I was pleasantly surprised that they had the right filter on hand for my Mercedes-Benz, and that they could take me relatively quickly into the queue. They were done in 40 minutes and they left my car in a wonderfully clean condition. They were courteous and cheerful, and they reset my Service Interval Module correctly on the car, which I was not even expecting. Nice job I m going back there again!

They performed the service on time and charged the amount they quoted. They were busy but were still able to work me into their schedule. Super impressed with this shop and their team. Trustworthy, on time, and good customer service. What more could I ask for? I ll most certainly come back to them when I need my cars serviced.

This was the best experience I ever had with oil change, tire rotation and customer service I have been driving around for 2 weeks to try to find convenient place and no luck! This place is so convenient as it is right next to new Target, so you can go shopping while your car is getting serviced. Everyone here is very pleasant and I my oil chance with tire rotation was done in 20 min.Thank you guys!

I slashed my tire and left it with them on Monday evening. Carl called and told me it was too bad to plug, they had a new tire that was almost an exact match Tuesday. This is a great business and very talented people you can trust.

I would like to give a big shout out to Chuck at Meineke for diagnosing the problem with my vehicle they had me up and running within one day, I took my car to Murray s Tire and they tried to say my vehicle blew a head gasket , Thanks To Meineke for getting it checked right and did a Fantastic Job! Keep up the good work!

PLEASE BEWARE. My engine light came on, had the code read they said it was a bad ECT sensor. I came to Meineke for a quote to get it replaced, Ms Diana quoted me $223. When I went back for service the following week. The Manager Carl told be after explaining the Symptoms that, yes it was indeed a sensor issue. Well fast forward he calls and says he wants to do a $100 Diag to confirm the sensor was the actual issue. I agree to it, he later text me that the car was fixed. No update on the diag results, no approval for any additional work just your car is fixed. So I call to get the total and he tells me it s $436 that s double of what I was quoted. I asked why was it double & was there additional work done ? He says that Ms Diane quoted me for a totally different sensor than the one that needed to be fixed and something about wiring but when I received the receipt the only thing listed was the same labor and part of the same sensor (ECT) I said was the issue to begin with, just double the price I was quoted. Paperwork had No proof of a diag , no proof of the extra wiring work. Well I found the original quote of $226 . So after this I will be complaining and reporting them to BBB.

Went go get my car inspected so no big deal on the work, but the staff was super friendly. I didn t catch the one guys name but I heard several interactions between he and a coworker and some customers on the phone and he was just super positive and friendly with everyone. I will definitely go see them next time I need something more serious than an inspection.

Called for an inspection. I was told they would text me when my car was ready.l..Within the hour, my car was ready! Very nice people to deal with and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!

I have taken car here multiple times for routine service. Recently I needed to have my front control arms replaced. I had an estimate from another shop and decided to call and check. Rate was considerably better here. Job well done and will continue to check here first.He even added a coupon and came in under quote.Service: Oil change

I actually bought a car from the owner. The car was well taken care of. He even offered to clean my inside of the car and front lights. There work was very nicely done and very professional. Great service.

Made an appointment to have my car inspected. Arrived 10 minutes early and after 10 minutes my car was taken in to be inspected. I was there for an additional 12 minutes and done. Fast.

I like the store and their staff and they have looked after my car for years. I went by to get a new battery which should ve only taken a few minutes to install. They had to order one from the warehouse and it was over an hour and a half before it was delivered. Kept saying it would only take a few minutes, but it just never arrived after waiting way too long. Store was very apologetic but warehouse has a problem

Carl and the staff spent a lot of time finding a great tire replacements for my Jeep. They gave me a lot of great choices and prices and it only took an hour to get them installed. We have been bringing our cars to them since the beginning of the year for all of our service and highly recommend them. They are professional and great to work with.

I recently went in to get the bottom of my car replaced and when another piece came down, the mechanics quickly fixed the problem free of charge. They have good prices and very nice staff members as well!

Very happy, for the most part, with the experience. Very courteous and polite. Was a little disappointed that they didn't call me to tell me that my car was ready...I had to walk back to the facility unsure if they were done. I can forgive that if it's an isolated event. :)

I was told that my brakes and rotors were shot and that I would have about a month before they would be in terrible shape.I did not fully believe this so roughly 6 months later when I took my car to another shop to get my state inspection, I expected this new shop would say that they needed replacing.To my surprise, they said my brakes were completely fine and still not quite ready to have work done.All this to say, if you are a single female, I would be aware that this shop lies about repairs and cannot be trusted to be fair.I won t ever be back, despite it being close to my work and super convenient.

I had inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I was there only 30 minutes! Best time ever and best cost. I have always gone to the dealership, but not anymore! Very nice atmosphere to wait and pleasant employees.

I am so thankful for the honest and supportive customer service Carl and his team consistently provides to all of their customers. I ve seen this time and time again and I m just thankful for all that they do. With scams and places charging more than what s truly needed, this place and with Carl s management, has become my go-to for all my car needs.Keep up the great job, everyone!
