Precision Auto Tune provided excellent service. Josh's expertise was evident in fixing the leak in my AC system by replacing the O-ring and recharging it efficiently. I'm grateful for his assistance and look forward to returning for future maintenance needs like oil changes. Highly recommended!

I ve been going to this location for 7+ years, and I have to say they are good, honest people. Sure the wait is sometime long but they have taken accountability and responsibility for mistakes. We are human and it happens and I am grateful they won up to them. They could easily lie and charge more but that hasn t been my experience. Thank you Precision Tune Baileywick.

I had an outstanding first experience at Precision tune this week. I was referred by Just Tires manager to Precision Tune as a full auto service provider for my leaking power steering. They diagnosed and solved my leaky fluid pump along with a thorough free full diagnosis of the entire car. That diagnosis would have cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars at the Acura dealer, min $150 before doing anything.Turns out I needed rear brakes, brake fluid flush, and another other leaky valves fixed. Total bill under $1000 with online discount coupon of 10% on their website.The customer service rep Melissa at the front desk was extremely friendly and very technically savvy. Melissa said she learned everything from her dad an auto mechanic! The world needs more mechanics and technology specialists like Melissa and her coworkers.The prices are 30- 50% less than dealers and nearby auto service providers.My entire 75+ year life experience with auto repair shops has been scary, good and terrible in terms of trust, price, friendliness, and quality of service.I'm a retired engineer and owned a management consulting company. So I know exceptionally great and bad people and companies.I will be going back there with my two old cars whenever I need services. It's like having a trustworthy doctor!I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto, a national franchise, on Baileywick Rd near Strickland Rd in North Raleigh.

For me this is the worst place I have ever been to and it s not a 1st bad experience with this location. I dropped my car off for oil chance and asked how long will this take. I was told it will be few hours. I had about 3 hours at work before I had to get to other location.I dropped it off around 11 and went back to pick it up at 2pm. The woman there said They did not even get to your car yet . I said wow, you said it would take few hours? (I thought few hours was about 2) After she educated me that few hours means 3-4, I m still standing there not understanding why it is not done within 3?There was no apology nor any explanation or suggestions how to fix this, just a rude woman handing my car keys back.TIP: I found a better place that worked me and its Meineke next to Target. Oil change and tire rotation done in 20 min while you can shop at Target)

So disappointed in their poor services that they offered to do under hood fluids, tire pressure, 21-point courtesy inspections(no knowledge of the courtesy inspections because of no details written),etc.with full synthetic oil change.After finding out the services was not properly done, I had to take my car back to the store again to have above mentioned incomplete works finished.If some things were not found done completely,, the whole services are definitely in questions.And still don t know what the 21-point courtesy inspections were and provided to my car due to no explanations.

Josh and Tom along with the entire staff bent over backwards for me. The issue was more than Sensor/Spark Plugs. I filled up at a place I don t normally go to. Turns out my tank had a lot of water.(Gas cap locks and in a garage). Josh drained it and we filled it with fresh fuel. They worked hard to fix this. MANY THANKS TO ALL!!!

Precision Tune is hands down the best car care center in Raleigh, and I have also noticed their dedication to improve the customer experience by hiring more technicians, reducing wait times, resolving your issues at a very affordable price. Precision Tune is under great management by Josh who cares about his techs and customers and has amazing customer service. Beware...here's my car after I brought it back to their lot the day after they changed the oil and spark plugs. It was smoking and burst into flames shortly after I arrived. The USAA report said there was oil everywhere in the engine compartment. They must've lawyered up because they went 100% radio silent on me. I would run away from these guys if I were you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I called the Precision Tune on Baileywick Rd in Raleigh tonight. The new manager, Josh answered or as I ve called him my Guardian Angel.Picture this, you re in the middle of your commute home. You stop by the grocery store and your engine overheating light comes on. You park and check online for the closest auto repair shop to me, and Josh s location was only a 5-minute drive. You call them to ask if they could help out. It s 5:45pm, the shop closes at 6pm. Jump forward to 7:45pm, you pull away from the Precision Tune with your car humming and your heart full. Josh not only stayed on the phone with me, talking me through pulling over to let the engine cool and what to do for the ENTIRE 45 minutes it took me to drive that 5-minute commute. Once at the shop he troubleshot until he found the problem and fixed it. That is service like I have never experienced before. He was a blessing, and I would trust him with any vehicle I have. He was AMAZING!!

I went in after work for a oil change on my wife's Santa Fe. I received quick and reliable professional service. Marty told me that I needed an air filter but I purchased it later and installed myself. We just purchased a used Prius for our daughter (she paid half). I told Marty I'd be bringing that in soon for a oil change and look-see.

Josh and team were beyond amazing! From customer service to the actual work done. I don't think I can see going anywhere else for any type of service.If for some reason I moved to another country I'd still ship my car here for an oil change...(well, exaggeration for emphasis- but you get the gist!)Services: Tires, Auto water leak repair, Brakes

Josh is the manager at this location, and I absolutely love his willingness to communicate with me about my car. He lets me know both what his recommendations are and where those recommendations are coming from. Josh is more than a mechanic and manager; he is a leader who strives to be the best he can each day. Very informative, helpful and efficient with exceptional friendly and professional customer service skills. Think Ted Lasso, but with auto repair. I asked for an inspection if it wasn t too much a bother in their schedule after having my brakes check and they finished the additional service very quickly despite being busy and honored the coupon online for a synthetic blend oil change for $28.90, which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this location. Also this is my first time going to Precision Tune Auto Care and I ll definitely come back.

I've been taking my car to the same shop since my divorce but it's been challenging to get to him because he reduced his hours drastically. My sweetheart has been bringing both of his vehicles to this location for years and they've also worked on my son's car so I finally made the change and I'm so glad I did! They did an oil change and inspection a few weeks ago -- completed within the time frame they provided. I went on Saturday morning to get a headlight replaced and they finished in less than an hour! Very bright and clean waiting area. Extremely courteous staff!Services: Auto emissions testing, Auto maintenance

I have consistently come to this location for oil changes on my 2018 Passat (80K miles)I returned 4 times during the same oil change to have the oil plug replaced because my vechicle was leaking oil.On the 4th visit they replaced the plug with one not made for my vechicle.The oil plug slot is damaged which means the oil pan needs to be replaced and they refuse to accept responsibility.JOSH the manager says it's my problem and these things happen...NO IT DOES NOT!The customer service manager RONNIE will not even return my phone call.The picture on the wall about treating customers like family is a joke!

I had my timing belt and water pump replaced on 1/29/18. on 7/3/18, my timing belt failed and my engine is destroyed. The manager says that this was due to a leaky valve gasket witch caused the timing belt to slip off. Oil will wear on a belt over time. it will not cause it to fall off. I challenge you find find the oil in these photos. This belt is shredded and it happened over time not a sudden event. This belt was misaligned. Dont believe the 2yr/24 mile warranty they say they offer on their work. They may replace a spark plug here and there but if their work leads to catastrophic damage, they wont stand by their work.

the service advisor/technician, Josh, does an excellent job greeting, listening, and explaining things to his clients. he shows genuine caring. other service personnel could learn from him. he even complimented the condition and appearance of my older Chevy Tahoe. the alignment and oil service were done to my satisfaction.

We never have any issues when we take our vehicles to Precision Tune Auto Care, unlike other places. The employees are always nice and provide good customer service. I also love the waiting area vibe. I was able to finish my work day while waiting for my vehicle without worrying about the wifi going in/out + they provide comfy cushioned barstools.

Prompt same day service after a morning "walk in" for (4) strut replacements with customer supplied parts. Zero complaints about the auto service, but was attempted a "bait and switch" when I tried to apply the below coupon (copied directly from their site) to the labor service bill which was roughly $900.Major Repairs?Save up to $100 off!Save up to $100! ($10 off per $100 spent) on most services* including but not limited to A/C repairs Belts & hoses Check engine light Electrical system Engine replacement Electrical system Fuel system Shocks & struts Steering systemI was rudely told by the check out lady that "That don't apply" and seemed bothered to get the manager to settle this issue after I read the coupon back to her stressing the lack of disclaimer about customer supplied parts. The manager then offered to meet me half way, but eventually credited the bill after seeing I was firm on them honoring the coupon as written. I don't understand the tactic here. Why would you employ someone who's sole role is to deal with customers that is unable to do so in a calm, professional manor?Service: Steering & suspension repair

Josh, Dan and Tabatha have always been amazing. When I say amazing I mean that in every way. I have never been disappointed by the customer service, products or labor that have been done here. I have had several cars worked on (imports and American vehicles) They are honest and fair when it come to their prices and loyal to customers. Rockstars to me! I would send anyone and everyone here for work done. I drive 45 minutes away to have them do basics like an oil change because I know if there are any other issues they will find it and not try and beat me for a dollar like the stealership.
