Took my car for an oil change here for the first time. It was done and got a call to pick it up a little more than an hour after I dropped it off. Staffs were friendly. They gave me a free inspection and a list of normal wear and tear problems along with the cost estimate for the job. They asked me politely if I want it done. I declined without any more push. Overall, they are honest and professional. I would return for other services in the future.

Went to get an oil change as I was due. As usual, I was taken very good care of and was reminded that my inspection was due soon. I decided that since I was already there and they weren't busy (shocking for a Sat. morning) I would get that taken care of as well. My car was serviced satisfactorily and I was out in a little over and hour. The guys are always friendly and helpful should I have any questions. I always get good service and will continue to go back as long as I do! Thanks ya'll.

I've always been mostly happy with their services, but this last trip will be my last time using them as a second opinion or diagnosis. I went there for a second opinion brake check up, and they told me they felt a vibration in my brakes and I needed pads and rotors changed. After researching, rotors typically need to be changed every 50K miles, amid some crazy circumstances, and I literally had my rotors replaced by them less than 15K miles ago (as exact mileage stated). Before, they showed me pictures of current parts before replacing (and then pics after), but today, he just said he couldn't tell me what happened for me to need rotors so soon. Zero pictures. At the diagnosis, it sounds like they only drove it and not actually looked at my brakes.Pricewise, I would say they're decent, but they lost a lot of my trust.

I have literally been coming to this Meineke for over 5 years and they ve changed my air system, brakes, and etc. I absolutely love Pat and his customer service. He is always super thorough and upfront. I will be back and always come here for my car services!

They took care of my car. They went above and beyond to work with me and for me. It was the best experience. I am very happy with their work, their customer service, and their overall treatment of me and my car. I was very pleased with the service. They have EXCELLENT customer service, you don't see that very often. I needed a part for my car and they went out of the way to find it, I had previously taken my vehicle some where else and after one day I was told by the "other" shop they could not help me. Not the guys at Meineke, Carlos is whom I originally talked to, and he was a GREAT help; thank you very much to all who worked on my car, I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car to meineke on south saunders street. The mechanics are very professional and tell you exactly what the problem is with your car. I have used other mechanics in Raleigh and the experiences was a disaster. I finally found a place where the mechanics are very professional, friendly, and make you feel they know exactly what they are doing. I want to give a special thanks to Patrick. He is very honest and make you feel that you can trust him. They tell you exactly what need to be done and the cost. They take pictures of your car in the areas that need fixing and give you a breakdown of exactly how much it will be. You can't go wrong with Mineke on South Saunders Street.

These guys were awesome... had just flown in from out of town and my vehicle was dead... they got me back on the road so fast plus provided a courtesy vehicle so I could go get something to eat.

I came in for a free brake inspection as 2 years ago I had all four rotors and break pads replaced at Meineke. They ended up quoting me 1200 for complete replacement of rotors break pads and calipers. The following day I took my car into Firestone AND another local auto shop to get a brake quote because I was surprised at the cost and damage Meineke said was going on.. only to be told that my breaks where not needing to be replaced, rotors were in great condition and calipers functioning perfectly by the two latter shops. To top everything off Meineke cross-threaded my lug nuts and broke off two studs on my car and did not disclose this when I left the shop after my original inspection. It wasnt until I went to Firestone in which they were unable to put the lug nuts back on. To sum it all up Meineke quoted me and insane amount of money for a problem with my brakes that didn t exist, an employee told me my brakes will catch on fire and I should carry a fire extinguisher in my car if I don t pay to fix my brakes now and then immediately tried to sell me on their financing very alarmist. All and all they fixed it at no cost to me so that is good but like??? Everything could have been avoided had the done good honest work the first time I came in. Don t be tempted by the life time warranty on brakes promo to save money because you won t be saving anything coming here. I will say the ONLY saving grace is the manager Patrick- he was extremely apologetic about the situation and was very accommodating to me when he learned of what happened with the whole situation.

They replaced my fuel pump along with a few other things related to fuel pump and injection system. Had my car fixed in 24 hours. Very nice people! A little pricy when it came to parts but definitely worth it!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Knowledgeable and affordable. Diagnosed my problem, ordered part, and fixed within two days. Found other issues while making the repair and fixed those as well, gratis. Thank you, my van sounds much better now!

Did a Full Synthetic oil change package includes top off wiper washer and air pressure check. The service is quick but the next day my car has low air pressure and out of wiper washer. Seem like they only did the oil change.Update: they didn t even put two bolts on the bottom panel. Just find out this on the road trip yesterday

Experienced same issue as a below user. Showed up to pickup vehicle and got charged and extra $80 for lug nuts. I suggest looking around a bit as I have found some better discounts in area. I was initially quoted $925 with taxes and showed up to an extra charge. Definitely unprofessional

Patrick was who I spoke with on the phone and he was so kind. He's what brought me in! Carlos and his team were kind, friendly, and quick! The price was fair and the work was done faster than anticipated. My only negative is that even though the work was done that we discussed, the initial reason for my diagnostic appointment was due to squeaking from the passenger side which was not fixed from doing the brakes on my vehicle. I'm frustrated that I'll have to call and go back in after spending so much money already, but at the end of the day my brakes absolutely had to be done and they did an excellent job with it. Will update after my next visit.

My car with 50k miles was not always starting properly. Meineke on South Saunders St. misdiagnosed it as an alternator issue, so I spent $1,000 replacing it. The next week, I lost all electrical function while driving in traffic, including gauges, power steering, and automatic transmission. I towed the vehicle back to Meineke and, after jumping my battery, they told me nothing was wrong. I immediately took it to GM. GM diagnosed other electrical issues and told me Meineke had used an off-brand alternator. Scary experience!Service: Electrical repair

Great service and very helpful. Carlos and his team are always ready to tackle on any problem that I bring them with my cars. Weather it s a regular maintenance or diagnostics or extensive repairs. These fine gentlemen always take care of me and are always willing to fit me into their busy schedule and still do things in a professional and timely manner. Great group of guys to work with. I will be taking all of my vehicles to this location.

Good service and work. I received a text keeping me posted.What I did not like was I was charged for the lug nuts they broke removing my tire $80.00. To me that is completely unacceptable and professional!

Dropped my car off to see where the shaking band check engine was for.The store manager Patrick Fields was up front and honest. Didn't try to get extra costs. Just cared about safety. Highly recommend doing business with Mr. Field and meineke

Carlos was the first employee I spoke with very professional and informative back in Oct 2022. I don t ever take my car anywhere other than the dealership but Carlos impression on me made me feel comfortable and safe bringing it back in February for service.
