Awesome team, awesome results. Super informative, too. I came in wanting a certain tire, but was pointed toward a different tire that was of equal or higher quality and at a lower price. If that doesn't tell you what you need to know, then I don't know what could. Great experience - highly recommended!

I set up an appoint the day prior to the visit. I was told it would take about two hours for alignment and replacement of four tires. I set the appointment 150 minutes prior to my wife s appointment with her doctor later in the day. I arrived ~15 minutes prior to the appointment time to ensure that they would have plenty of time. About 115 minutes after I dropped off the car I checked with person at the counter on the status. I was told that they had all four tires off and dismounted and that it would take another 45 minutes to complete the job. My wife had to scramble and make other transportation arrangements which had her arrive 15 minutes late for her appointment. Time commitments are very important. I expected better.

I'm dissatisfied with the service I received. I scheduled to have my rear brakes serviced & valve cover gasket replaced. The brakes were serviced on day 1, but the gasket work was declined. I called the first and second days and the Tech was rude asking me why was I calling & they will contact me when the work is complete. They did not call to inform me that they couldn't do the gasket work. So my car sat for 3 days and I still have to get the gasket work completed somewhere else. I believe the staff needs through training on Customer Service. & if that doesn't work replace them. I understand this isn't the first time this place has given bad service.

They were supposed to fix my aliment the 2nd time since the first time they made it even worst. They keep saying everything looks good even when I know it s not. Spent money on an aliment and still have to spend money again to get my aliment fix correctly on my car.

Not Friendly or InvitingDuring a recent visit to Mr. Tire, I encountered a situation that seemed quite unwelcoming. Upon entering, I stood behind a woman being served by the desk agent. While waiting and engaged in a phone call, I noticed two other people sitting in the waiting area. At one point, the desk agent left the front desk and walked away. Meanwhile, another woman who had been seated stood up and joined the line I was in. When the agent returned, he asked the woman behind me if she had a question. After addressing her query, he returned to the first customer. I was perplexed as to why he didn't inquire about my concerns as well. While I understood that I wouldn't be immediately helped since someone was ahead of me, a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. The situation was confusing and seemed to lack basic customer service etiquette.

The staff at the Fayetteville Ave, Raleigh NC location provides superb customer service. They are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and professional. Bill, Alex and Damian are amazing people! I will always use this location for all my car care needs because of the mentioned individuals. I highly recommend Mr. Tire and the Fayetteville Ave location.

Re-Thinking Mr.Tire.Had transmission flush 10/23 for $200. By 12/23 I have transmission fluid spraying all the way back to my rear shocks. Obviously the seal failed, but not in 2 months. It was leaking in October and the Tech said nothing. He just drained the fluid and refilled. Now to redo October work and replace gasket and filter is $650. Not happy at all. Incompetent staff or are they the typical auto repair place taking advantage of customers, particularly females.

The people here do a great job every time! I especially appreciate how thorough Alex is and how he always makes sure to get my approval and keeps me informed about everything they re working on. They re fast, reliable, and genuinely want to make sure I get exactly what I need done!

I will never take a vehicle to Mr Tire ever again when it comes to anything other than an oil change. The techs are not very good at their jobs. Not satisfied with their work.

Had new tires put on my Ram 3500 last minute on a Sunday because one of my tires was slowly losing air and all four were needing to be replaced. The phone call was fast and my truck was on the lift 15 minutes after getting to the shop. Mike didn t try to sell a specific tire, but gave me multiple options and helped me pick the best one for my needs. Will be back.

Kid hit something and popped a tire. We needed to get them off the donut in a timely manner. This place was quick and easy to work with, and while I didn't interact with the actual technicians, the gentleman at the counter seemed honest, knowledgeable and thorough.

I have been serving my car in Mercedes Benz since I purchased it in 2013. For last 2 years I was not happy with their service, even though I was a loyal customer for so many years, I decided to try someone new, and I am very happy I did.One - I got the next day appointment, easy to schedule online. Two - got everything I needed done in one day, and last, but not least - price was fair - everything was explained to me, so I can understand what is what.Very impressed with service and would definitely recommend this business, and will be coming back. Thank you very much!

Came in knowing exactly what the problem was and even told them but I was still charged for a diagnostic that I didn't need. I decided to use Mr Tire again for brake pads and the price seemed high but I needed pads. I called a local mechanic down the street and he quoted my $160 out the door for the same thing Mr Tire just charged me $290 for. I do not plan to use them for any more repars because their prices are far too high.

Bill was kind and courteous. He explained everything clearly, so I understood what needed to be done. He also didn't apply pressure. I was very impressed with the service I received, and I will be recommending Mr Tire to my friends.

I have been going here for over 10 years and these guys always do an amazing job with both of my cars. They have done all kinds of repairs over the last 10 years and my cars always come out great. I deal with Ron and his mechanics and they are all really great guys. Makes you want to come back even if you don't need a repair...lol. Sent my GF over just today for her brakes as she thought she had an issue and they were totally 100% honest with her you don't find that much anymore. Thanks guys for your trust and loyalty for doing what is right each and every time!!!!

They really need a 0 stars, But they did not fix my car issues. They kept charging me for things on my vehicle 3 different times that did not need to be fixed. When corporate gets called they deny the proper help to settle my issue.

Excellent service and friendly staff as always. Ron, Cliff and the crew have always worked with me and take care of all of my cars. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I strongly recommend them as the "Go to" place for tires and other auto repairs. I have worked with them for decades and plan to do so into the future.lml11/29/2021

Wonderful staff at the desk and in the shop. I made a next day appointment, ran late for said appointment and they still accommodated me with a smile. I was in and out in about an hour with the mechanic taking time to speak to me personally about my vehicle. Everyone was friendly. It was one of the best experiences I ve had in a facility that s taken care of my vehicle. Thank you to all the guys at Mr. Tire for a great experience!!

Had an outstanding experience, largely due to store manager Ron Hamel!Lost coolant problem on a 2018 BMW 230i. First due to broken hose covered by BMW recall, then later issues with valve rattling.Ron called me several times each day to communicate findings and progress. No surprises in billing. It was the kind of service I wanted. I left content.

Our experience here is always amazing!! They do nothing but provide exceptional service, they are always attentive and courteous. Sasha, one of the mechanics, walked us through the process of having maintenance done do your car. The whole crew always welcomes you with nothing but open arms!! We are always impressed with how great the service is, it just keeps getting better and better, I promise you, you will never leave there disappointed.
