I had an amazing service with Jack (Manager) today. There was a front desk Receptionist that was very rude to me and it wasn t a good experience with her. There was a disagreement with Jack and this receptionist and she was speaking badly of him in front of customers and myself and he handled it with professionalism AND still was serving customers. He said to her nicely please let s discuss this later but she was still talking loud and it didn t give a good look for the establishment. I am please with my service and because of him I will be returning back for future services. He s a amazing person to have here

I started my day in tears, about to start a go fund me for my grinding breaks. I called around for prices, and they were not only out of my budget, but they had no available appointments. Thank goodness I called here. The amazing manager at this location helped me to understand what was actually wrong with my car, and was able to do the repair within my budget, and within a few hours. I am mobile again, and it didn't cost me every dime I had, which is very important for a disabled person on a fixed income. The light hearted movie in the foyer (not news), the sweet receptionist, and my ability to bring my service dog with me were also very beneficial to my time there. I plan on coming back for future repairs.

On 11/8/23 I took my 2013 Dodge Durango in for an oil change, I was informed by the staff my vehicle had an oil leak they stated the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced they quoted me a price and stated the part would be in the next day they would call me once it arrives after leaving i noticed my oil light kept blinking on and off and i kept smelling a strong oil burn smell thru my heating vents I called them 10 mins after i left and told them the oil light was on and i m smelling oil burning thru my vents the staff member assured me the technician probably forgot to reset the light they will look at it when i return on my way home my check engine light came on so i parked my truck and drove my other vehicle received a call on 11/8 the part came I took my vehicle back a few hours later i received a call from a staff member stating they would need to do a diagnostic and would charge me at the time i agreed they called me back to let me know my car was ready when i arrived back i was told when they did my oil change the O ring on the oil filter was not seated correctly they waived the diagnostic fee the staff member stated didn t you say you just had the oil filter adapter fixed recently i never said that! we left I continued to smell oil burning thru my vents more than before and i noticed the oil leak was worse than before I notified them and 11/16 i took it back for them to check the oil leak and replace my serpentine belt they informed me they did not see oil leaking from the gasket maybe the oil burning is old oil burning off again and now I need to replace the oil filter adapter i took the vehicle home and parked it and again the oil leak was worse I opened the hood and noticed when they replaced the serpentine belt they left trash in the car I called them again and notified them i m still smelling oil burning more than before and the oil leak is worse and they left trash in the hood of my truck They misdiagnosed the leak and made it worse do not go here! my family wants me to take it back and demand they correct what they messed up but honestly i m afraid since oil change there has been issues I do not feel the technicians are qualified and I think the company scammed me by fixing something that wasn t broken and messing my truck up more why would i take it back for them to possibly do more damage now i understand why on 11/8 the staff member lied and said I told him i recently had the oils filter adapter fixed because they knew it was still leaking after the replaced the oil pan gasket and realized they misdiagnosed the issue

I have nothing but respect for this establishment. I experienced some car trouble on the way home from work and was lucky enough to make it to this establishment. After a diagnostic that I was told would cost 139 dollars, we found out what was wrong with the car. A defective coil had been put in my car by Meineke (off Hwy 70 Garner). After learning that, Jack (Manager) told me that I should go back to Meineke, being that the part should still be under warranty. He could have easily told me the problem and charge me to fix like most Mechanic shops would have done, and on top of that he waived the 139 diagnostic fee. Long story short Meineke disappointed me and Precision tune impressed me. From Amy (Receptionist) to Steve (Mechanic) it was nothing but a pleasant experience. They've definitely have got a new customer!!

Amy and Victor were AMAZING! The whole crew is very friendly actually. The service was performed without any issues or delays. I'm going nowhere else for my services. You will not be let down at this location. They do European cars. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Thanks folks!

Got in trouble with rear brake pads while was on the road trip . Glad that Precision had available mechanic and parts to take care of me right away. Replaced rotors and break pads . Unfortunately couple weeks later I found out that one of the breaks licking and had to repair again. Corporate office was helpful and reimbursed money for second repair which I m thankful. Yet , just unhappy that I had to repair car again after their service

Came to this location about a month and a half ago for a simple oil change and alignment but neither were done properly. Was instead Charged $300 for all engine fluids to be filled and my engine ended up blowing on the side of the road last week due to the oil not even being changed at all or the something wasn t put back in properly. Couldn t even get the alignment due to sudden axel replacement that needed to be done which would ve cost me an extra $300. Car engine was fine and will be taking action.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

So I was told to bring my 2008 jeep liberty to this place and get a transmission fluid flush because I was having problems with my transmission like the shifting and it was knocking in third gear and I came here asked for the flush and she, this lady name Angie Instead of just excepting and making money off of me she actually explained that by doing a flush it could actually make the transmission worse and let me get my technician to drive it and if it s coming from transmission you should get that checked out instead of getting a flush so she saved me almost $300 wasted on something that I didn t need so I wanted to give a good shout out to Angie up here at PrecisionTune auto care on Fayetteville Road in Raleigh North Carolina. I took my car in for an inspection and oil change this morning and had a very pleasant experience- nice clean waiting area, with a full pot off coffee. Carlos was great and took care of my car. My waiting time was minimal, and the price was excellent!!!

Came in for an oil change I was told they topped off all fluids. After being burnt by Walmart on oil changes I always check my fluids before I leave now. The transmission fluid was not even registering radiator still empty. I talked to Johny he came out and check verified took it back and took care of it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The actual tech is nice and knowledgeable, doesn't mind explaining things but the lady at the front is a nightmare. She's rude beyond belief, and basically "shoos" you out. Just take the hit on gas and go to another location

Was told that I need a new catalytic converter in order to get my car running again.. "Johnny" changed the catalytic converter for me.. car became WORST off than when I first dropped it off .. "Johnny" did not take the time to find out what the actual issue was nor was I given a new estimate for any other repairs.. it was almost if he took the highest costing repair, charged me for it and didn't care whether my car was fixed or not. Taking advantage of hard-working people, and their hard earned dollars Is not OK.

After almost $500 they didn't know what was wrong with my car. Left me back at square one short the funds. The crew has good working mechanical knowledge. If I'm paying 80 dollars an hour, I need something more substantial. They don't make the rules there, they just follow them.. I get it. The silver lining is that they will give us veterans a discount. #Neutrality

My fianc� and I got a car we wanted to buy for a pre-purchase inspection and the dealer gave us 2h to take the car back (we signed a contract). We called the Precision Tune and explained the situation to the lady on the phone and she said they could do it. We got there and it was a little busy, so we asked the lady again if they would be able to do it and she said yes. Long story short, we waited there for 1h50 minutes and didn t get the inspection done. Our car was still in the parking lot. Very frustrating! We had good experiences in other Precision Tune stores, but not in this one. Waste of time!

Okay so I came in last Thursday January 12 for an Auto Transmission Exchange and a brake flush. When the mechanic pulled my car into the shop he said they would not recommend a full transmission exchange with how many miles are on the car and since it's never been changed, they would just do a Transmission Drain and Re-fill. But it was still the same price as the full Transmission Exchange, $189.99!!! Also when he did the brake flush, he did not do it right. I was standing there watching him and I watched as he bled the master cylinder first, then went to the driver's front wheel and bled it, then went to the passenger rear wheel and bled it. He never touched the passenger front wheel to bleed it or the driver's rear wheel. I talked to my boss at Hendrick Toyota of Apex where I work, he has 25+years of experience in the automotive industry, and he said that is not a proper brake flush. Now half off my master cylinder is yellow and in the back par of it the fluid is still orange, because he didn't bleed all 4 of my wheels like you would in a normal brake fluid flush. I have been here before and received great service. Ricky is awesome and super friendly, however he's seemed to have moved on and so today was very different. I came in as usual and sat down in the waiting room. There was a lady manager running the counter who could not be bothered welcoming anyone who came into the store. I sat there for over 20 mins the whole time being ignored, not one time I was acknowledged. She had zero clue as to what was going on in her waiting room. Sub standard all the way around. I just ended up leaving. It was clear, supporting existing customers was not a priority.

It s RIDICULOUS How Much These Men Took Care Of My Vehicle. This Company Has Been Talking Care Of My Baby Since I Got Him - 5 Years Ago ! The GARNER Location Though Yeah. The Young Fella, The Bald Black Man And Carlos ? Yes Just YES. They Actually SHOWED Me What Was Going On And EXPLAINED Things To Me. I Am Country-Raised Sooo I Can Tell When Someone Sees A Woman Coming And Thinks They re Going To Manipulate The Situation I DO Know SOME About A Durn Vehicle. They Wouldn t Even Let Me Leave Until It Was Taken Care Of Due To The Severity Of The Situation. The Manager Went Above And Beyond To Take Care Of Me And I m Super Grateful. They Kill My Pockets With LABOR Costs, But I m Gonna Pay EVERY SINGLE TIME. I Don t Care.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Customer service not the best. Was told an hour and had to wait 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. When coming to pick my car up. Everything came before me although my car was ready for pick up. All calls etc came before me for and add another 30 minutes waiting to pay. Came in at 10:55 am just leaving at 2 pm. They have good costumer service always satisfied. It's my go to place if I have problem with my car. They are a little pricey but I've always had clear explanation on what the problem was and what I spent my money on.

They always do a great job and the prices are about the best around! Friendly staff and talented technicians. I almost always find coupons online that help save money too. This is my favorite place for car maintenance and tires.
