OUTSTANDING COMPANY HANDS DOWN!!!!!I am funny about where I take my car.I ordered some rims from them and they came on time. They took the time to discuss the process and give me exactly what I want it. They even made suggestions about getting my calibers painted and I am glad I listen to them. They look awesome. JC, George and the Next Level crew get 110% approval from me. I will not go anywhere else to get work done. They also call you and let you know when your stuff comes in. They got me done in one day when it should have taken two days. I have nothing but good things to say about them.Everyone was really nice and friendly. They really care about the quality of work they do I was truly blown away when I saw my car. I will definitely tell all my Mason and divine nine fraternity brothers to come here for their vehicle needs if they need custom work.Special shout out to George he will most likely be your first contact when you get there And he is always willing to help you with your needs.Thank you, Next Level customs!!!!!!Service: Tires

Wasn t going to leave a review, but the more I think about how I was overcharged AND had my rim damaged I can t help but leave this review and never step foot in this business again. I paid $100 for them to mount and balance one 22in tire and put wheel spacers (Regular old hub-centric spacers that I provided) on the front of my car.Less than a year ago I paid $125 to have these same 4 rims mounted and balanced as well as had TMPS sensors installed and programmed. That s quite a jump in price and honestly it s insane to pay that much to mount one tire and install spacers, but I know them for quality work, so I didn t make it an issue. I went outside and looked at the wheel they just mounted the tire on and it s scratched all the way around.The only thing that they had to say was that their machine couldn t do something like this. So what, I did it? What about the machine operator? What could I do to create these type of scratches? The same scratch over and over again?Mind you my black wheels are dirty. They are covered in brake dust, but these brand new clear coat scratches and chips are mixed in with mounting paste and sticking out on every spoke of the wheel.They offered to have someone fix the wheel, but the lack of accountability feels too much like disrespect. I guess they think I d bring a damaged wheel to them to save myself $150 getting them fixed all while paying them $100 to mount a tire.I m not out to scam anyone, but that s what lack of accountability feels like. I don t need any handouts from anyone let alone a business that disrespects my character and can t admit when they messed up. I ll pay for my own repairs and find a more responsible establishment for my future wheel and tire work.

Terrible job on detail. Got glue on my diffuser and it was not mounted flush. Did not bleed brakes correctly which almost caused a few accidents. Went to the dealership to get it fixed. Every time I went in I always got the run around. Never gave me my receipt of 2k+ work that was done. Stay far away, if you care about your life and property.. place ran is by crooks..Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto brake repair

Recently, I had two of my cars several upgrades done here. I am extremely pleased the job they done here! I will definitely come back for my future needs! One thing I have to mention, they have the best on price! Plus the Outstanding service. I believe they do ten times better job than the dealers! Because they fix my back up camera which dealer could not fix it in last two times when I sent to Nissan. If I could I will rate 7 stars! I will recommend to anyone for their service! One more thing, I know their shop will move to new location very soon.

Installed a camber kit and their alignment shop couldn't do the alignment because the car was too low to go on the rack. They did refund my money for the alignment however they could not help me find someone that could finish the job so it was up to me to find a quality shop to finish the most important part of the job. Judging by the level of customer service and overall expertise and general attitude of the staff I would rate this experience very poor and it is highly unlikely I will ever do business with this establishment again.

They are either not capable or don't want the work. I called for a simple quote for a 30 minute job and got the run around for 2 weeks for the quote. I shouldn't have to call 5-7 times following up. You either want the work or not. It took them 5 minutes to give a quote on my 2nd car for tints, rims w/wheels and system...which they won't be working on.If you like getting the run around....call them.

I had wheels and lowering springs installed. Perfect job. Took great care of my car. They picked me up from work when my car was complete. They even fixed an issue that ended up being from an alignment I got somewhere else. Best customer service experience you can get.

Awesome shop... they had a new soundsystem with sub installed in a day. Very reasonable pricing and very clean work... attention to detail in the installation was impressive. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for rims, grills or wheels.

I am moving and didn't have my usual tools around and needed to remove some mud flaps and install fender flares, then reinstall the flaps. My usual off road spot didn't have any openings so I gave these guys a try. They had a opening and I brought it over to them. The finished quickly and did a good job, sticking to their original estimate, and at a cheaper rate than I would have paid at a few other places in Raleigh. If you are on the fence, give them a call and see what they have to say, it might pay off like it did with me!

I just went by and checked out their new location and brought my side-by-side back for some work. Great guys to deal with!!! I have known them the last couple of years and I will continue to bring my audio work to them!!

They did a fantastic job customizing my Forgiato wheels for my Tesla Model S. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly service with a good turn-around time and pricing was competitive as well. I highly recommend.

After paying up front and ordering my rims, the owner did not have my order correct and do not want to correct the problem. After months waiting for the owner JC to fix the issue with ordering the wrong rims, he was very irate with me. I said to him if does not want to help fix the problem, just Refund my money. He told me he would not give me my $2,000.00 dollars back. I had never recieved the rims for my car. I had to put a court order on him. If anyone is listening, please not do business with him. He is a THEIF!!!! Do not give this man any money up front!!!! BAD Business

I had my calipers painted on my Mercedes. They did a great job. Very thorough and professional and did it for a very reasonable price. Totally changed the look of my ride.

I came from out of town to visit family, had some issues with rims on my 2016 Nissan Maxima they took care of me very professional if everything they did for me. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
