This good review is for Kyle and Rebeca. They are two very kind and flexible people with the client. I asked Rebeca if she could give me a bottle of water and she very kindly said yes. What surprised me the most is that she walked from her office to get the water to the workshop. and he gave me the water. that is the reason for this reviw. Thank you They have excellent customer service

They have a customer for life now! Kyle & JR made sure that I had everything I needed when I came in so that it was an easy process. They made sure my bike was 100% before they let me take it home. They took my old bike as a trade and were more than fair on the value of it. Great people, great customer service, and an extremely laid back environment made for such a smooth transaction. I will definitely be back for my next bike, and recommend everyone I know to them!

I bought a 2003 HD ultra classic from Ashtin and Kyle. I had a few mechanical issues but they made sure my bike was good to go. Great customer service, Dustin and the other guys are great techs in the shop, and overall amazing experience!! I will only buy bikes here! They make it easy and stress free! I love this shop and I love my bike!

Nice shop. Very helpful, knowledgeable employees. A decent supply of used bikes of assorted brands. They seemed to be pretty well priced as well. I will be going back for all my service needs.

I've bout my 2nd bike from them and they have good prices and nice bikes. The setback is you have to wait for your bike to get service. But it usually doesn't take longer than a couple of days.

Quick service, usually drop off and pickup same day if they can work me in. Friendly staff. Work on older bikes without hesitation. Motomax is always my first call! Thanks for the great service!

Had an issue come up from a previous service of the bike a few months earlier in the year. When I found it, I brought it back and they were extremely helpful, jumped on the issue and made it right. This was my first time at this shop with my softail and was expecting denials and an argument but was surprised and happy how things went. I have not experienced this type of honesty and service at a shop before so for now, they have a customer for life! Michael was very helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Brought in a bike for a trade and after an hour or so of price negotiations landed on the trade plus $850 out the door. I call the next day to see when the new bike is ready and I m told it s now $2000 out the door. That s not how I like to do business with people.Edit: Red, the mechanic is awesome and really understands customer service. I want to be fair.

They have the best selection on used bike motorcycles in in the area they also have one hell of a staff that works on the motorcycles. The managers and the owner of the place are also great people they will do anything they can to help you then was like we like to work on BMW motorcycles and I can't really blame them they are kind of a pain but they sometimes make an exception for just small stuff if you can help them help you I would recommend them anytime. I plan on buying my next here in the early spring, I recommend you doing the same.. so if you're looking to finance the motorcycle that's definitely the place to go they got really low payment plans that anybody can afford it is a must-do coming up in this spring go get you a nice bike and put you a nice little honey on the back..

I went to Motomax not sure what to expect. Most dealerships I've been to before seem to me, be all about them (the dealership). I was completely blown away by the awesome customer service and friendly staff. They really care about your needs and wants in a bike! Josh the salesman that assisted me was so understanding and shared the same passion for riding. Felicia in the finance Dept was so friendly and professional that knows her job, and does it well. Even the owner , Ashton was professional and friendly. The prices are great! Showroom was clean, and they had a huge selection of bikes, with new ones arriving daily! Thank you guys, all of you, even the staff that I didn't get to meet. All around the best experience I've ever had with a bike purchase! I will be getting my next bike there!!!

Went to buy a bike and was directed to a 2007 Honda VTX-1300. I was told it was like new less than 9,000 miles. I bought it and paid cash. Waited for my tag. They had to give me a dealer tag because the temp expired. This is probably not legal. Then I put gas into it and discovered it had over 29,000 miles. I called and told them I was bringing it back. They took it back and said it was a mistake on their part. I said I would return and maybe we could deal on another bike. I returned but the owner said no deal, just a refund. I even told them I would pay the difference for a more expensive bike but I was just given a check and shuffled out the door. I got my money back for the bike but not the saddle bags I bought from them. I also made about 6 trips from Holly Springs to North Raleigh. I think the owner was afraid of the legal issues with them filing the title with incorrect mileage. I reported it to the dmv anyway.

We dont go anywhere else when we buy our motorcycles.. We are on our 3rd purchase and Always Ashton makes sure we are happy. We have never had not one problem out of any of our bikes and I highly recommend MotoMax for all your cycle dreams!!!

I've been going to Moto Max for years for parts and tires. I've always had a great experience. I keep going back. Nice people, knowledgeable people, and I get what I need every time. And they don't charge a fortune. I'll keep going back!

Kyle is a fantastic and knowledgeable salesman. Parts department was also extremely helpful. This has been my most easiest and quickest buying experience I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

Felicia has amazing, out of this world customer service. I brought a show bike these guys had, paid it off over a year ago. Long story short, I called every locksmith in the area just to get the run around, just so happen to talk to Felicia and she had a spare to my bike on deck. MotoMax should be very thankful for such a great asset as Felicia. I highly recommend this company

Just have to say if you are in the market for a bike this is the place to go. In all my years of retail I have never met a more friendly and knowledgable staff. There is no better shopping experience than being in a place where the employees truly enjoy what they do. Every one from the showroom to service and especially Felicia in finance make you feel like family. I love my bike and will be getting my next one from there also!

I bought my motorcycle from this place. Good place to buy a bike I m very happy with it. Customer service is amazing. However I will never take my bike back to their service shop. They made a repair on my motorcycle and had to take the plastic off of the right side. Almost 2 weeks later I get my bike back which is fine because we had to wait on a park. I get it out on the highway and the plastics almost fly off the right side of my bikeThe guy at the counter mentioned they had a hard time fighting with the plastics. But they broke some of the clips and did not even put it back together properly. when I hit 55 mph on the highway everything almost flew off. Definitely not happy with their service side

I love this shop!! Felicia Is great and so helpful!! She works with the best she can to make sure the customer is happy and she is meeting the requirements of her job!! She has an outstanding personality and good Spirit!! If looking for excellent customer service and good quality bikes this the place!! Motor max has a true asset in their company!!

I have enjoyed getting 2 bikes from MotoMax of Raleigh. Their prices are great and both times the sales rep, Josh, took good care of us. I would have given 5 stars, but the time it takes from approval to when you actually get to take possession of your bike is a little excessive to me. It is a little frustrating to find your perfect bike and then have to wait a week or more to take it home. I know there are extra things that they have to do to the bike as an in-house financing facility, but it seems like those things would be readily available and it wouldn't take more than a couple hours to prep the bike and release to the customer after all down-payments and approvals are complete. Other than that, I highly recommend MotoMax of Raleigh and once you actually get your bike in hand, you will recommend them as well.

I went to Motor Max looking for my new bike today. Eric walked me through, and really educated me on different bikes and what they had to offer for a beginning rider. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process fun!While I didn t end up picking out a bike, I did buy all of my gear there. I bought a great helmet, a leather jacket with padding, and gloves all for $257. I was expecting to just spend that on a full face helmet. Great prices, great service. Will be back to consider bigger purchases later. You can t beat this place!

I would have to say that my salesman Josh was the best. He made sure he got me in the right fit for my budget with the nest miles. They even took my trade with a good trade value. I was super pleased to work with him and to start my new journey with my 2nd bike. Hope to see him soon when I make my big switch to Harley.

This company is hands down the best company I ve ever bought a bike from. They helped me pick out exactly what bike I wanted and everything. Felicia was my account manager and she is hands down the best person to go to even when I needed help getting my payments caught back up. I highly recommend motomax is your looking for a bike. They don t yell at you, they don t through things at you. They work with you and help you no matter what. I m definitely going back for another bike! Thank you motomax and Felicia!!!!!

Great experience! My stepdad recently purchased a new bike and from the in-store experience to working with Felicia to pay over the phone when he could not figure out how to set up his online payment, she helped us set up everything and made our experience that much better! Will be back again someday!
