I goggle this repair shop last week,for some minor repairs done to my vehicle. I had the pleasure to talk to a very sweet,caring, knowledgeable young lady over the phone. I explained to her,what's going on with my vehicle. She ordered my part,kept in contact with me to let me know, exactly when it would arrived. Got a call around noon,gave her my location at work,and she arrived before I did!! I just can't THANK YOU enough for doing a awesome job on my Genesis!!You definitely will have all my business!!Keep doing an amazing job!!If,you want your vehicle service right,and a very affordable price,please don't hesitate to give her a call!!You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Absolutely the best service and advice I have ever been given. The technician Tonyea was personable and not one to over charge you for the simplest of things. Even though we needed extra parts she gave great advice on parts to save money. I am not from Raleigh and she was the only one to give me the prompt service I needed. I would recommend her to anyone needing a mechanic in the area. Five stars does not do her justice. She is ten stars hands down.

I needed an oil change so I contacted Tonyea and she was able to come to me to get it done. She recommended the oil I would need and explained why I would need it based on the mileage on my car. She also communicated with me effectively and was so personable. I will definitely be using Qing s again and I highly recommend!

This young lady is a skilled technician of automatics...professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough in explanation of services being provided and recommending other needs for your vehicle. She came to do an oil change on my Acura and did an inspection of my tires, brakes/brake pads/rotors immediately identifying they would need replacement soon and asking if I felt front end vibration. Yes, I do and that's the next job I will get done to support this locally owned woman business. Thank you!
