I walked into this place the entire staff is awesome they always helped me even in tough times they ve always seem to help find a solution. CeeCee is the Best Manager you will ever encounter if you re ever looking for rims to go on your ride please stop by and ask for CeeCee they will get you right I promise you that. This place definitely get 5stars from me RENT A WHEEL your the Best!!

Such a great experience here. Salesperson Chris really knew what he was doing. Won't take his credit if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even chosen these. Love the finished product. Thanks guys. Sending business over any day of the week. They go above and beyond.

I'm giving this place a five star because I've purchased tires and wheels twice from these guys in the past four years, and the experience was wonderful! From the moment you walk through the door until you leave. The gentle lady who help me the first time a couple years back still remembered me even though it has been a couple year since my last purchase! I was even given a discount as a returning customer!!! I highly recommend doing business here, these guys really go above and beyond to make sure you walk away satisfied!

Very bad experience with them , the day I purchased my tires and rims it took me forever I was waiting for a long time , I did auto pay and suddenly found out they did many wrong deductions from my account, so I had to check my account every week . If I called the front desk they talk to me in a terrible way even though I were very nice it s makes me feel bad. I will never purchase anything with them again. I hope they improve their way dealing with people.

The team is absolutely wonderful. They explain EVERYTHING very Thoroughly!!! I will always go to Rent-A-Wheel for all of my rim needs. If you are honest and upfront with them, there s no extent they will not go to to assist you. My favorites are Steve, AJ, Cobi, Duke, and the new guy that just started in the office part. Thank you guys, you know I ll be back!!!!!

I have been looking for wheels for a while now. I stopped by to see what was available. I was helped by Tanner and Tim. Also Cecy the store manager was a huge help. They helped me choose the wheels by bringing them out to the car and allowing me to see them beside the car! Helped me make my mind up. Overall a great experience! Thanks to the team there I now have a nice set of wheels on my car for a great price! Go check them out!!

I was taken care of by Cici and she was great. Did a purchase option on the rims and a rent to own with warranty on the tires. She recommended that desk on the tires considering how much I drive the car. I have had several issues unrelated to tire wear happen to the rims but almost every single time I ve walked in there and have received a new tire through the tire warranty and didn t cost me anything. Having low profile tires can be troublesome and unwanted cost could kill your bank for even the slightest pot hole. Also every time I ve been in to have something taken care of the wait time was fast. I would highly recommend buying your rims from them but doing a tire warranty it will save you time in the end. Great staff great deals

Soon as I walked in, I felt the vibes n Cobi came out to help me n gave me the run down about there services. Then Duke had helped me out by showing me some rims for my Venum theme on my Dodge Charger. I ended up having to come back the next day and Chris ended up showing me these Venum themed rims that Noah did an excellent, outstanding job on putting them on. Then last, but not least, I want to thank Cece for all the excellent service herself gave and all her staff. I just love my new tires

Really down to earth facility. Cee Cee is the best. She makes sure you understand what your involved in and takes care of her customers. I've rented a few times from other places..They dont even come close. Same day I got my 22s on my Jeep Cherokee, i went got lost and went to the place close to them and people were turning in rims...LOL..Glad I made it to CC..Looking good too...compliments all the time..!!

I came in with one of my factory rims cracked, and was only looking to replace my factory rims. The staff here was laid back and professional. After discussing what options when available I ended up getting a rim and tire set. I will be doing business with this company in the near future.

Best custom shop out here. You messin' up buying or dealing with any of them other shops. Cecy and the guys - keep holdin' it down.
